Only a short 4-minute walk from the gondola and mountain base, this tastefully furnished, modern 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom end unit townhome is the perfect spot to call home during your Steamboat vacation. Over 2000 sq ft of living space, attached one car garage, laundry room, splash pool, and hot tub make this the perfect getaway. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with granite counter tops, vaulted ceilings, and open floor plan make this townhome perfect for entertaining. The deck off the back has a grill and looks out over a beautiful aspen grove. There is also a local walking path that makes for easy access to all the base area restaurants and shops. This corner unit is a 1-minute walk from Wild Plum Cafe, Liquor Store and Grocery. Downtown is just a short bus ride away.

We had a wonderful time staying here and the location was perfect. The little Wild Plum shop a few steps down the path was a hit for the kiddos. The place was super clean and well-equipped for everyone. We loved the rooms being downstairs as it was nice and cool for the summer. We even saw a mama and baby moose right outside our front door. Would definitely stay here again and think it could also be perfect for a winter ski stay.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our 3 night stay. There was more than enough room, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and we really enjoyed having a bbq on the patio. All of the beds were comfortable. The carpet probably needs to be replaced. There were several stains. I would probably stay at this location again if we ever go back to Steamboat.

High quality place and very clean. But it sleeps 10 and has parking for only 2 cars. Logistically very difficult. You’ll need to call nomadness customer service, which is based in CA, for them to send you a parking pass (they’ll tell you only maybe) that you’ll then have to print (hope you’ve got a printer lying around!). Also it only lists 8 bed spots in the description but there are indeed 10.

We had a very pleasant stay with our two adult daughters. The three bedroom, three bath set up gave everyone a place to retreat and the upstairs living area was a comfortable gathering space. The location was ideal for my wife and I to take a short stroll to the plaza by the gondola for morning coffee in the early mornings and the short drive to downtown was convenient for outings in the afternoon and evening times.

Easy walk-ability to the mountain for skiing, restaurants, and even a small grocery and liquor store within 100 yards. The view out of the large windows was stunning! Large entryway to accommodate all of our gear, coats, shoes. So nice to have a full bathroom with each bedroom, as well as the half bath upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several meals. Will certainly consider staying here again!

Lovely, clean condo with a mountain lion mounted over the fireplace. Made for great photos. Well equipped, not well organized kitchen ware. Had to look through all the drawers and cabinets to find what we needed. But everything we needed was there. Would definitely rent again.

I needed a “home base” for my family and friends while I ran the Run Rabbit Run 100 race and this was the perfect place! It was a short walk to the ski resort’s base area whether you are looking for recreation, food or drink while also being a short drive from downtown. The unit is easy to find and parking is convenient. It was fully equipped for our stay and comfortably hosted our group of 9 adults. We would absolutely stay here again!

Location of the property was fantastic. Perfect for our family to visit. Previous guests had overloaded the dumpster. Management was prompt in responding to our request to have it emptied so we could use it. We were not able to use the pool or hot tub. Not sure if it was closed for the season or what. Overall great stay though.

Location is great! A very clean and comfortable townhouse, beautifully decorated. The neighborhood pool was tiny, but it was heated and the kids were in it every day. Highly recommended.

The location of this unit is spectacular; only a few minutes walk from the lifts. However, we found that the master bedroom mattress was in serious need of a replacement, and our guests said the same thing about the primary beds in the other two bedrooms. Also, when the carpet on the main floor is replaced, the owners should address an extremely squeaky floor by screwing it down better; the noise is sufficient to wake up anyone sleeping on the ground floor.

Although the property was mostly good, the couch and loveseat are worn out and need to be replaced. While they photograph well, the cushions are too uncomfortable to even sit on for long. In addition, the property should provide shampoo/rinse/soap sufficient for the length of the rental not simply a “starter kit.”

Location is excellent for easy walking to some of the open pubs etc... House is well set up Parking is very small and limited. Large pickups barely fit in garage or drive, large SUV would have same issue. Unfortunately someone put dishes away dirty so we had to wash all them before using Bed quality is weak at best, frames noisy for multiple people staying in same room Charging $25 extra for one hour early arrival seemed a bit ridiculous

Very nice home. 3 couples stayed, we were all very comfortable. Had trouble understanding the tv and management sent someone over to help us. Nomadness was wonderful in returning calls and helping us with our needs The home was in a great location, right in ski area and Wild Plum restaurant and store are super close . Downtown was a short drive. We would DEFINITELY rent again.

This condo was so perfect for our family group of seven adults and two children. The gorgeous view out our front window of gently falling snow on the Christmas tree lights was magical! The location is great for walking to the ski lift yet the condo felt secluded in the trees when looking out the windows. It was a great Christmas in a perfect condo.

We loved the view of the mountain, aspens and pines from the windows of the condo. There were walking trails right outside the front door. We had plenty of space for eight of us, and the home was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
