I was very impressed by the decor & the cleanliness of the hotel.

It was extremely beautiful & very clean. The bed was also very comfortable!!! I also liked the location, perfect.

It would be nice if there was s place to actually go to eat breakfast.

For the price we paid for 3 nights I would have expected much better coffee quality and breakfast

Breakfast options were just okay

For a room as expensive as it was, I would expect a much better cup of coffee in the morning. Coffee quality definitely did not meet cost of room per night.

Very dissapointing. Coffee was watery and tepid. Cheap pastries in plastic wrap were not edible.

The shower had not been cleaned. On the shower shelf, we found a bar of used soap and two washcloths left by a former guest. That calls into question all of the cleaning or lack thereof.

A belated honeymoon that was full of rest, relaxation, and feeling like we got a glimpse of living in luxury!

The property was incredibly gorgeous! It was within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and shopping! We loved the breakfast that was delivered to our room each morning, and the setup near the stream behind the property was incredibly peaceful to take in during down time!

The only complaint with the property was the difficulty pulling into and out of the top parking deck because we came in a bigger truck. Thankfully it was pretty empty when we arrived so that we had space to maneuver, but this would have been tough if it had been a little busier.

Very pleasant and great location to walk to town.

The Manor was newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

The internet service was chaotic. could not make phone calls nor get on line. If you need internet while on vacation, you should consider a different Hotel. Staff was very apologetic and you could see their frustration. There was nothing they could. Either the IT in charged of fixing the problems was an inept or their Spectrum company could not solve the problems. IMO, they could have spent a bit more money on better pillows. They only have 20 rooms!

The above comments pretty much sum up our stay.

First of all, Justin was awesome and went out of his way to be welcoming and to assist us in any way during out stay! The facility was very clearly near new, was attractive and very nicely decorated. We were impressed with the lobby area, appreciated that there was no carpeting throughout the property, and enjoyed the lovely sitting area behind the hotel. The continental breakfast was yummy, and delivered promptly by Justin at the time requested.

While our room was very quite later in the evening, the constant noise from traffic on this major town road beginning at approximately 6:30 A.M. and lasting until about 9:00 P.M. was unexpected and annoying. Additionally, while we realize hotel management was essentially powerless, learning about the water main break and the impossed boil water order only 90 minutes before arrival was a major point of concern and inconvenience. As the saying goes, timing (bad in this insance) is everything!

Th staff could not have been more helpful; The room was just not situated comfortably. The whole town of Blowing Rock lost it’s water supply in middle of night; not hotel’s fault but it ruined the stay and we had to check out early next morning
