Nice 2nd floor condo. Centrally located on the island and a short walk to the beach. We had a fun stay for the week and really enjoyed having a 3rd bathroom in the condo, especially with 6 people staying. Our host was super fast with responses. Check-in was easy. We would definitely rent this place again for a fun, hassle free vacation

Very nice and spacious! We were unfortunately rained in most of our stay, so it was great that we had such nice accommodations. The outdoor grill was a nice touch that we were able to use for an unplanned steak night. The location was convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I had an amazing experience at this condo. It was super spacious very clean with nice appliances and furniture. Just a couple minutes walk down to the beach. Mark was a gracious host and very accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit SPI!

Rating this stay a 5 stars. I have stayed at other condos around the area with my family but this one has to be the best one so far. Very clean and great location. Had a great Easter weekend.

Great place very clean all the necessities needed minus a blender but everything was better then expected pictures don’t do it justice must see to appreciate… beach access was very convenient but a bit far to walk in this TX heat,,, will definitely stay again A+ communication super fast replying

The place is very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the location and we’re pleased with the amenities. I did not realize it was on the second floor because I didn’t see any mention that it was a second floor condo but other than than everything was great.

I want to start off this review by letting everyone know that this was my families first time not only using VRBO but visiting SPI. None of us were sure what to expect but the entire process was smooth and there were no issues when we arrived. The home was not only affordable but very spacious for my family of 6 and in a perfect location. There were other families around but we didn't hear any of them making the evenings after a long day very quiet and relaxing. The pool at the home isn't huge but it was big enough for my kids to enjoy for a few hours at night. The kitchen had all the appliances needed to make any meal you want. You just need to supply the food! The rooms are spacious and the bed is amazingly comfortable! Overall we enjoyed our stay in SPI and would recommend this location to anyone. If this spot is available next year we will be back!!

Amazing property 5 mins away from the beach! So many wonder attractions just a walk away! The condo was well furnished with a very comfortable bed ! Overall it was a wonderful stay and can’t wait to book this one again.

Fantastic condo located near all the attractions. Condo was very clean, comfortable and stocked with all the basic necessities. Short walk to beach and local attractions. Great communication with owner. Would highly recommend to others and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

The pictures do not do it justice. It was exceptional! It was clean and cozy and the best place to come back to after being on the beach all day. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Check in was very easy. Instructions were thorough. There was also a nice pool we were able to relax in. We will definitely look to book this place again.

The condo was spacious and very comfortable for 4 women. The common area and pool could use a few more chairs and some little end tables. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to return.

We loved everything about this place! The only suggestion is to have a table and lamp in place of the big plant in the corner by the couches as we are sensitive to overhead lighting. And more garbage bags, otherwise it was perfect for us! Thank you so much.

It was a lovely place, loved the option of the pool, however I will add that it does need more bath towels, rather than having to wash every few days, and to have unscented hypo-allergenic clothing wash detergent pods. That would have been helpful. And to have additional rolls of toilet paper. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

Conveniently located modest property. No working dishwasher nor working clean icemaker in freezer. Many people using pool who kept gates to property propped open until after midnight,Personal items left about on balconies and rails, loud music, which all were violations of posted rules. So apparently no enforcement. Keep that in mind if you want a quiet after 10 safely gated retreat. Our 4 night stay left us a bit sleep deprived. Accommodations were comfortable and owner responded quickly to questions.

This place was perfect for our family. We have 3 teenagers and each one had their own bed. The beds were VERY comfortable. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach in a good location.

Loved the setup of the condo and where it was located. We walked to the beach, restaurants, and groceries. Needs more towels, hangers, and kitchen linens. Dishwasher and dining table were not working during our stay.

The condo was a great size for our family. They had everything we needed and it was walking distance to the beach! The beds were comfortable, the area was quiet and the WI-FI worked perfectly! Will stay here again!

We had 6 people and there was always space accommodating us! The condo smelled so good as we walked in and it was super clean! The kitchen/dining space was huge and all cooking utensils provided were great. The three full bathrooms in the condo was definitely a highlight of our trip, as everyone was able to shower and get ready to go out to dinner at a reasonable time. The bedrooms were a nice size and the beds were super comfortable. The location was super close to the beach! Just a short 5 minute walk down the street. This was the perfect place for our trip and we definitely plan on staying at M’s again in the future!!
