Herriots House is a detached manor house located in the market town of Skipton, North Yorkshire. Hosting six bedrooms, this property can sleep up to fourteen guests. There is a family room with super-king-size and king-size with en-suite shower, a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, two super-king-size bedrooms with en-suite showers and a king-size with en-suite shower.There is also a kitchen/diner and an annex with two sitting rooms, a woodburning stove, sofa bed and a shower room. Cots and highchairs available on request. To the outside is a covered seating area with outdoor heaters, furniture, a private hot tub and ample off-road parking. Herriots House is a truly spectacular retreat to celebrate a special occasion or simply reunite with family.
Amenities: Electric central heating throughout (individually controlled). 2 x electric oven, hob, microwave, 2 x fridge, 2 x freezer, 2 x dishwasher, 6 x Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Covered area with seating, outdoor heaters, ambient lighting, hot tub and external shower. Secure bike storage. Washing machine and drying area. Two dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.3 miles. Hotel bar and restaurant next door. Supermarket 2 minute walk. Highstreet 10 minute walk. Cot's and highchair's available on request . Park and canal directly to rear. Note: No use of hot tub on departure day. Maximum adults to stay at the property is 12. Note: no stag, hen or similar. Note: this property has a £600 Good Housekeeping Bond.

Immersed in glorious open countryside, there are plenty of lovely walking routes right from the doorstep. The nearby towns of Keighley and Harrogate are well worth a visit, whilst Pateley Bridge and Aysgarth provide ample opportunity to explore the Yorkshire Dales.
