Welcome to the Florida Gulf Coast! Come stay and enjoy this beautiful, updated, 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath beach condo inside the private, gated Madeira Beach Yacht Club.

This condo (located on the second floor) includes all the amenities you could wish for - sleeps 5 (1 King w/ closet, 1 Full bed with Pullout Twin Trundle), kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining room, cozy living area, screened in porch, washer & dryer, cable & high speed WiFi.

Inside this gated community includes 2 pools to kick back and relax, an exercise room, sauna, jacuzzi room, billiards room, and free gated parking for one car.
3 fishing piers within the property - perfect for dropping a line in with a local bait store right around the corner!

You will not find a more convenient location that has everything you need within walking distance; most importantly less than a 10 minute walk/5 minute drive to the beach! Walk or drive to the grocery store across the street, liquor store, local shopping and live music at the famous Saltwater Hippie (a local favorite!) Across the street from ROC Park that offers 2 public tennis/pickleball courts and a basketball court. Activities are endless!

Pros: Great location, close to stores, restaurants & beach. Unit had cold AC. Washer/dryer came in handy. Comfy master bed. Cons: The listing states BRAND NEW/UPDATED. I am sure at one time it was updated but it is not BRAND NEW now. Unit wasn't cleaned fully upon arrival, and we arrived 8:30pm. Dirty towels in hamper, food on carpet/floors. Kitchen chair cushions filthy &stained. Contacted owner to make aware & had pictures to show. Owner asked to view photos then all communication stopped. Prior to communication was good. Owner never told us the gym, spa & restrooms were during first part of our stay. We use gym daily, so this was disappointing to find out. Other owners there had been notified with multiple emails stating it would be closed. Condo is on the second floor many stairs not that was an issue for us but may for others. Many issues to start this vacation but we just made best of it after buying cleaning supplies. Unit is not a fully stocked unit. Not even a sponge or dish soap. a cleaning lady came back next afternoon to do floors. She stated this unit has looked like this for over a year that we have been cleaning it. Also, she stated that she has told the owners that the carpet runner & rug needs to be replaced. The listing just needs to remove BRAND NEW/UPDATED off. We honestly thought we were walking into that and it just wasn't the case. There are many beautiful units in this complex as we have stayed in other ones with no issues.

Or first time staying in Florida and this condo and the owners made it such a fantastic experience! The condo was welcoming, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed at our home away from home for a week. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, grocery stores and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Our family had a great stay! The condo had everything we needed and was in the perfect location! We enjoyed being so close to Madeira Beach, restaurants, and playgrounds. The amenities were ideal and we used the pool and waterfront walking path daily. The host was a wonderful communicator! We will definitely be back!

Overall stay was fine. Outside of concerns shared with owner upon arrival and during stay only other feedback is the noise from park and neighbors and lack of counter space in bathroom and guest room.

I just can’t even put into words clearly how perfect our vacation was from beginning to end. The location of Madeira Beach yacht club is absolutely pure perfection. You could walk to the beach, bar, food, store, pool, gym hot tub. The condo is newly renovated and is so beautifully designed. All new appliances are really a nice touch. The master bedroom is so nice. It has a king size bed, which I think is a California king that really just made me feel like I was in heaven every night when I got in that bed. I love that they have everything that you’ll need for your stay like towels and beach towels, dish towels. She also leaves things for the beach, like rafts , umbrella, noodles etc I cannot wait to come back next year.

We’ve just stayed here for 10 days and it was perfect, the condo is super cosy and had everything we needed the beds are so comfy, the check-in was easy, its less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, everyone we spoke to was super friendly, We would definitely recommend booking this condo, the host Gwen is quick in replying to any questions.

Fantastic location in a gated complex, walking distance from a nice public beach (less than 10 minutes), and near a CVS, grocery store, and a handful of restaurants. The condo was very quiet and had all the necessary amenities, including a washer/dryer unit. Our kids enjoyed the pool inside the yacht club, and we enjoyed getting lunch from the Snack Shack on the beach almost daily. This was a great fit for our family.

We had a great stay! The only complaints we had are we needed a vacuum cleaner and seemed to be missing several light bulbs in the lamps. Other than that it was a great place to stay and walking distance to the beach!

My husband and I had a wonderful week at this property for our babymoon. Our only “complaint” would be that we over estimated how walkable some of the nearby places are in the heat, but Uber and Lyft are very affordable all up and down the main strip and there are the trolleys and other public transport options so overall a great choice!!

This is a beautiful condo loaded with everything you need. The location is fantastic as we love this area of Florida. Everything is within walking distance which worked out well for us so we didn’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on a rental car. I highly recommend this condo and area. We used the gym and the pool at the yacht club as well. That was a nice added feature. 5 stars!

A great location that has all you need within walking distance. Fully equipped to enjoy cooking meals and has all the beach requirements one needs including a cart in which to carry everything. Owners suggestions of places to eat were spot on and thoroughly enjoyed. Clean and cozy . Would definitely come again and recommend to all .

We really enjoyed our stay! If you haven’t been to Madeira, then know this is the PERFECT location. All was exactly as advertised. Beautiful place! ROC Park across the street, beach right across Gulf BLVD, library next door, so many shops and places to explore. Everyone at the Madeira Beach Yacht Club was so friendly and helpful, the staff was wonderful. Gwen answered any and all questions quickly. We hope to stay again!

The property was great! Location was wonderful. We could walk or were a short drive to tons of beach access. We enjoyed our week. There was an issue with the AC but the owners had a back up ready and had the HVAC people there as soon as they could. We love the area and plan to be back as soon as we can!

Gwen was extremely responsive even prior to arrival. The place is exactly like the pictures! Extremely clean. All furniture is comfortable and condo comes with beach chairs and umbrella. Very convenient for my daughter’s softball tournament just across the street at ROC park. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking meals. Two pools were very nice. Would recommend this place to anyone. An amazing place to stay. Nicely renovated and very clean. Located within walking distance to the beach. They provided beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. Easy check-in and we felt safe in gated facility. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
