Locust Estate boasts four large living areas, two full kitchens, 7 bedrooms, two laundry facilities and 5 bathrooms to provide ample space for your group. If you are looking for a great location for entertaining your group, this is the spot for you!
Wake up and relax on the large front porch while sipping on a hot cup of coffee. The large backyard is equipped for a fun time with your group while enjoying the fire pit and grilling your favorite dinners while watching the kids play in the oversized sandbox and playset.
Unwind in the two large open kitchens furnished with stainless steel appliances and a large island upstairs for your cooking desires. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee is supplied for those early morning goers.
Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high quality linens.
We do accept dogs with a $100 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog.

This property was just what we needed. There is so much space for everyone! Our teenagers loved the sand volleyball courts across the street. Would definitely recommend this place to other large groups .

We loved our stay at this house. It is so well-stocked with everything labeled and easy to find. It fit three large families with kids of all ages. The best part is the great park and pickle ball courts directly across the street. We sat on the front porch and watched the kids (pre-teens) play!! They spent most of their time at the pickle ball courts!! It is located in a great part of town with everything you need a short drive away! We will definitely book this property next year as we plan to come back!!

Everything was just as written in the description. Good set up for our group of 12 older ladies on a golf trip. It was a last minute choice and it didnโt disappoint. The host was very responsive and quick to right any problem we had. Would highly recommend.

This home was perfect for large family. We had family from California, Utah, Washington, and Colorado come together for my oldest grandsonโs wedding. The home was spacious and well equipped. Grandkids enjoyed the bicycles and proximity to park ( across the street). Alyssa was a wonderful host and very responsive to questions. Very comfortable home and lovely neighborhood. Thank you for give no us a stress free experience.

We visited area for our daughterโs birthday and college graduation. We had four couples, my mom, and my adult daughter. There was plenty of room for this group (10) and more. Lots of private (bedrooms) and public spaces for talking, playing cards, watching tv, etc. lots of kitchen space - and plenty of dishes, pots/pans, appliances, etc. Park across street was amazing and (as a pickleball family) the public courts (8) across street were beautiful. No complaints at all.

We came back in 2024 after a wonderful stay in 2023, and found the home in the same beautiful state we left it in the year before. Plenty of space amenities and linens are exactly what we look for, and we hope to book again for 2025!

Very nice property. Well stocked and furnished. I would say there is really only 6 bedrooms. The seventh is the common upstairs area with twin beds and sofa. Still larger than we needed. Enjoyed the stay. Walking distance to downtown.

The property was perfect for all of the family visiting for graduation. Plenty of space for everyone to be together when they wanted or get away from one another when necessary. The staff was very helpful in helping us access the 7th bedroom and answering any questions we had.
Our only grumble would be taking the trash out. The dumpster was right behind the house in the ally but you donโt have access to the gate so we had to walk/drive it all around or throw it over the fence and then walk/drive around to put it in the dumpster.

This is a very large home! Our ages ranged from 28-69 and we played hide & seek! Ping pong upstairs was awesome! The beds, linens, towels were all very comfortable. Somethings were not where the label said, but if you look you will find them elsewhere. I wish there was a double set of silverware in the main kitchen. There were 9 dinner forks. Ceramic or glass serving bowls would have been nice as would more bakeware. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to gather and relax.

We were a group of 6 siblings (all age 62 and over)....for total of 11 people. We had a great stay at this house. It is basically two rental units (one on main floor and upstairs and other one in basement), so we rented both to have six bedrooms. House was exactly as shown in pictures. Everything was in very good condition and very clean. All needed supplies (dishes, etc.) were provided. Great location...i.e. large city park directly across the street and only 4 block walk to reach restaurants and other things up town. Also, Windsor is a nice town and close to other larger cities for some day trips. Our only minor disappointment was the TVs. There are plenty of them and they work well. All use Roke/Hulu system, which is fine. However, although they have Hulu, they do not have "Hulu live". Thus, we could not access any true live shows....and were unable to watch some live sporting events that we had hoped to watch. Think it is $10/month to upgrade from "Hulu" to "Hulu live" so this might be a worthwhile upgrade for the owner to consider. Other than this minor inconvenience, THIS IS A WONDERFUL PROPERTY AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS.

We traveled from 3 different states. The house provided enough space for each guest to have quiet time when needed. We were able to gather in common areas and enjoy time together. It was perfect.

The house is very spacious, and provides quite a few options for family bedroom arrangements. Process was easy. We left a medication in the fridge and got a quick call from management that allowed us to collect it before leaving town!

Wonderful stay for our family. We had 14 adults and a 2.5yo. Great family gathering spaces both inside and out. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great location with a park across the street and a lake near by for a walk/run. Main street Windsor was quaint and Fort Collins was nearby for an afternoon visit. Highly recommended!

We were extremely impressed with this home. Very spacious and accommodating. Having two fridges in the kitchen was very helpful in planning for a graduation party. The location is also a perfect walking distance from downtown, the main lake, and a great park for the kiddos and events directly across the street. Great correspondence with the host is also always very helpful. I would highly recommend staying at this home, the experience was great from beginning to end. Thank you

We had a decent group of nerds hanging out for a 3d putting convention, and this house was perfect. Lots of room, comfortable beds (and couches), and a well stocked kitchen for what little cooking we did.
Definitely will book again if available next year

The house was great. Located near a small handful of restaurants and coffee shops made it convenient to grab breakfast and dinner. Everyone said their bed was comfortable, the house was very clean, awesome to have the ping pong table, and a comfortable living room to sit around and watch sports at the end of the day.

Our group stayed here for a wedding in Loveland and we had a terrific time. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 10 adults and we had more than enough space to hang out. Would highly recommend to anybody staying in the area for a large group of friends. Super easy to check in (they even accommodated an early check in) and host was very communicative. A lovely time!

Wow! This home is above and beyond awesome! Our entire family convened for the grand opening of RainDance National Golf Club in Windsor. Besides the fantastic location across from the park, the home was immaculate and full of extras!

Locust Street Stay
This property is perfect for large groups. Lots of room in the home. The Property manager was friendly and responded promptly. A few basic items missing from the kitchen but they are building on that. And the whirlpool bath didn't work but they have a maintenance man who will be out to fix it. Note that there is a basement apartment attached to this home so you need to try to keep your noise down which was harder with small kiddos but we found our downstairs neighbor to be friendly. The backyard is set up nicely for kids and adults. If you have a large group this would be a good choice for your group.

This house is great for family and entertaining. Spacious, with tasteful decor and room for the adults and kids. My brotherโs family and I shared this place and it was perfect for our two families. Older kids had their fun space and adults did too. Plenty of room for food prep and entertaining. Couches in the den on ground level and basement are great for relaxing. The property is across the street from a park and about a 7min walk to the lakeside downtown with breweries, coffee and shops. Easy drive to Loveland and Fort Collins. Would definitely stay here again when visiting family.
