Baraka House Not Recommended

That is was close to the Gallagher Convention Center

1. The lady that works there very rude 2. No toilet paper when I ask she told me she doesn't have. I had to buy my own toiletpaper 3. No TV in the room the cable is there but the tv is missing 4. Bed wasn't made up I had to do it

It sucked.

The intercom was off and i stood outsde the gate in the cold for more thn 2 hours before someone could open for me. There was no tv nor heater in the room. Towel was dirty .

The host is unreachable, through phone calls, email or whatsapp. it feels uncomfortable.

The host is unreachable, the contacts on the booking app are not working. When I asked her why, she said, she does not mind. I had to stand by the gate for couple of minutes without response from the host

Need to meet modern guest needs, at least provide a TV.

No breakfast, no TV, cleaning not done every day, had to ask for a towel

Did not Provide airport pick up, no breakfast, headboard was hanging on two tins of 5litre paint tins. Not even coffee maker in the room.

There was no breakfast. The location was ok.

The phone was not answered when I called after paying. I get there I'm told there are no rooms. Then later they say someone will check out soon so I got in luckily. Parking space was too tight. The place was dirty. The wooden door in my room had spaces you can actually see outside through the spaces on the door! The bed is very uncomfortable. The ants are everywhere in the room. The sheets were clean but the duvet cover was not! Pillow cases not ironed. Please action the complaints.

Baraka House are scammers and we want our refund no matter what

You come with your food.

I booked online for 2 rooms 4 days ago 1 for me &1 for my friend when we arrive they say its full but if we can wait for room somebody will check out.so we waited for that single room. we shared the room with my friend.now when we try to call the number wanting a refund for the other room the phone is not answered up until now. Baraka House are scammers

Owner must stop be dome people

Good morning, There's was thing in place , we slept at caretaker room on one floor,one on caretaker bed is small room everything was a disaster. I request my fund back.

I told the place is fully booked but mean while it was approved and paid and we cant find the onwer on phone. Were smash in smallest room.

My stay was fine after struggling to get a room. The lady is very friendly and humbly.

I needed an accommodation which was the nesresst to Gallagher Convention center. It was just a walking distance

To be told that the apartment is fully booked yet I booked and paid online 8 days before arrival. Arrived at 17:00 and settled later at 21:00
