My family LOVED this house and would go again. It is way bigger than it looks in the picture and closer to the beach than expected. You can see the ocean from the front porch and there is a paved path that is a short walk to the ocean. The furnishings are excellent, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the pool was a huge benefit and well used. There is plenty of space for lots of friends here with a separate 2 bedroom, bath and kitchen on the lower level (street level). There is also a ping pong table and games available. Great location even though it isn't oceanfront. We plan to book again which is a first for us!

We loved the space of the building for a family of 12 to spread out. We loved the pool, the ping-pong table and the tree swing. Grassy space for kids to play and ample parking. we just wish the bedrooms had been a little bit bigger. Kitchens upstairs and downstairs was a big help with two refrigerators. it is in between two beach access points so a little bit of a walk to the beach. Great shaded bike path behind the house, which was very enjoyable

This property was everything we were looking for and more! We have visited Edisto Beach many times and we agreed that this is our favorite house! The house is beautifully maintained and the location is perfect for visitors who love the Sound beach. Having a pool was an added bonus! The home was clean and provided a great space for large families to vacation together and we especially enjoyed all the outdoor areas where you can enjoy fresh air and sunshine! We will definitely rent this home again!

We had an excellent, but short stay at this property. We checked in with ease, the house was clean and had plenty of space for our 9 guests. We used all 6 bedrooms and they were all equally comfortable.
We only had one issue during our stay, but we contacted the company and the maintenance man arrived within 10 minutes of our call and solved our problem.
Check out was easy as well.

Lots of space for energy of the youngest 3mos old to the quiet for the oldest 72yo. Kitchen worked well for cooking and buffet to the perfect table for meals, games, crafts. The kids loved the swimming pool

This house with the pool was perfect for our family of 13. I can’t say enough good things about it. My only suggestions would be to have some better knives and add some baking sheets. Those things in no way affected the fun we had, though. We definitely hope to return.

We had 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids) staying at Life of Rylee and it was perfect! The 2 separate living spaces was amazing as was the large kitchen table that we all came together for meals at! If you have a big group I would highly recommend this house! They were also very responsive when we had an issue with the pool!

Great, spacious layout with plenty of room to move. Fully stocked with just about anything you’ll ever need minus food and beverages. Comfortable beds, lots of seating, and very clean. You won’t be disappointed with Life of Rylee!

Life of Rylee was a fun place for our family vacation! Our grandkids enjoyed the pool everyday!! Easy access to the bike path. Plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating around the dinner table. The negative to the week was the internet/wifi/tv situation-slow and inconsistent and difficult to attach to streaming platforms.

Proximity to the beach, private pool and dog friendly rental were the things to love about Life Of Rylee. A little TLC in the kitchen would improve this rental- no kitchen towels, sparse pots and pans and all are peeling Teflon. Yard was unkept upon arrival and stayed that way until the last day of vacation. Outside shower has drainage and mildew issues. Otherwise a very nice rental.

Super cute house in the wonderful, small, low-key Edisto setting! We spent most of the time on the main level which was adorable and spacious with views of the sun setting over the ocean. The main level kitchen was well stocked (even better than listed) and beds were comfortable. Lower level was nice to have additional kitchenette, 2 more bedrooms and one more bathroom. We loved sitting around the pool, short walk to the beach, outside porch areas, and game/family rooms. Plenty of parking (carport and gravel space). Items to note: shared drive way with neighboring house but still ample parking, main level and lower level are accessible only by outside staircase (no inside stairs), lower level on ground (no stilts), as of our Oct ‘22 trip house had 2 sets of physical keys (no lockbox), cell service can be sparse on the island. We would absolutely recommend Life of Riley for families or friends to enjoy a slowed down pace in Edisto!

This is the best vacation rental experience we have ever had. Our entire family had room to spread out and lots to do. Great cleaning job before we arrived, linens and starter supplies all in place made for a great experience. The pool was a nice plus.
Kudos to Vacasa for your operation. Everybody we had contact with was personable, helpful, and happy to answer any questions.

This was the perfect rental for a large family vacation. 8 adults and 5 kids worked really well, enough space for all. Plus, the pool was so handy for when the kids got tired of the beach. Lots of great family memories made at our stay at Life of Rylee. Thank you!

Living the Life of Rylee!
It's a quiet life, staying at the Life of Rylee with easy access to the beach. And a pool for the times when the kids needed to nap and after they went down to for the night. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms cozy. We were able to have rich family time, by the ocean, around the pool, on the deck and on the enclosed porch. This Life of Rylee is the way to go!

Perfect for a large family!
This house was fabulous for our large family and our dogs. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and the house felt warm and cozy. We spent a lot of time on the back deck. There is a bike path right behind the house so we rented bikes and had them delivered. There is a short walk to the beach access and the sunsets were gorgeous. We loved being here for Thanksgiving but would like to come in the summer so we could use the pool. We all loved this house!

Perfect for our family!
2nd year staying in this home. It fits our family perfectly. We love the pool. Greatly enjoyed the addition of the table on the deck and beside the grill. The home is clean and comfortable. Great space for our dogs too.

It worked out
Maint. Issues which required the rental maint. Tech and/or plumbers in and out most of our stay. A reimbursement was offered by the property manager "which i felt was inadequate" for our trouble. They said they would talk with there manager and get back to me after i declined the amount. Then i received an email the next day stating another but inadequate reimbursement and "that the check is being processed. "The next day i called " while maint. Was there again" to address the property manager. By luck, i got hold of the regional manager which happened to be there. We were able to come to a fair agreement but i felt the whole experience for our family vacation was not pleasurable.

Clean, beautiful home with lots of fun things to do
We loved the heated pool, even with days in the low 70s, we enjoyed swimming. Being on the walking /bike trail was amazing - we saw deer and the kids loved it! Quick walk to the beach, we actually too the trail to the intersection a block away.
The house was very clean on arrival, and the linens were clean and crisp. What a convenience!
The office was super easy to work with - I didn't realize I needed to sign the agreement, and was late in doing that, they worked with us - no issues. The drive thru key ick. Up and drop off was convenient and safe. Thank you!
Ping pong was fun. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, coffee maker was NICE and clean and the stove is AMAZING! The water system is really good and it was first time we didn't have salty water at the beach!
Can wait to book again for next year!

Family/ friends of 10. Enough beds and space. Loved having the downstairs for the teens. Easy walk to the beach. Did lose hot water 1 evening but refilled quickly. The pool was a must. Kids played games every afternoon after the beach.

Best kept secret.
We traveled as an extended family for a week’s vacation to Edisto Beach, it was our first time on the island but it definitely won’t be our last. The house was charming and full of character. We enjoyed all of the little details. The location was great, with quick and easy beach and bike path access. The little ones enjoyed the heated pool, the parents appreciated the outdoor shower for sandy feet. Highly responsive and informative communication. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing escape to Edisto Beach!

Our family of 9 enjoyed staying at the Life of Rylee during the Christmas break. The house is clean, nicely decorated, and having 6 bedrooms was a treat for everyone! The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware and cutlery. The downstairs apartment was a bonus and gave the older kids a place of their own. We'd love to return in the summer to enjoy the pool and all that Edisto has to offer in the warmer months.
