Breve soggiorno in un’ottima struttura

Camera moderna, accogliente e molto pulita. La posizione ottima in una zona abbastanza tranquilla, ben isolata dai rumori esterni. Molto comodo il sistema di self check in e utile la cucina a disposizione per gli ospiti.

Arredamento camera nuovo e accogliente, c,é tutto ciò che serve in modo efficiente, in posizione strategica per recarsi anche a piedi alla vicina clinica Korian. il proprietario Alessandro simpatico e disponibile.

Strada sottostante con traffico un po' caotico.

Exceptional

We stayed there for only 1 night but when we arrived we really appreciated the balcony where we had impromptu dinner. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very well organized and clean. The host gave us all the necessary info for self check-in. We had a very good rest before our flight home. It s not centrally situated but it eas quiet and safe.

Petite but perfect base for exploring

Very clean, modern and comfortable. The bathroom is good, shower especially - as long as you give the hot water a few moments to come through. Little balcony was good for an evening rest and drying a few clothes. Can fix a drink in the kitchenette, plus each room has dedicated space in the fridge. Toiletries provided. Really good cafes and eateries within easy walking distance. Bus into Cagliari centre stops just up the road and is really good value.

The room is small with limited storage/hanging space, but you are in the city.

Perfect stay

it’s new, well maintained and exactly how it looks like on the website. The communal kitchen has everything you need and even though the breakfast is not included, there is coffee, croissants and marmalade. The bottle of water in the room is a nice touch. Alessandro is a perfect host, always available for all my requests. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

Modern and welcoming place.

The place is wonderful.The apartment and room was super clean and well design. The room was exactly as the same you see on the photos.The owner prepared all necessary things in the room and bathroom. The air conditioner works very well and the room was not noisy. The owner also provide some snack for the guests for breakfast.Alessandro as an owner was very helpful and available. The apartment is located in the center of city and you can find the bus station,restaurant and supermarkets very close to it.Highly recommended this place to all and also alone travelers.

I booked for my mother who either spoke Italian nor English. But the host and everyone was super nice and helped her and made her stay wonderful. I would give more points for service if it was possible. Thank you!!!

Superb

The room was clean, big and the bed was super comfy. Bathroom has a bidet a shower and a hair drier. Cleaning happens everyday.

One of the nicest boutique hotels I’ve stayed in.

I am usually quite critical when it comes to hotels, but I couldn’t fault this one. Very friendly, helpful staff, spotlessly clean, quiet, modern, super comfortable beds, our own terrace, big towels, nicely decorated. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great vacation!

Breakfast and the kitchen were very confortable. It's perfect to fix your meals and bring it to the beach. The owner is very kind and attentive.

Modern cosy beautiful room with perfect location !

Beautiful newly furnished room, nice bed, great shower, super cosy balcony. AC and TV. Shared kitchen with free coffre. Easy check in and check out. Alessandro gave us tips for the neighbourhood restaurants parking (some on the street and a Big free one at 100meters) ! 5min walking from Quartu Center, 15 from Cagliari and 20 from airport, just perfect! 1h from villasimius beaches!

We can hear people in the kitchen in the morning..
