About this apartment rental
This newly-renovated, light, private guest suite is in a quiet area, in walking distance of pool, cafes, Bowral town centre and train station. If the Cherry Tree Walk and bush walks up Mount Gibraltar are appealing, this is for you.
You will have separate access into a comfortable lounge room. There is a gas fireplace. The kitchenette has a bar fridge, microwave, coffee and tea facilities. You have a private courtyard off the bedroom, which has a fan and air conditioner.

There is a sofa bed in the lounge room which may be suitable for one guest. Please contact your host in advance if you are considering this option.
This property is pet friendly. Only one small to medium sized house trained dog is allowed. For any variations please contact your host prior to booking. Please provide some information about your pet for us. It is expected that you will supervise your furry friend at all times and not leave them alone in the suite. I can advise you of a pet sitter that previous guests have used.

It was a very easy walk into town, and we really enjoyed the variety of Bowral’s main street. The property was warm, comfortable and well-equipped. The host was very friendly in communications and left us to ourselves during our stay, which we appreciated. We were really happy that we picked this place.

Perfect accommodation for just one or two people plus their dog.
Loved the reverse cycle in the bedroom and electric blanket already on the bed, was very much a welcome sight on a cold night!

We had a lovely stay in this very nicely styled and presented flat underneath the owners property. It was a bit unfortunate that we were awoken so early on Saturday morning by tradesmen working at the back of the property.
The vanity in the bathroom was a bit small, had to use kitchen sink instead, and be careful when turning on the shower, it’s got very good pressure lol.. oh and an egg flipper would be a great investment in the kitchen, but all in all, very lovely accommodation.

After a long day on the road we couldn’t have asked for more. A very clean, comfortable and inviting property beautifully presented. It’s in a great location, is well equipped ( a coffee machine and extra towels!) and very tastefully decorated. There is also a lovely private courtyard and our dog was welcome. Thanks Peter, we hope we’ll be back.

A very pleasant surprise. This granny flat was everything you could wish for. We had great communication with the host who accommodated our early check-in (thank you Peter) and the accommodation was spot on for a weekend away. We'll definitely return!

Everything was as advertised but even more peaceful and well thought out. Excellent furnishings, linen, kitchen, etc and speedy internet. Lovely outdoor courtyard. Driveway steep but manageable.

If you are a couple or even a lone adventurer looking for dog friendly accommodation in the Southern Highlands, you will be hard pressed to find better.
Clean yet homely; tasteful and practical. Cosy but with plenty of room for you and your furchild.
Peter (the wonderful host) has thought of everything you will need for your stay and the added benefit of the secure backyard for your four legged friend, rounds out the whole package.

All the rooms were clean and tidy and the use of the court yard was a plus.
We appreciated the little electric fry pan as not every place has an oven or cook top. The mattress didn't offer a lot of support, and I acknowledge that is a personal preference. I always do a tidy up before leaving and could not locate a broom or vaccum cleaner. We too appreciate removing our shoes before entering a home and therefore this was not an issue.

The apartment is above & beyond what we were expecting with loads of nice little touches. The fireplace was amazing and the courtyard came in very handy for our dog.

A great property, perfect for 2 of us + our 4 legged friend, all of whom were made to feel very welcome.
The property has everything that you need for a short stay, is clean and very well-presented. It is just a short walk away from the centre of Bowral and cafes, pubs, etc.
Will hopefully be back again in the not too distant future.

Peter’s place in the very picturesque Bowral is a wonderful Southern Highlands getaway, so warm and welcoming. It is beautifully appointed with high quality homewares. Thank you Peter, we all had a lovely stay, including our Boston Terrier fur-child, 🐾

My partner and I (and fur kid) only stayed one-night at this apartment, but it was as described. The place was conveniently located and had all the necessary amenities. Peter was a great host and made the stay very enjoyable. Would recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

We stayed here for one night as we were attending the Day on The Green. It was the perfect location as we were 5 mins walk to the courtesy bus and we were the first to be picked up and also the first to be dropped off after tye gig. The place itself was lovely, very clean and spacious and would have been well suited to a longer stay. Peter was excellent in his communication throughout and we cannot recommend this place highly enough
