About this house rental
This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom stand-alone mountain home sleeps 14 w/ 3 king beds, 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds w/ two twin XL trundles, and a queen daybed w/ twin XL trundle located in the office. It features two master suites, two living areas, an incredible kitchen, vaulted ceilings, two large decks, and two balconies where you can enjoy your private area of Blue River and the mountains in the distance. While tucked away in a quiet area of Breckenridge, it's only a 7 minute walk to downtown, or make use of the nearby bus stop to get to the Beaver Run lift, downtown, or the gondola in minutes.
Please note that we have a minimum age and minimum of night requirement to be reserved. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 30 years of age or older. If you reserve for less than 3 nights (April - October) or 4 nights (November - March), you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

The living room features an oversized gas fireplace with stone surround and a large flat screen TV. The massive windows, vaulted ceilings, and modern mountain construction allow for natural light, while a glass door leads you to one of the spacious decks. The main floor guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and granite countertops. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware required to make a gourmet meal away from home and features two sinks, two dishwashers, quartz countertops, a large island with seating for five, and high-end stainless steel appliances. The breakfast nook has seating for two looking over the main deck. The adjacent formal dining room features an eight-person table allowing for large family meals and events.
The first master suite is on the upper floor and features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, its own private balcony and designated sitting area. The updated en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity, a high-end walk-in steam shower, an oversized soaking tub, a walk-in closet w/ built-in dresser, and a bidet with heated seat. There is a built-in humidifier for added comfort in the high altitude climate.
There is also an office space on the upper level hidden behind a secret bookshelf door with its own balcony! Work from your home away from home. 27” Mac and printer. Also located in the office for additional sleeping options are a queen daybed with twin XL trundle.

There's an Xbox series X, Nintendo Switch, as well as puzzles, and board games. Relax at the bar, featuring a wine fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Adjacent to the bar is a walk-in wine room.
The private laundry room is on the lower level w/ a full-sized washer and dryer and a sink. Laundry detergent is provided. A second washer and dryer is on the second floor. There is also a private heated two car garage w/ Tesla and Charge Point EV charging hookup.

We loved our stay and how functional the house was for our admin retreat. The only thing I would change is having more accessible towels located in the bathrooms or laundry room. There were 5 of us sleeping the bunk room which slept 6 people, but the bathroom only provided 2 towels. There were no other stored towels in the house. Other than that our stay was perfect and we were all very comfortable.

More spacious and overall better than expected. The house was incredibly clean, included plenty of console games and provided enough beds for 15 guest. The classic arcade table's joysticks don't work, but the foosball table is fun. I also think one of the upstairs dishwashers doesn't work fully, but maybe someone just kept opening it mid cycle.

The house was absolutely perfect for our 3-family vacation in Breck. The 3 en suite king bedrooms were perfect for the parents. The 2 queen over queen bunk beds with trundle was ideal for our 5 boys. Finally the “secret” office/bedroom was perfect for our daughter. The owners were incredibly responsive - bringing 2 humidifiers when we couldn’t find any for the lower level bedrooms. The kitchen/main floor sitting area was huge and well appointed. Finally, the location was very convenient - just a 5 minute drive to the mountain (there’s also a shuttle just 50 yards away but we never used it). Highly recommend his house!

A well stocked home, lots of space for our party of 3 families. Had an issue upon check in where the keys weren't there and the garage code was changed, but they got it fixed right away and it didnt delay us longer than 15 minutes. Also one of the bedroom doors to the outdoors kept opening during the blizzard and our guest had to use a couch to keep it shut. But other than that, the home was perfect!

Awesome house! The property is well maintained and clean. We had an issue with the hot tub needing additional water and batteries for a remote on the first night we checked in. The management company sent someone by first thing the next morning! We want to visit again in the summer months so we can enjoy the creek in the backyard.

This property is the best place we have ever stayed. The cleanliness was out standing and the pictures do not due it justice. We had a fantastic time! We hired a chef to come in and prepare a meal for the 12 of us, and there was enough kitchen supplies to do so. The coffee pot was not working and the property managers had a new one there right away. I cannot say enough good things about this propery and location. We will book again.

The house at 11 Riverwood Drive was great for our family. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen was large and we found everything needed. Customer service provided by the rental company was great as well. The only thing that I would suggest is that you should look into adding a gas grill. Also we could not get the fire place in the upper master bedroom to work. Not sure if the FP remote was the right one for the unit. The video game arcade did not work and that was disappointing for my grandchildren. I would recommend getting it repaired especially if you list it as part of the ammenities and extras. Overall we had a great week at this beautiful home.

