El Riad es precioso, está en medio de la Medina y todo el personal es maravilloso, nos han facilitado muchísimo todo. Profesionales y atentos. El desayuno muy rico y variado y la comida también!

Einzigartiges Haus! Das Riad ist wunderschön und auch das Team sehr nett. Super hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend:)
Fes unten in der Medina ist finde ich recht unübersichtlich und es sind weniger Touris unterwegs. Das hat aber nichts mit dem Hostel zu tun. Ich habe deswegen abends lieber ein Taxi genommen, dass 2 Gehminuten durch belebte Straßen entfernt halten kann :)
Das geht also ganz gut - war auch alleine Unterwegs

Escaleras. Estaría bien instalar un pasamanos. El wifi no llegaba bien a mi habitación, en 1ª planta. A las demás habitaciones, de mis amigos, sí le llegaba.

Estuvimos dos noches, ¡muy a gusto! El personal fue muy amable con nosotras en todo momento, muy amigable y siempre atentos. Nos ayudaron a contratar algún servicio. La comida, tanto la cena como el desayuno, estaba deliciosa. Tiene una terraza con magníficas vistas a la medina de Fes. La habitación estaba bien, con un baño grande, muy buena decoración en todo el riad. ¡Volvería encantada!

El Riad es muy bonito, con espacios amplios, tanto comunes como privados. Fue el primer Riad en el que nos alojamos en nuestro viaje a Marruecos y no pudo gustarnos más. Es muy fácil llegar, desde donde te deja el taxi son 5 min caminando y el Riad está muy bien ubicado en la Medina. Los empleados fueron muy amables, siempre disponibles por si necesitábamos algo o teníamos dudas. Nos recomendaron un muy buen restaurante. La terraza es espectacular, con vistas sobre toda la Medina. Lo recomiendo 100%.
Lo único que podemos decir, por decir algo, es que el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación hacía ruido tanto en encendido como en apagado. Si no eres muy sensible a los ruidos no te molestará.

Bien placé car près d'une porte mais la porte bleue est assez éloignée..
Service de transfert aéroport avec une personne super sympathique aussi.
Le plus gros point négatif c'est le matelas, mal au dos durant les 4 jours car beaucoup trop dur.
Ils parlent peu français mais ce n'était pas grave.
Pas d'explications concernant la ville où les excursions à faire. On s'est débrouillé par nous même.
Un groupe est arrivé l'avant veille de notre départ, un peu bruyant.

Wat een geweldig verblijf voor dit geld!
De medewerkers van de riad zijn echt toppers;
Vriendelijk, gastvrij, altijd bereikbaar en echt niks is teveel.
Ze hebben van alles voor ons betekend; van het regelen van een taxi(van en naar het vliegveld), een dagexcursie met een prive chauffeur, je daar opwachten bij aankomst en je naar de riad begeleiden, met enthousiasme meedenken over een leuke daginvulling tot het direct oplossen van een klein mankement aan de douchekop..
Schone ruime kamer.
Er werd tussentijds gevraagd of we de kamer schoongemaakt wilde hebben en dit werd nadien keurig gedaan👍
Lekkere douche(warm water😊, wij moesten 'm voor warm water ri de koude kant draaien).

Het ontbijt was inbegrepen en goed(pannenkoekjes, omelet, cake etc). Altijd met enthousiasme gebracht.
Avondeten is optioneel en zeker een aanrader, er wordt erg lekker gekookt(de koftan is een aanrader!)
Ik voelde me niet helemaal fit en kreeg thee, wat te eten etc.
Locatie; midden in de medina,vlakbij het grote plein waar je ook makkelijk een taxi kunt pakken
In de avond in de medina rondwandelen is ons niet zo goed bevallen(een onveilig gevoel maar dat lag ws ook aan de straatjes waar wij liepen).
Heerlijk en groot dakterras waar wij dus vervolgens de avonden erna(in het donker)hebben doorgebracht
Ook kun je hier evt eten😊

Wij hebben 3 nachten geen andere gasten in de riad erbij gehad, dus veel rust, alleen de laatste nacht.
Als we dan een tip kunnen geven; iets aan de isolatie doen zodat het minder gevoelig is voor geluidsoverlast
Bedden aan de harde kant maar gezien het geld en de service voor ons echt totaal niet iets waar we mee gezeten hebben😊

Sehr gute Lage, mitten in der Medina, trotzdem ruhig und einfach auffindbar. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar, trotzdem nicht aufdringlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen.

