La villa y la tranquilidad, las vistas, la habitación, el desayuno 🥰. El auto-bar nos encanto jaja!! Todo fue estupendo.
La última noche ,el parking estaba lleno y tuvimos que dejar el coche fuera de la villa pero justo enfrente nos dijeron que no había problema así que perfecto.
Tanto María como la compañera que nos atendió en el Check-in fueron muy agradables.

Kaunis Villa kauniine yksityiskohtineen ja itsellä alakerran huone terassilla josta avautui upeat maisemat uima-altaalle ja merelle asti. Huikea aamiainen, kahvikone oli onneton. Hyvässä paikassa lähellä vierasvenesatamaa ja rantaa. Pysäköinti Villan takapihalla.
Henkilökunta ei osannut englantia, vain Espanjaa. Kahvikone onneton.

Loved the outdoor patios with many options for seating. Most people were making a beeline at breakfast (included) for the outdoor tables overlooking the coast and pool below.
Need a gardener to sweep the stairs down to the pool and water the plants that were a little yellow.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze prachtige villa met veel buitenruimte en een mooi terras. Het heeft een rustige ligging maar is toch heel dichtbij de haven en levendigheid van Javea. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en met lekker vers fruit. Verder straalde het huis gastvrijheid uit. Wij hebben erg genoten. Jammer dat het te koud was om een duik in het zwembad te nemen.

Ubicación buena cerca del pueblo y puerto. Desayuno bueno .
La primera habitación que nos dieron no funcionaba la televisión nos cambiaron a otra habitación que estaba fría de narices pusimos el aire caliente a tope la habitación era grande el aire estaba enfocado a la cama y no había ningún otro tipo de calefacción en el baño ni en el resto de la habitación , segundo .....pedimos que nos trajeran alguna manta más y nos dijeron que no tenían y nos trajeron dos sábanas extras , tercero....a las ocho de la tarde nos fuimos a duchar y no salía agua caliente llamamos y nos dijeron que se habría terminado el agua del calentador.....preparación 0 para el invierno.

Ik was hier voor de 2e keer en ik vind het een prachtig smaakvol ingerichte Villa.
Ik denk 6 of 7 kamers.
Maria is zeer vriendelijk en verzorgd alles, ze is niet de eigenaar. Ze geeft je een gevoel dat je helemaal welkom bent en fijn dat je gebruik mag maken van de waterkoker. Overdag en in de avond kun je koffie ( 1 euro) pakken of andere versnaperingen tegen betaling. Overal leuke zitplaatsen binnen en buiten.
Je loopt zo naar de boulevard, winkels en restaurants op ongeveer 800 meter.
Auto parkeer je op het terrein, gratis.
De matrassen vond ik te hard. Mijn man vond het prima.

Beautiful rustic villa in a quiet location but an easy walk to the front. Very relaxed and pool area very quiet. Liked the idea of an honesty bar and sitting on the terrace for breakfast with beautiful views. You are left to do your own thing but can contact Maria at anytime who is nearby if needed - she was very sweet.

Es un sitio especial para desconectar y relajarse en pareja, con una piscina y tumbonas muy cómodas, el desayuno muy bien y con un gato atigrado que es el rey de la Villa, la anfitriona Heidi, muy profesional y amable. Con ganas de repetir, gracias...!!!

formule sympa au petit déjeuner, comme un petit buffet, pas d'omelette ou d'oeufs sur la plat mais il y a de la tortilla, vous pouvez toujours prendre un petit café, à boire et des chips, et vous payer en fin de séjour, c'est en self service

Очень удачное расположение с частной парковкой, прекрасным видом и аутентичной обстановкой исторической виллы. Заметно отсутствие сильных мужских рук, что полностью компенсируется радушием самой хозяйки. Лучше остановиться на 2-3 ночи, чтобы полностью почувствовать атмосферу отдыха уютного загородного дома. Внизу просторный лаундж с honest-bar, где вы можете сами выбрать и налить бокал вина, который оплатите уже при отъезде.
Чуть-чуть не хватает заботливых мужских рук, которые бы помогли сохранить аутентичные элементы и механизмы в окнах и ставнях, а также добавить немного блеска мраморных полам в ванных комнатах.

Auf den Fotos sieht es sehr toll aus, das stimmt zum Teil so auch, aber viele Dinge passten nicht. Sehr gutes Frühstück, schöner Pool. Das war alles sicherlich einmal sehr nett, aber viele Dinge werden nicht gepflegt.
Insgesamt waren wir enttäuscht. Von den Bildern und dem Preis von 170€ die Nacht hätten wir mehr erwartet. Es fängt damit an, dass zum Checkin niemand da war, d.h. wir mussten erst herumtelefonieren, bis endlich jemand kam. Unsere "Junior Suite" hat den Namen nicht verdient, es gab kein separates Schlafzimmer, sondern der Raum war etwas größer mit einem kleinen Vorraum. Wenn man stehend aus dem Fenster schaute, konnte man durch eine Lücke zwischen den Bäumen das Meer sehen. "Meeresblick" stelle ich mir anders vor. Es gibt einen Safe, der aber verschlossen war und außerdem lose im Schrank lag, so dass er weggetragen werden kann. Der untere Teil des Gartens war ungepflegt und kahl.

Lovely villa with beautiful views and great location for going into Xabia port. Nice and relaxing chilling on the terrace and by the pool.
The pool area could have been looked after better. Only one or three umbrellas worked and most of the beds were too wet to lie on.
The downstairs rooms are not very sound proof so you could be woken up early if your neighbours are not quiet.

Tijdens het indraaien naar het parkeerterrein is onze auto aan de onderkant beschadigd. De oorzaak was een combinatie van een in de grond gelegen metalen slot (van de poort) alsook dat het parkeerterrein lager ligt dan de doorgaande weg.

Truly epic location, views, property and service. on-site parking was perfect.
No option to bring well behaved children. Bar service was a bit limited.
