You cancelled our stay less than 24 hours before we were due to arrive, leaving us in a lurch.

A lot more notice that our unit was not available. Very unprofessional.

Frustrating getting local assistance, and time consuming coming up with a makeshift, temporary solution so we could slee

Location, 4 beach chairs, comfortable beds. Booking.com helped us after 6 days of trying to work with Vacasa around serious termite issues. Other than checking-in for a parking pass, onsite Napili Point management does not handle this property.

Our 4th annual trip to this unit wasn’t what we expected. This unit requires physical and functional repairs NOW. Range/stove touch surface works intermittently. Frying pans’ nonstick surface is worn off and unsafe to use. Fan lightbulbs in LR and bedroom #2 need replacing. LR fan switch doesn’t turn off fan. 1/3 of the LR oceanview was covered by plywood to repair termite damage. Active termites above head of primary bed was horrible but I believe/hope this is going to be addressed 🤞🏼. Other suggestions: Two twin beds on roller frames vs. one Queen in room #2 to accommodate either siblings or couples. Slider door to separate sink area from primary bed. Kitchen counter bar seating. Forgo the empty LR bookshelf for a wall mounted TV = more space.

We really enjoyed this property. The staff is outstanding and they do a good job.

Nice Place. Great Views.

No luggage carts. The A level units are bit challenging for a handicapped person. No Hot tube. BBQ’s (2) work, but are hard to light, only one side gets hot enough to cook on!

Excellent and we can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful location. Comfortable home that was easy to relax in.

Stove was hard to use. But it really wasn’t to big an issue.

Coffe, Turtles, read and relax, eat lovely food repeat.

Love this spot. Very chill small beach town feel. great access to snorkeling and mellow beaches. Also best outside patio of all the units in our opinion.

Just a little worn as far as furnishings and bathroom. Not that big a deal.

Location, location! Snorkeling in front bay, turtles, whale watching & quiet!

Location was excellent. Walking distance to Napili beach, Kapalua beach and short drive to farmer's market (twice a week!) and groceries.

The washer was not spinning (so everything needed to be hand wrung and took forever to dry.....!) and although Vacasa was very responsive, it still took all three weeks that we were there for it to be resolved, just in time for the next guest ;-) The bathroom could use some updates.

Misleading and confusing

The location

Everything else. Booking this property through Booking.com made it confusing to the point of being false advertising. Pictures shown are a mix of two apartments, the larger C29 and the smaller A20. The emails kept being titled Napili Point C29 so when we arrived tired and ready to sleep at 9pm, that's where we headed. Since the same lockbox /door code is the same for both apartments, we thought we were in the right one. It wasn't until after everyone was almost in bed that I had the feeling that we were in the wrong place and called the customer service number where a rude or disinterested representative confirmed my suspicions and implied that it was all my fault or Booking (as a third party) and not the confusing emails, photos, etc. I voiced my dismay at something that could've easily been avoided by titling their emails correctly, including photos of the entrance to the apartment, and not using the same code for both apartments. If the code was different, we would've just kept looking for the right one after failing to get into the wrong one. Next time, we'll just book directly with the resort and not through Booking or Vacasa (the actual company renting the apartments).
