Une nuit très reposante au milieu de deux jours de visite des Cinq Terres.

Logement très propre, rénové récemment, bien équipé et dans un quartier calme, irréprochable.

Ottima location misto fra antico e moderno cura dei dettagli, quel soffitto che scricchiola però..... Ottima la posizione per raggiungere la baia blu e lerici

Molto bella la stanza, peccato che al piano superiore si sentano continuamente i passi di chi soggiorna sopra il soffitto è in legno e gli scricchiolii continui non agevolano il relax purtroppo.... Altra nota dolente è il parcheggio che se rientri dopo cena trovare posto anche sulla strada diventa un impresa non indifferente.... Il paese ha strade strette e le auto sono parcheggiate ovunque non permettendo il doppio senso di circolazione, per chi ha auto grandi è un dilemma purtroppo..... Chiesa vicina con canzoncine mattutine annesse con campane, peccato perché la struttura è molto bella e curata (soffitto a parte purtroppo)

Cozy, small, Italian-atmosphere city. Loved it!

Great place, the city is very small and cozy. Apartment has everything you need. You really get to enjoy the Italian atmosphere there. I absolutely loved the checkin procedure. We were provided a video with the way to locate the apartment (very useful, otherwise we could have got lost in the city).

Be aware that it’s quite hard to find parking, but not impossible.

Great stay! Would come back !

Very clear instructions for check in, very nice host, the apartment was very nice and comfortable. Great view of the sunset.

We did not expect that the property did not have any soap or sponges to wash our dishes after dinner and breakfast

wonderful!

it was super clean and fresh! very nice bonus - coffee and croissants :) beautiful view from the window and whole apartment is very pretty and pleasant!

we could hear people speaking in other rooms early in the morning… but if you’re not the light sleeper like I am, is should be fine!

Exceptional

Very nicely furnished apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had a request for late self check in and there were no complications. Mr Gianluca is very friendly, helpful and speaks very good English. It’s also easy to park on location, you can leave your car on public parking or along the road.

There was some noise from upstairs but on the other hand we are both light sleepers.

Greatest weekends with mountain view

Great view from windows and very very nice design. Everything was clean and nice.

40 minutes by walk to beach down the mountain and back up the mountain, but if you don’t want to go to beach, It will not take you.

The apartments are beautifully decorated and very functional. The owner was very gentle and very helpful.

It is 20 min by car from Spenza, from where you can take the cruise boat for cinque Terre.

Everything was perfect! Gianluca was super nice and gave us all the information and advices we needed for the 5 terre. The appartment was beautiful, clean and comfy with all you may need during your stay. Super recommended!

Great apartment to stay in, with a beautiful location. Definitely recommend visiting

Great location and the room was exactly how I expected it to be from the pictures with all the facilities mentioned in the description. The room itself was beautiful, and even with my ground floor room I had a beautiful view. The host was super friendly and very helpful- you can ask him anything and he'd be able to provide great advice. The overall stay was great, bed was comfy, there was parking available nearby & everything I'd want to visit was a short drive away. Definitely would recommend this accommodation for a great get- away holiday.

The only comment I could make was that the room was a little bit dusty for me (as someone who suffers from allergies) my partner had no issue though. Also the rooms are not exactly soundproofed & can get slightly noisy, I could hear the people above when they walk or talk- this would be the case in a property like this where the character of the building is maintained. However everyone is so polite & friendly that this could easily be mentioned to them & they will be more cautious. Apart from this, everything is excellent.

The apartment is so cute and very clean. The only thing is that the sound isolation is really bad.

The host was super flexible as we actually changed the arrival time with short notice, and he adapted without problem, super nice. He was so kind and giving us plenty of suggestions of things to do in the area. Only minus about the place is that you hear everything from your neighbors. Even when they’re just walking normally above you.

The best host we ever had in Itlay: Gianluca!

Gianluca is the best host we met in years! Built for taking care of guests. He contacted us way in advance, sent us the location of the free parking, waited for us at the arrival, excelent. But what really made our time there, is the itinerary suggestions he offered, including where to park for free, where to get tickets for the 5 Terre train, where to have lunch and dinner like the locals. One word, THE BEST TIME in Italy!

everything was great ! the location is in the middle of the village , close to Lerici . confort eas great . great bed , fantastic room and bathroom was perfect . great hot shower was welcome after a ling day of walking . fully recommended . host is very nice