La ubicación es muy buena; está en la medina, pero cerca de la puerta y la plaza por lo que una vez que te llevan la primera vez es fácil ubicarse y encontrarlo. La terraza tiene unas vistas espléndidas de la medina. El personal fue superamable, de verdad, fueron encantadores y superatentos, nos ayudaron un montón (nos organizaron los tours que fueron una maravilla, nos imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque de vuelta, nos organizaron el transporte de ida y vuelta del aeropuerto, etc.). El desayuno estaba buenísimo, y cenamos ahí un día y buenísimo todo también. La habitación estaba superlimpia y era muy bonita. Para repetir y 100% recomendable.
La única pega que le pongo es que la ducha en seguida se inundaba porque el desagüe no tragaba muy bien. Pero vaya, es la única pega y que es entendible debido a que la casa al final es una casa bastante antigua en un barrio antiguo.

Location in Medina was great. Staff had good service.
Very small property. Narrow stairs. Rundown bathroom. No extra facilities like pool, fitness area, etc. Located in side of alleyway. Riad pics should show the exterior so you are not surprised. Difficult to walk up 4 flights of very steep stairs.

The Riad was pretty tidy, the room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was a plus and super yummy and the staff in general was very very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back there if I go back to Fes again.

We had a fantastic night in this very nice Riad. The owner had sent someone to the parking lot to pick us up and carry the luggage. It was a 4 min walk to the Riad. Very close to the tannery but it doesn't bother you. We had a spacious room with air conditioning, great bed and everything very clean. The staff is very friendly and will help you with everything. It was a very rich and delicious breakfast. Top!

Attentive, gracious, and welcoming staff. Excellent food service and preparation. Location was advantageous.
Low ceiling In stairwells. Room does not have a chair or base unit to set luggage upon.
Neighbors in adjoining buildings are very, very close and one can hear all of their activities. This is not the fault of the host and is out of their control. It is a part of the fun and adventure of staying in a traditional riad in the old medina. We don’t reduce our rating for this inconvenience, but wish to make it known to future renter.

It’s a gorgeous riad (typical house) decorated with care, very well located, but the best of it is their personal (thank you Aziz for your kindness, attention and sympathy). I would repeat with closed eyes, for me is my place of reference in Fes.

I loved everything about this Riad, i didn't want to leave at the end, here are some of the things i loved about Riad El Kaid:
-The location is ideal, close to everything and in the old medina, and yet quite and nice place.
-The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Aziz, Oumaima and Ayoub, the made sure i felt comfortable and were like family to me. They suggested places to buy things i needed and even came with me, i was speechless and thankful to them.
-The breakfast was delicious, they even change it everyday and add new dishes which was so yummt.
-The room was nice and had everything i needed.
-The riad is clean and well taken care of.
-I would definitely stay at Riad El Kaid next time i am in Fes.

It was beautiful! The rooftop terrace was inviting and overlooked the Medina. Our room had windows that overlooked the open center. It was a bit hard to find at first but there were signs posted and was easy after the first time getting there. The breakfast was delicious!

The Riad is located near Bab Rcif gate where is easy to find taxis, which was very useful since we traveled in and out of Fes. The place is really beautiful, delicious breakfast and very welcoming staff. Oumayma is a great host, took care of everything we needed with ease and great sense of humor!
The other guests didn’t seem to realise that in a riad you can hear everything! it’s supposed to be an oasis of peace and quiet, so one cannot slam doors and talk loudly in the middle of the night.

Inside the building is superb, old beauty, room is pretty and spacious. Staffs are helpful. Location is within Medina. Riad Staff came to pick me up from Medina gate.
At night the streets to get to this riad is very dark and narrow. After dinner in late night you may not want to walk alone to go back to riad.
