Excellent property! Easy check in and out! We walked everywhere to the downtown shops, ice cream and food. Was so great to be by everything!! Was a little noisy in the evenings with the road, amphitheater and surrounding condos but we didn’t mind at all. Loved the condo. The bathroom was awesome. Everything new and updated. We plan to return next year hopefully!

We stayed at this property for a stay over July 4. When we saw there was an opening the end of the month for the Coast Guard Festival we immediately rebooked this property to come back. We absolutely love the location. The view from the porch is perfect! We would recommend staying here for a visit to Grand Haven!

Great place with a perfect location. Check-in process was great. Only complaint would be that since the property is a loft style, the bedrooms have windows to the main areas of the home. Tricky for those with smaller children.

Very dim lighting in unit. Very hard to put makeup on in bathroom over the sink so very dim. Reading was all most impossible in the unit.

Agree with all of the reviews. We had one adult child in bedroom and one on couch (not a pullout, more like a leather futon). Well-equipped, well-decorated, close to attractions. Highly recommend this condo and this host!

Very nice walk to the lighthouse. Very close to downtown shops and restaurants. Very comfortable living space. Nicely equipped kitchen, but it could use a couple more wine glasses.

Very nice place, great location, there was only one downside to this property and that is the lack of proper housekeeping!! the property was extremely dusty, the amount of dust underneath the beds was honestly unbelievable me and my son both have horrible allergies and it was not very fun

My wife and I loved the property . We have stayed in one of Jenna’s other condos in the same building two other trips . We love grand haven and it’s so nice being able to walk about everywhere from the condo. The owners are easy to work with and always willing to answer any questions. We will be back I am sure.

I wanted a late winter getaway that was quiet and relaxing and this property did not disappoint! The condo has all the basics you’d need for a stay and the furnishings are lovely. It felt very safe, especially since I was a lone traveler. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The number one reason to rent this place is for the location. It is steps from the downtown shops and restaurants and only one block away from the waterfront. My favorite part of my stay was grabbing a beverage from one of the cafes/restaurants and taking it down to sit by the river to enjoy the view. The only cons (which didn’t actually ruin my stay in the least) is that there was some noise from the restaurant next door at odd hours of the day (like 5:30am every morning when the dumpster was emptied) and the bed/pillows were not as comfortable as I’m used to (but that can be solved by bringing your own pillows if you are picky about such things). I would recommend this place and may find myself back there, as well.

So glad they kept the old piano factory and revitalized it. We enjoyed the modern update and found this condo to be very comfortable. Right in the middle of town and looking out on the water. House supplies provided, bring your preferred toiletries.

We had an event in Grand Haven that was downtown so this condo location was perfect. The condo is professionally decorated and is extremely clean, tidy and very cozy. We really appreciated the comfortable bed, linens, and comforter!! Would definitely stay at this condo again.

My Nursing buddy and I needed a nice long weekend in a comfortable, clean place, with a good vibe and we got it! The location is perfect and right in the heart of the city. Leave your car in the lot and walk to everything! The owner was super accommodating, and quick with all communications. We will be back for sure! I absolutely recommend this place, you will love it!

Nice place conveniently located close to restaurants, the boardwalk, and the fountain music show. We also walked to the pier, about 20 min walk. The place was clean and a perfect size for a few nights stay.
