Situated in North Side, Grand Cayman, 2 minutes from Rum Point, The Nest is a second floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath, end apartment with its own private steps to the beach and the warm turquoise Caribbean sea. Perched 30 feet above sea level and with a 180 degree view of the coast, the view from The Nest is spectacular. Located on the wilder North coast of Grand Cayman, there is a special energy and beauty here which gives it its authentic island feel.

The Nest is a 1250sqft, newly renovated, fully furnished top floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms and a large screened lanai (patio) with spectacular views of the ocean and coastline. This unique corner unit has exceptional natural light throughout and a sea view from every window. This particular stretch of coastline catches the prevailing winds which means there is frequently a wonderful breeze.

The Nest has a bijoux fully equipped kitchen with stovetop and oven, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle and everything you need to prepare your meals.

The open plan living space has a pitched ceiling which gives it a light and airy feel and offers a dining nook with seating for up to six adults, large sofa and chair and TV with satellite cable. There is high speed wi-fi throughout.

The Nest’s master bedroom, has a king size bed which looks straight out to the ocean and an en suite bathroom (bath tub and shower). Sliding doors lead out to the lanai. There is a built in closet and two dressers with plenty of storage space.

The second bedroom also looks out to the lanai and the ocean beyond and has two twin beds and a jack and jill bathroom. A crib is also available if you have a little one. There are dressers and a built in closet.

The Nest is one of only 10 privately owned apartments in the complex with more than 300 feet of uncrowded beach! Beautiful tropical fish, grouper, parrot fish, turtles, rays, and puffer fish all on the shallow coral reefs are only steps from The Nest. There is also a nice pool and decking area with loungers, which overlook the ocean. For those with children, there is a shallow toddler pool and mini waterfall.

For easy 24/7 access we use a key-less entry system, so you don't need to worry about carrying keys around.

Enjoy eating in the covered lanai overlooking the Caribbean sea, or from the breakfast table with a fantastic view of the beach…..or eat out at one of the close-by gourmet or casual restaurants.

We live in Cayman and personally manage The Nest, so we are available 24-7-365 should you need anything at all during your stay. Our Trip was cut short due to Hurricane Beryl, and who could have expected that? Even with all the hiccups with the weather, car rentals and our cell phones the Condo was beautifully located, well equipped and our hosts were super responsive with the weather conditions. The views from each of bedrooms and the lanai was gorgeous, we would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful condo for a beach vacation! It is modern, well-maintained, and very clean. We spent much of our vacation at the condo, sitting on the lanai, making use of the pool, or snorkeling in the ocean. Rum Point beach is a short drive with a bar and restaurant, boat excursions, and a nice gift shop. Charlotte, the owner of the condo, is extremely responsive and sends a great packet of information about the condo and about the island. This condo is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The property was beautiful, and the beaches were super private and peaceful. The kitchen was super well stocked and we had access to laundry which made it really easy to pack light! Charlotte was super responsive to us when we had a low battery in the smoke detector, and got maintenance to come right away. Would definitely book this property again.

The property had everything we could have hoped for to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation! Quiet location right on the beach with gorgeous ocean views, sunrise/sunsets and close to starfish point, stingrays and snorkeling opportunities! The house was immaculate and had all of the amenities needed…full kitchen, cleaning/laundry supplies, snorkel gear, beach chairs, pool accessories etc! Charlotte was awesome!

Overall it was great! When we had a couple minor problems but the host was great and had repairs completed promptly. The pool is awesome and you are just a few steps from the beach. I would caution folks on getting into the water especially if it's choppy. There is some good snorkeling just be careful when getting in and out. There are a few great places to eat and things to do near by. The best part of this location is the lack of people, hustle, and bustle found along the 7 Mile Beach area. It's quite and peaceful.

Amazing views- steps from ocean and nice pool. Ocean views from every room of the condo. Condo had everything we needed. We want to come back. It’s great for rum point and north side exploring and was perfect for the second leg of our trip after a few days at 7 mile.

We had a fantastic stay on the North Side of Grand Cayman. The condo was spacious, clean, and the primary bedroom had an amazing view of the ocean. It was so incredibly quiet and peaceful as well. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

I can’t say enough good things about this property- a spacious and beautifully appointed second floor condo (I think eight total units) with a huge enclosed lanai overlooking the beach. The unit is located away from the crowds in Georgetown, but near the Rum Point area. It fronts a very nice beach with excellent snorkeling and has a nice pool. Best of all, we essentially had the place to ourselves as this is the low season (this is my preferred time to come to the Caribbean because of the small crowds). Finally, the hosts are wonderfully accommodating. We will definitely look to return.
