I was disappointed it’s over priced and the services that were promised were unavailable!

The rooms were spacious and clean

It’s not a standers hotel, it’s in business building, it wasn’t clear when we booked it, also it was state that they had a spa and this is the main reason why we booked the hotel But the sauna and the Hamam were closed for renovation , the only service that they had were only massages for extra payment!

לא היה מים חמים במקלחת(פושרים לכל היותר). עובדי המלון לא הסכימו לבטל את שהותנו והתעקשו שהמים חמים מספיק. מאוד מאכזב!

Sleeping good, but not stay there daytimes. No leasure time experiences.

Good rooms.

No access to the swimming pool (it was included last year). Breakfast is very poor, bad coffee and non-motivated staff in the breakfast area

Disappointing

This hotel could have been much much better but it has many issues that left a bitter taste for us. We certainly would not be coming back The room was clean and the staff were nice. The bathroom was good as well The gym was good

- first the hotel was advertised to have a working pool but they failed to mention that it wasnt open until we asked where it was (ofcourse after already checking in), the guy at the reception was nice but didnt know why it was closed (it was early september and 32+C). Furthermore, after going to the fitness center we were surprised to see the pool open and even had people in it! After asking the staff they said that again the pool is closed and the people swimming there were their coworkers. Absolutely ridiculous. -the breakfast was very underwhelming and poor, it was very limited and whats even more infuriating is that they offered milk but refused to give us cereals which was clearly available as weve seen it on the counter behind the staff. I'd like to believe that this was a miscommunication problem but still cant understand why the cereals were out of reach and weren't already offered along the poor breakfast. -we wanted to use the spa which was advertised to have a Jacuzzi and sauna the entry fee was 15 GEL, and for an added fee - an optional massage, all is good but the Jacuzzi and the sauna didnt work. To add some wood to this fire, they still wanted to charge the entrance fee (even though nothing worked) so we can then be able to choose what massage to take

Poor location, poor breakfast, broken doors and walls, the elevators were still under construction and some not going, uninspiring design and the food in the restaurant… absolutely horrible. Stay away.

One of the right places to stay in Tbilisi

I was allowed for an earlier check-in. The room at 16th floor had all basic equipment as required. The balcony view was impressive, overlooking the Mtkvari river with a view of the majority of the city. It was a single room, the bed was larger than a standard single bed, with quality bedlinen; and sleeping was comfortable. Tea-coffee varieties with kettle and water were satisfactory. As the hotel is a part of a business bıilding with offices, it shares the same spacious lobby and the three elevators. There was no long waiting queue at the elevators even during working hours on a monday. Elevators worked reasonably fast to take you to top floor rooms. The breakfast was rich with varieties of cheese, fruit, nuts, jams, pastries plus boiled egg (not sure if they would prepare omelette upon request, worth trying). The breakfast lounge at 17th floor, with nice tables and comfortable chairs, allowed a great view of the city with huge windows. The reception works at all times, even if you may need to wait a few minutes at times for the receptionist to come. All receptionist staff as well as breakfasy lounge staff were friendly, helpful and English-speaking. Public transportation works quite well in Tbilisi and there is a nearby bus stop to go to any district of the city. A few major fastfood restaurants at a walking distance of 5-10 minutes and also more traditional restaurant choices are available if you walk over the bridge nearby to the other side of the river. The bus line 337 that departs every 15 minutes (except after midnight) from the international airport, takes 50 minutes at easy hours and more than one hour at daytime, to come to the stop near the hotel with a fee of 1 GEL that is about 0,40 cents. It is cheap and easy to use the public transportation with the navigation applications on your mobile phone, accurately most of the time.

When you go by bus to the hotel, or walk from the other side of the river, you need to walk the last 100 meters of the way upward to reach the building, which may be tiring with luggage. On the contrary, if you are to take a bus to the central districts, then it is an easy downward walk of a few minutes to the bus stop. There could be afew more hangers in the warderobe for clothing. There could be a glass-like item in the bathroom to put the toothbrush etc.

bad experience

it was very bad experience with this hotel .I came at 4 pm and I found my room occupied and the receptionist asked me to wait till they cleaned it .when I asked here that my check in should be on 2pm and it supposed to be cleaned and ready before I came she answered that if I don’t like to wait I can go and find another hotel.she was very rude and she refused to give me back my money .

I booked the deluxe room and they offered for me the regular room with size of 25sqm.the staff was rude with us,room was not ready and occupied,they asked us to wait or to look for another hotel,we decided to look for another hotel and we asked them to refund the amount that I already paid they refused to returned it.after 1 hour she said that she will cancel the booking and she asked me to insert my card to the machine for the cancellation.she gave me receipts as it’s canceled and when I translated i fund that they took money two times.

Great view, but far from the center and the staff were absent and I had to track them-not cool

nice hotel, great view, clean rooms, great food at the resturant,nice christmess tree at the entrence of the hotel and resturant.

Both in check in and check out I had to find the staff. There was nobody in the desk. I waited for almost half an hour in check in and at check out about fifteen minutes. The staff seemed like I woke them up. At a hotel like this I thought there will be always a person in the front desk. I should not have to track them. The location is close to dinamo market but 20 minute drive to the center of the old city. The resturant food is great but at breakfast the eggs are slimy, it swims with water and wierd. Other than that the food was good.
