Great place to stay and enjoy your vaccations

"I have enjoyed both my trips here. Rooms are large and spacious comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms great customer service from the staff specially the housekeeping staff they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. Food is excellent love my breakfast."

Horrible Place. Do not rent it!

Horrible place. I booked this place for my colleagues, and once we reached the place, the manager redirected us all to this shadiest hotel, which apparently is used for hook ups. Dirty and extremely filthy.

They committed 3 bed room with this price when i was booked but when we reached with family on hotel they said we have 1 bed in 1 room and you pay double for the 2 bed and 2 room otherwise sorry then we leave this hotel and physically search dove inn hotel and stay

Staff at Hotel Gulberg Lodges speak good. Good dealing in online message, face to face but not all the deal they doing.

1. Reception not answer call when I call(too many time) 2. Transport deal before arrive at airport, but no staff come pickup. 2 hours I waited at airport without any update from hotel. 3. When arrived at hotel, staff said all room fulled. Included, the room that I have been booked. *how can the hotel give to others customer the room???BAD LIKE SCAM!!! 4. Staff asked me to go another hotel (Al Burhan Express Hotel), 1km from Hotel Gurberg Lodges suddenly and agreed to pay transport cost. 5. When at Al Burhan Express Hotel, I need to pay PKR4800. The receptionist/boss duty at that time(7.00 am Lahore time) said, I need to pay the taxi cost not the hotel. BAD! NOT MY MISTAKE, TAXI COST, HOTEL SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HAPPEND! 6. Too many time I need to up and down go to counter deal happend. Send document, arrange room. 7. I booked 2 extra largest bed, 8 mineral waters. I just get 1 queen bed at the 1st time and no mineral water. How can I sleep with other 2 people???and 1 kids???I go down meet the boss, counter back my booking for the 2 extra largest bed. I was got chaging room but just got 1 extra largest bed and 1 single bed. Still no mineral water. 8. The receptionist/boss said I need to pay for 2 days suddenly during I going down for send document they needed(PAK visa). I strictly showed my conservation deal with Hotel Gulberg Lodges after confirm booking. I will arrived at Lahore Airport at 4.55 am and will check in at 5.00-6.00 am. They aggreed. I also deal that I will check out at night at around 10.00 pm, same day(18/9/2022) because my flight at 1.50 am(Lahore time) which is I just stay around 15 hours only at the hotel. Hotel Gulberg Lodges AGREED and said FREE. *refer in conversation Booking.com 9. NOT SAFE! That toilet windows no key to lock. Anybody from outside can enter to the toilet and enter the room. Scary! 10. The room not strictly privacy. I feel trouble and disturb my sleep because somebody knocked my room too many time.

Passable

The Owner of the Restaurant is very coperative sir Iltaf and He deal us with due respect.Room was Averege.

The Staff of the Lodges totally Unprofessional.The did not meet our requirements and deal us with very unprofessional Behaviour.Thier madam which is on Reception guiding guest totally wrong and Thier booking manager blocked us and did not recieve our call.
