Conveniently located 5 miles from the Wrightsville Beach.!! Enjoy morning coffee on large deck along a beautiful patio set overlooking your own private Pickelball court. And watch your children playing in fenced in backyard. Great for entertainment!
There are five major grocery stores, plus Costco and Sams Club within 2-3 miles of the home. Large living room with comfy leather seating for 7 adults to enjoy the large screen TV or fire place. The four bedrooms have 2 King beds,1Queen bed and 1Twin. Two full baths on first floor and one full bath on second floor.

The place is very nice and good location for a weekend getaway with friends or family. Pickleball court was a great addition of course as you didn’t have to travel to go play. Plenty of stuff to do around the area as well

This home was prefect for our family of 6. We all had our own space if needed and perfect space for time together. My mom had the loft part upstairs which was perfect for her to have her own bathroom and space. I would stay here again and again. Nice drive to the beach and to any other areas. And our host was very easy to communicate with which made it even more enjoyable.

Place was just enough for us. We have stayed here before while visiting family. And we we will return again. Host was great and communication was good. She checked in on us to make sure we were OK very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this home to any friends that are visiting Wilmington.

We visit Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach every year for a family reunion. I think Sea Salt and Sugar Sands is going to be our first choice from here on out! The house was impeccably clean, decorated beautifully, and the layout is great. Two king beds is a touch that many don't provide but is that "a-ha!!" moment at the end of a busy day. My 13 yo LOVED the little studio (with shower!) up the stairs. He called it his "apartment" and now wants to renovate our home to be exactly like it! The location is great, close to everything we needed, and the owner's communication and hospitality were just top notch from the sanitized bathrooms to the "Welcome Family" chalkboard at the front door. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this house and ease of booking. BRAVO!! We'll be back!

This home worked great for our family. We were in town to attend a wedding and to visit old friends. The home was in a nice neighborhood and very convenient to both downtown and surrounding areas of Wilmington. It had everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. House is lovely and has everything you need for your stay. The only negative was a dog near the property that barked at 3:30 a.m. for a bit every nite. If you’re not a sound sleeper it could irritate you. Besides that, terrific rental. We would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and this house was perfect for us. It’s not real close to the beach, if that’s what you’re looking for, but we were not. The neighborhood is not the nicest, but again, didn’t bother us. And make no mistake we never felt unsafe… that’s not what I’m saying. The owner was very responsive to any question. All-in-all the was a clean, comfortable stay for us.

We were in town for our son’s college graduation. Everything about this house rental was seamless and easy. The home was beautiful, clean and anything you could need was thought of. The owner was very kind and extremely and promptly responsive. We will definitely be staying there again!

We shared this house with two other couples, and one's teenaged son. We were in Wilmington for the NC 70.3 triathlon, and the location was perfect - out of the way of traffic and chaos, but very convenient to the event check-in site and transitions, and easy driving distance to the historic district which is really pretty. The house was perfect - spacious with plenty of comfortable sitting areas in the living room, everything was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Self check-in was a breeze, and communication with the owner could not have been better - she was even able to accommodate us for an early check-in, which was very helpful! We would definitely stay there again.

Adorable, clean and comfortable! Quick car ride to River Walk, shopping, restaurants etc. Located in a quiet neighborhood. So much better than staying in a hotel! Was close to the Wedding pre events and wedding venue. Had an enjoyable time!

We stayed for a few days over a long weekend with some family, including two small children (an infant and toddler), and it was a perfect spot for the toddler to have her own room, the infant to stay in a pack and play in a well ventilated walk in closet, and for each adult couple to have their own room. The play structure and back yard we’re clutch, and it was all of 15 min to the beach. The check in and check out process was easy, great communication from the host who even offered to let us do late check out knowing we had small kids. Would highly recommend and stay again!

We came into town for a military retirement party. This house was easily accessible to everything we needed from the mall, restaurants and even the beach. The property manager was available for questions anytime I needed her. Will definitely stay again!

The house was super clean. We stayed at Kings Grant for our daughter's soccer camp at UNCW and for family beach vacation. We could go to the beach, UNCW, Shopping center, restaurants, and fun park in 10-15 min! The host was nice and the communication was great. We had a great time!!

Had a girls weekend here and you couldn't ask for a better house! It was clean and had all the supplies you could need for a good stay. The beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable and the location was super convenient for activities!Communication with hosts was wonderful too and they made check in super easy. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful Place- 15 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach

The property is in a nice neighborhood and only a 15 minute drive to Wrightsville beach. Everything from a grocery store, restaurants to shopping is near by. I loved the layout of the home as it flowed very well and was decorated beautifully. Our 3 year old loved the loft twin/full bed as she had her own space away from everyone with her own bathroom and TV. Having 2 king beds was great as my parents and my hatband and I are all used to sleeping in a king bed. There was another bedroom with a queen as well. The place was neat, clean and loved that they provided beach towels and linens. My 3 year old enjoyed the large back yard and playset. I loved having the option of the fire pit in the back yard as well. The hostess was super kind and attentive when sending messages. We loved the place and look forward to returning for a future get away.
