It was pretty loud; Wild chickens would roost in the trees and make crazy racket all night long. The bed was really hard but comfortable.

wish I had a room away from the Main Street

The location to the beach/town was awesome. Hotel very nice.

My room was right on the street (32) and it was super loud and hard to sleep. I’m actually quite disappointed that I didn’t get more rest.

We would not return due to the noise.

The staff was good. The room layout was good.

It was on the corner of two exceptionally loud streets. You know you’re in trouble when you find ear plugs on your pillow from the hotel.

Architecture & design of the place is fabulous. Clean, sweet staff, location...everything except the hard bed, noise, & lack of coffee were fantastic!!

No coffee available in the room or in the lobby. I think coffee should come w/ the room. Beds are really really hard!! Noisy place at night. We got used to it...or maybe were too tired to not sleep/.

Great location but very noisy.

Hotel is in a convenient location, very close to the beach and in the middle of all the shops. Loved the pool area and their excellent drinks. The staff do a great job keeping the hotel extremely clean.

Hotel is very noisy. Not just being on a busy street but for some reason the hotel plays loud pop music from 9 am to 10 pm. Also the birds start chirping at 4 am and are extremely loud. "Free breakfast" is just a coffee and the same scone every day.

A/C control confusing and not fully functional. Overpriced Covid test partner failed to arrive as promised, compelling me to find a last-minute (and $1000 cheaper) alternative, and stand in line for an hour in the sun.

Bed was new and far to hard. Value for money just was not there!

The staff was excellent ... pool area is very nice. The location is in the heart of all the restaurants ... which could also be a bad thing, as the noise level in high until about 10:00pm - 11:00pm.

1) The bed was the worst ... it was new but it was so firm, neither myself nor my wife could get a good nights sleep. To top it all off, the so called "Queen" bed was not a queen ... it was labeled Especial Queen Size (1.5 x 2.0) ... which is close, but the actual measurement was 58inches. That puts it BETWEEN a queen and a double bed ... and let me tell you, we noticed it!! 2) I was also disappointed with the way it is marketed on Booking.com. We opted for the Deluxe Suite with a toaster, as listed on Booking.com. None of the rooms have a toaster ... we asked!! We got a Standard Room and nothing more. When you have rooms listed as Standard Rooms, Suites, Deluxe Suites, etc ... there should be differences between the rooms ... as a person making a booking expects they are getting something exceptional. We paid CAD $3,656 for 14 nights and we were expecting to get something more than a standard room!!

Exceptional

This hotel was in a wonderful location. It was in the middle of the action, but we had a kiddo that had food poisoning (from puerto Vallarta) and she was able to go to sleep at 7:30- even with the noise below. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was a close walk to the beach and you got to walk down the Main Street to get there. The room was spacious and very clean. We also used the pool area and it was small but perfect. Very elegant and clean. The bar tender was great and the seats are super comfy.

The bed was quite small for 2 people. Loud music and the isolation wasnt great. In general also it night you could hear a lot of what was going on on the streets.

FABULOSO ❣️❣️

We live in in the jungle just outside of San Pancho up the Jungle Road, and stayed at the hotel to enjoy the pueblo with family and friends. Our daughter had a welcome party at La Perla and a birthday party at Limbo and then we had the wedding at La patrona Beach Club❣️❣️ All was Fabuloso

Nice hotel with flaws

The staff at the hotel is wonderful. They're all super nice and helpful. 10/10

The 9.6 review definitely made me forget about doing a bit of due diligence, but this hotel has a few flaws. - Bed too small (Queen size in the deluxe suite is tiny and not 'extra big' - No TV in rooms (not that I wanted to watch, but nice to have the option) - Very noise at night until about 1am (no problem for me, but perhaps for some) - Pool is very cold - Pool bar is very basic, e.g. no coffee and only limited food selection Don't get me wrong — the hotel is nice. Modern, clean, central and close to the beach. However, for that price I expected more from the room.

Good but won’t stay again.

Location was great, staff were awesome. Rooftop pool/hot tub/ bar was amazing.

Bed was terribly hard. Couldn’t have slept in it any longer than the three nights we stayed. Day pass for the pool is $75 USD, seems a bit expensive since we found a place a little further north with a $20 day pass and a huge pool at the beach.

Superb

New, clean and luxurious hotel, surrounded by bars and restaurants so there are plenty of options for eating in the area. It is also very close (walking distance) to the beach and the hotel offers to the guests towels and a bag for going to the beach. And purified water!

This is a really chic boutique hotel, but if you want to get some sleep during the weekend, this is unfortunately difficult here (before 1 or 2 a.m.) It is loud, as the building creates echo in the inner hallways so you can hear everything - people talking in the hallway, people whistling and calling each other and it sounds as if they are in the same room with you. And on the other side on the room, there is the very loud night scene in the weekend: loud music, vibrations, people singing along - and even though the windows are good and insulating, it is still difficult to sleep before the noise calms down
