Shady management

Told when we arrived that our booking was for another day and we were sent away to a more expensive hotel at our own cost. Turns out this was not the case, the booking was correct they had just given our rooms away as the Tour de France was passing through. Insanely poor practice!

Eccellente struttura!

La pulizia ,confort,set asciugamani eccellente, avevo prenotato una singola e mi hanno dato una matrimoniale ad uso singolo.

Forse l'ascensore piccolo,ma non è un problema.Potrebbe esserlo con una comitiva di non deambulanti.

Very good

Location was perfect. Hotel has bus stop next to it plus Parking spots available. Hotel was clean with nice view. Pretty close to the Old Town by car or by bus. Restaurant serves good food. Towels and amenities were provided

The WiFi is so bad. I hardly had WiFi on my phone and when I mentioned to the staff at reception they gave me some private WiFi but that didn’t work either. The walls are thin so you will hear lots of noise if the neighbouring rooms have kids or teenagers. We didn’t get any tourist information from the staff at reception about the San Marino card or how to get the hotel with bus or car, which costed us time to go all the way up to the Old Town and come down. You can get down before if you are coming from Rimini to San Marino by bus at Domignano stop. Breakfast wasn’t good, the bread was dry so we’re other stuff except musli, wasn’t worth it for 5€. The mattress was hard. But again what do you expect for the price you paid

It's reasonably close to get to San Marino center but one needs a mode of transport.

Location is ok if you travel by car.

The room looked like it was renovated last century. Very bad soundproofing. Could hear every move of the neighbors and also, every use of the toilet was like in the middle of the room.

Good breakfast, the price was very adequate, it was very warm in the room

the room was quite dusty, and the soundproofing was horrible. I have heard the guy who was creating burping sounds the whole evening (and snoring at night)

Superb

Small clean room. Welcomg staff. Not perfect location for travellers without a car. There is a bus stop near the hotel but the bus runs only a couple of times during the day.

the room was ok, even though it’s got a old shower and the air conditioner was very loud. the breakfast was terrible, the service was the worst.

Price. Fast check-in. Polite receptionist. Amazing tough mattress (additional thanks from my wife). Beautiful view from the window. Fee for the dog 5 € which is not too much, thank you for that, if it was higher we wouldn’t choose you. Not far from San Marino. A restaurant at the hotel with good pizza but pasta with seefood wasn’t good because seefood was very tough like a rubber it is unacceptable.

Comfortable and welcoming

Breakfast was only good. The addition of a traditional bacon and egg choice would raise the standard. Rooms and corridors tastefully decorated with original pieces of art work.

The restaurant and the pizza they served. So tasty. Friendly staffs. Feeling safe and they had a big parking space.

-Absolutely useless bed construction grid. I sat on and immediately felt down, grid disassembled. I fixed it, and even when I was then utmost careful, happened again. I fixed again, but plastic holders jump out of metal frame and grid planks thin as paper🤦🏻‍♂️.Honestly the worst bed construction, that I have ever seen, and worst hotel bed, that I as very frequent traveller met. -shelf in bathroom fixed by shoe strap-shows strange approach to maintenance

Good stay for the price

The room was nice and clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was nice and had good priced wine ( half litre of wine for 7€)

The hotel was a bit of a distance from the centre and there were no sidewalks to walk there (Thats obviously bot the hotel’s fault.) The breakfast wasn’t worth the 5€/person we spent on it. The bad was quite hard and and hairdryer smelled like it was burning.
