The house and the property were great. My wife and I are older and we would have found handrails helpful. One at the back door leading to the patio, one at the steps leading off of the patio, and one in the swimming pool. The fishing off the property was great! The coffee in the mornings on the patio was wonderful! The view of the water off the property was BEAUTIFUL! The view of the surrounding properties was BEAUTIFUL!

My family stayed here for my wife's birthday. The location is excellent and easy to access. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom which helps with 6 people staying over. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time staying. Check in was pleasant we even had Mr.Mike come save the day when a big wasp was in the house and the grandkids were a bit concerned and grandpa wasn’t there yet;). The house is perfectly located and we had shade! Shade and it only felt like it was 80-85 when real feel was 110….the pool was even cool and refreshing. The Wave runner lift made it so nice to enjoy our lake time often without a lot of work. Very comfortable stay, we will be back! The only thing I’d recommend is bring wasp spray they were everywhere.

Loved it! Only issue was the back door is hard to open and close and the way it is it cut my son in laws finger pretty badly. Other than that we had a wonderful time and would stay there again!

We spent a long weekend with my adult children at this property. It has a beautiful lake view and a small pool that is perfect to hang out w a beverage! Lots of space for family of 6 and very clean. All the amenities were available. We had a great time!

The house worked great for us! It is a beautiful location on Lake Conroe. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied. We enjoyed sitting outside with a great view of the lake. The boat dock was a bit tricky for us to dock our boat, but we made it work. Another cleat on the other end of the dock would have been helpful.

We had a great weekend celebrating my dad’s 70th birthday. Beautiful view, spacious home. Great location - within 20 minutes from Sam Houston National Forest hiking trails, and close to restaurants. Fast responses from host as well. Great stay!

Being able to do many activities right at the house was so relaxing. The spa was excellent, and we fished right off the dock many times. The house was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed. There are many restaurants nearby and convenient stores as well. The view of the lake was so beautiful, especially at sunset. Thanks for letting us stay!

The home was large and fit our bedding situation perfectly. The check in process was not what we expected based on previous rentals through VRBO. We had to physically go to the management office to pick up the keys and sign a form regarding the rules of the property. We had to also go to the office to return the keys. As this is not a keypad entry you will need to plan your arrive time accordingly. The houses on the street are close together so you want to be aware of not being too loud for the neighbors, who we did meet and they were helpful with suggestions for dinner. Overall it was a great stay and the house was clean and fit our needs for a wedding in Montgomery perfectly,

We rented the house for a long family summer weekend. The house was outstanding. Well kept, well stocked, and convenient to stores. The lake was lovely; very convenient boat rental and spent the afternoon on the lake. The patio and pool have a great view. The neighbors were very friendly. We highly recommend this home and plan on staying here again.

Wonderful time. Great house. Loved the openness of the living area. Didn’t realize there was an Alexa speaker on the counter in the kitchen until the last day there. Wish I knew that earlier. Had a book to guide us through the particulars of house. I would suggest the cleaning staff pay particular attention to the outside ceilings of both the first floor and balconies. They were congested with bugs and cobwebs. Had to clean it ourselves to be able to sit outside. I did contact the office and they were diligent in making sure the next guest didn’t have that problem. The interior was immaculate. Would certainly book again😊

The check-in was easy. The stay was great. My complaint isn't the restrictions on the number of people or cars allowed. That's understandable to a extent. But to have such strict rules and the price being what it was for two days. I would expect a better cleaning job. There was open milk in the refrigerator, a dirty towel hanging behind the door in a bedroom. There was also long straight hair (I have braids) in the bed and shower in the owner suite. I didn't have time to call the management team to get someone to come out. As we had people coming in from out of state. So we did it ourselves. Outside of those things we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this home if they get a better cleaning service.

We stayed here while our house in spring was undergoing renovations. The house was nice and clean, and an awesome setup for a small vacation. The manager was even nice enough to install a few cleats on the dock for our boat. You don't come across service like that very often. We will definitely be back

This is a very nice home. Unfortunately our stay was ended early due to us being a bit loud. Bottom line we’d just gotten married and found some family was not in the condition to drive home so we asked them to stay with us. We were on the patio and should of been inside because my in-laws are loud talkers. We were asked to leave in order to get a refund ︅as long as we checked out and the house was in order. Which it was left in the same conditions as checkin, no damages what so ever yet I still haven’t revived my refund as promised. I’m hoping they stick to their word and issue my refund as promised as I complied with the conditions in order to receive it. It was simply a matter of circumstances. I wasn’t comfortable sending family on a long drive home and don’t regret my decision. We were loud on a Friday night…worse things could of happened.

Our family had a fun and relaxing long weekend at this home. The kids love splashing in the pool, and everyone enjoyed the big outdoor area. We fished, rented a boat, grilled and swam. Check in was smooth and communication was great. We plan to return!

the layout of this house was perfect for the privacy of each of my grown kids. It had something for everyone - it has a TV but we only used for the toddler and it had a little corner especially for her. Everyone had a perfect view from there large rooms and private baths. We enjoyed the outdoor views from sunrise to past sunset. Large kitchen and bar so we were like at home - gathering around to enjoy the company. Only regret - we did not stay longer.

Beautiful home. Well decorated and all beds were comfortable. The lake view was beautiful and quiet. The dipping pool offered a great place to casually hang amongst adults probably not ideal for young children. We had a wonderful stay.
