Welcome to this striking, three-level, 3600+ sq. ft. home, where you can experience the ambiance of a historic retreat enriched by contemporary amenities that will blow you away.

On the main floor, relax and watch a movie in the tastefully appointed living room, prepare your favorite culinary creations in the open kitchen, or even do some work if you are traveling on business in the Den. This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. In addition, it allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 9 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10 pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti.
