Very nice and will likely return!

Beautiful decor and comfortable. Very clean except we did see a small roach moving around. Plenty of linens/towels! Easy checking out! Needed to check at office for a lost item but never found anyone there.

Although I had talked two times on the day before arrival and told that I had ALL INFO for getting into my condo, we still had to call upon arrival at the door of condo and wait to get the complete code!!

The location was absolutely perfect. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the ocean.

The beds were very uncomfortable.

Close to beach

Nasty, roaches all over, ceiling leaked into one of the beds. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds in a room and we ended up with 2 full size beds so someone had to sleep on the couch

Enjoyed Perdido Beach location and not commercialized.

Excellent location. Great balcony for lounging and viewing the beach. Very spacious condo. Liked the layout. Has potential to be exceptional if they fix a few things.

Facilities were dated. Excessive amount of outdated decorating that got in the way. Broken pantry door, dishwasher broken, didn’t clean dishes and very loud. Primary bedroom tv could only access 1 channel. Broken chair arm at dining table. No broom so we had to buy our own.

Wonderful beach front property

The location was easily accessible, yet very secure. It was clean and well maintained. The unit was very spacious and nicely appointed. The ocean view was terrific.

The unit did not provide blankets, beach towels, extra pillows. We didn't not enjoy the texture of the sand, it was too soft and not walkable.

Perfect beach getaway for singles, couples, or families of all sizes!

Perfect location right on beach. Pool is also right there at beach. Several shops and restaurants and also grocery store nearby (not walking distance)

Superb

The location and view was amazing. The beach was clean and NOT crowded. It's a hidden jewel. Unfortunately the dryer would not get hot even after cleaning out all the lint in the lint tray and it took an extra day for them to bring up my 2nd parking pass. I would suggest they leave an additional trash bag aside from the one in the garbage can as we had to resort to using supermarket bags. We would recommend staying here.

Dryer wouldn't get hot which resorted to us hanging out clothes on the balcony area. Needed an extra trash bag and the wait time to get the 2nd parking pass.

It was very relaxing and made for a great space to visit with our Marine who is in school at NAS Pensacola

It was a very secure and quiet location. The room and facilities were clean and attractive. Our surroundings were always quiet, giving it a very private feel. The condo had spacious rooms, stocked kitchen, sectional couch and large dining table, large balcony with comfortable furniture and great views from it and the master bath/bedroom. Having TVs in each room was nice. The indoor pool and hot tub were definitely added bonuses as the weather was not great for time on the beach or even the outdoor pool.

We could have used more dish soap, dish washer soap, laundry soap and trash bags…we did a lot of cooking and ran out of each on the third day. The toilet in the hall bath was broken and we had to flush by taking the back lid off but we never reported it either because we kept forgetting. I would look into updating the decor by removing the metal decorations, but it wasn’t terrible. My husband and I had the King bed in the master bedroom and had some trouble sleeping through the night. Our backs were rather sore from the firm mattress. A foam or pillow topper would probably have remedied that issue. But None of these were huge “deal breakers” for us- just some suggestions. We own a business as well and always appreciate knowing what others think. I would still recommend others to stay here.

Loved every thing about this beautiful unit,large balcony, excellent view, secure, and comfortable .

Property owner was very responsive to any and every question we had .

Everything was as it should be but we just did not understand how to fully get the key from the code box And needed to put #in front of the number for the gate , Elevator buttons did not light up when pushed so had some issues getting getting it to move up to our floor . However once it was all figured out , we had no issues. I would not let that stop anyone from renting.

Beautiful location, lovely balcony, great pool!

The location was perfect and we loved the extra large balcony

There was sand on the floors when we arrived and sand in the sheets on one of the beds. The beds in the room with 2 beds were supposed to be queen sized, but they sure looked like doubles. The can opener didn't work, so we bought them another one. They need a large skillet, but we managed.