This gorgeous home did not disappoint!!We were a family of 8 and there was plenty of room to spare! Beautiful views from every window and balcony! We all enjoyed the river running behind the house! Guys were able to fly fish or simply sit and listen to the rushing River! So peaceful!! Super close to Main Street! Luxury perks such as heated toilet seats, steam shower settings in the master bath and bidet toilets! We were never able to get the bidet remote controls to work, but could have been user error or dead batteries. There were a few housekeeping issues that were quickly addressed. We were super impressed with quick, daily communication from Summit Co Mountain Retreats! This was our first time in Breckenridge and we will be back!!We would definitely stay here again!!

Terrific kitchen/family room. Terrific access to free shuttle every 11 minutes. House is in excellent condition and was very clean. Two dishwashers, 2 laundry areas, bidets in every bath. Heated garage very nice for warm boots and readying for the slopes. Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent response from property manager. Only negative for our group was that the dining room is quite separate from the living space which separated our large group at mealtime when we prefer to mingle during meal prep and dining. My recommendations for improved offering would be: provide shampoo/body wash in a dispenser in each bath, larger serving pieces (salad bowl, mixing bowls since the house is otherwise equipped for a large group). I would also prefer a larger TV in the main family room like is in the downstairs playroom and having a treadmill available would have been a big plus. Overall 5 stars

Gorgeous home in great location
Our family had a great time at the house. It has extraordinary amenities and a great location walkable from town. The kids particularly enjoyed being able to fish in the creek behind the home. The kitchen is amazing and every room is very comfortable.

The property was phenomenal! Very close to town, you could walk, ride bikes, yet we had a feeling of being secluded. The outdoor space was great with the stream running through the back of the property. The house was spotless when we arrived. The only opportunity we had with the entire stay was there was only a TV in the bedroom in the basement bedroom and the main living area, none in the 2 bedrooms in the upper level. We would have preferred to have TVs in the bedrooms, we all were from different time zones and had different bedtimes etc. a TV in the bedrooms would have been great to give some privacy and downtime in the evenings.

This is a beautiful home that exceeded expectations! The layout allowed for group gatherings as well as privacy. The bedrooms with en suite bathrooms was perfect for our family with older children and guests. We enjoyed the sound of the water flowing down the river just a few steps from the property. The location is within walking distance to downtown but yet secluded. Summit rental agency was great to work and the listing price + fees were less that others rental agencies. We would highly recommend and have already shared this rental listing and Summit County Mountain Retreats with friends.

7 grown RESPONSIBLE women—2 doctors, an attorney, teachers, and professionals, stayed at this home for a fun weekend getaway. Friday night at 6pm, we hired a private chef to cook us dinner for a night in on our trip to Breck. During the dinner, the chef made a comment to us about how quiet we were. Not even 30 minutes later, we receive 3 threatening text messages warning us we would be fined if we did not quiet down. Perplexed, we called the property management to let them know they must have the wrong residence because we were all quietly eating dinner (everyone gets quiet when eating a great meal). Instead of talking through the situation with us, she flat out accused of exceeding the noise levels and lying because they had NOISE MONITORING devices in the home! This was NOT disclosed to us per VRBO guidelines and we were NOT in violation of noise levels. (Quiet hours listed were 10pm-8am). For the remainder of the evening we continued to receive an inundation of text messages threatening fines even after everyone went to sleep. Was it us or a defective MONITORING DEVICE?
For the remainder of our trip we could not comfortably enjoy our stay because we were afraid of being fined and monitored in our home.
Be warned! We will be looking into legal action against the homeowner, property manager, and VRBO for failure to comply with notice requirements for being monitored!

What a beautiful home! It was just as pictured. With a mix of fall temperatures and unexpected snow, we enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and soaking in the hot tub. This home is incredible. We used it for an offsite planning session and team building location instead of a stuffy hotel conference room. The house was perfect. Beautiful, easy drive from Denver Airport. The house is absolutely gorgeous. The bedrooms are perfect - beds are so comfortable and the steam showers in the 2 master bedrooms are great! We used the indoor grill for some Labor Day grilling. We were able to stream our laptop to the TV for MS Teams meetings. The wifi is very fast - perfect for working offsite. The Blue River flowing outside our back windows had a calming effect. The game room is a lot of fun. The walk into town was easy. Great hiking nearby.
I would highly recommend this to anyone - for vacation or business purposes. It could easily handle at least 3 families and children (the bunk room with 2 queen over queen bunks with trundles can handle all of the children comfortably!)
