Kate delivered above expectation

Having an ocean view balcony was great. The location was 10 minute walk to the buses to Old Dubrovnik and Sunset beach. Surprisingly a very quiet area.. Kate is an amazing host who answered our every travel need.

Our single beds were not comfortable especially for a tall person. Everything else was great.

Quiet and cozy apartment with wonderful sea view.

Kate is an excellent host who is accommodating and thoughtful. The apartment was superb, nice and clean with wonderful unblocked view of the sea.

The winding narrowed lane to the property and the staircase up to the apartment.

Lovely stay.

There is nothing like having a balcony on the ocean to enjoy some downtime. Kate’s Place has everything you need and is close to amenities and an easy walk to catch the bus. But the best part is Kate! She goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

Cozy, silent and a sceneric beauty

Obviously the sea view, there is no obstacle

Yes rooms are bit cozy, as compare to most of the room in your Europe, but it's a home away home, Ms. Kate is a wonderful host

Gorgeous sunsets, great host

The balcony view was incredible. Great sunsets. Kate was delightful and helped my mom arrange a birthday surprise for me! Easy walking distance to old town.

Exceptional

The view was amazing and only about a 20min walk into the old town. The bellevue beach was just a short walk away and was beautiful. Apartment was clean and comfortable

what you see on pictures are true representation of apartment. Amazing view from balcony, clean room with all equipment you need from cooking ware to strong shower to finish your day off on beautiful view in front of Adrian sea. Kate is amazing host providing all information you need.

Gorgeous view and lovely host

Everything was just perfect. Kate is a lovely host and the apartment was exactly what we needed: clean and with the most gorgeous view. I'm sure there are other fancy places in Dubrovnik, if you are looking for this, but you will hardly find such a view from the balcony. What's better than waking up with the sounds of sea waves? Thank you for hosting us, Kate! Can't wait to come back!

a wonderful place

Kate was a very helpful host, answering all questions, booking taxi for airport, helping us when needed... She gave towels for the beach and for the appartment. The view from the appartment is absolutely beautiful. It was a pleasure to drink my coffee every morning seeing the sea. It's not so far from Grad Old City 20mins/a bus stop very near. And not far away from Gruz port where we can take a boat to the Islands Lopum, ...

few more equipments would be appreciated moreover when staying one week here (TV, toaster, nail clipper,..) but it's not essential

Great stay at Kate's place

Nice and cozy apartment, perfect for family 2+2. Great view and location - 10 min to Bellevue beach and 20 min to Old Tawn. Kate is very helpfull and friendly . Apartment is good equipped and very clean . I strongly recommend it !!!

I would definitely book Kate's place again

Kate's the best host we've ever met! She was pending at our arrival, showed us the place and gave us a map pointing out everywhere we needed to go, she recommended good restaurants for dinner, gave us a cold drink (awesome because it was too hot!) and told us some interesting stories. The apartment has everything you need, beds were really comfy and the view was breathtaking. There's a "hidden" beach 10 min walk away, which we considered the best one in the 3 cities we visited in Croatia. The city center is 35 min walk from the apartment, but the uber costs around 30 HRK to get there, so I recommend to use that option.
