Perfekt!

Wunderschöne Lage. Super sauber. Sehr nettes Personal. Gute Betten. Die Straße hört man bei geschlossenen Fenstern überhaupt nicht. Das Restaurant unten ist großartig. Parken gegen geringe Gebühr in der Nähe. Was will man mehr? Nichts!

Exceptional

Exceded our expectations, rooms newly rennovated to a detailed level of comfort. Beds perfect. Sparkling clean and great roomservice, I have been in many 5 star hotels an this is the cleanest I have seen. Location great, breakfast excellent. Good value and I recommend.

Refined accommodation and restaurant.

The first floor room was great with a balcony overlooking the terrace of the restaurant below and the sea beyond. The air-conditioning and the complimentary water in the fridge helped enormously. We had a great view of the bay and the planes coming in and out of Nice Airport. We had an excellent evening meal and the breakfasts were exceptional. The staff were friendly and efficient. The free shuttle bus from just outside on the esplanade, took us most of the way to Renoir's House museum.

The memory foam mattress was very comfortable but not great in such warm weather. The check in time says till 20:00 but as the restaurant is open downstairs till much later this is not so important. It would be good if this was clear in the info online.

Superb

The view from the balcony was wonderful. Dinner at the Bistrot was exceptional. Many thanks to the lovely lady from Thailand who was not only responsible for presenting breakfast in the morning but also cleaned the rooms. Our room was immaculate! We also watched her tidy the dining terrace in the morning and set up the umbrellas etc - very hardworking, conscientious and pleasant!

Would have appreciated the availability of an iron and ironing board.

Excellent location across from the beach

Excellent breakfast in the restaurant. Very friendly host to greet us. Clean spacious room. Beautiful bathroom.

There is no room safe. The door to the room is opened by a old fashion key. In order for the room to lock inside, you have to deadbolt yourself in the room. Tiny tiny shower.

Fantastic experience!

The hotel actually operates along with the underlying bistrot and I have to admit that it was fantastic having spacious rooms overlooking the beach. Rooms have comfortable beds and are equiped with all the means one may need, such as Wi-Fi, small fridge, espresso machine, hair-dryer, A/C and a large flat TV set (we did not get use of the latter). We had our rooms cleaned (really thoroughly) and our fridge resupplied with a pair of water bottles on a daily basis. Not only our hosts (Eloise and Nicolas) were really helpfull, but all the hotel and bistrot staff was suberb trying to fulfill our needs. The underlying bistro is used to serve French-style breakfast, offering a wide variety of sweet and savory dishes that truly exceed our expectations and varied preferences. Apart from breakfast, dinning at the bistrot is strongly suggested. All the plates are suberb, but I'd suggest trying those based on fish. It is worth to mention that the kitchen was extremely clean that there wasn't any fishy smell indicating that fishes were really fresh on a constant basis. The hotel is located right across the street from the beach so we had the opportunity to swim at every chance before having breakfast. The beach is clean with pebbles and is getting deep rather quickly which we really like. Finally, the hotel is ideally located close to the airport and yet without the traffic congestion of Nice, nor the crowded city centre. This is the ideal place to act as a base for journeys to other destinations, such as Nice, Monaco, Menton, Antibes, Cannes, St. Paul du Vence, or even Marseille. Last but not least Cros-de-Cagnes train station is within walking distance; trains along with local buses provide reliable travel alternatives to all the above destinations. Important notice: The hotel does not have a lift; so it is not suitable for people with kinetic disablilities. This was not a problem for us, but other people may need to be aware of.

No suggestion at all. Everything was fine exceeding our expectations.

Superb

The view, the friendliness of the staff and the location. We only needed it for one night, as we arrived in Nice on a late flight and needed a nearby accommodation on the coast so that we could wake up in the morning and see the sea. It was perfect for that.

It was a bit loud in the morning, because there is a road on the beach, so if you open the window, you can't sleep anymore. The room has to be accessed via a narrow staircase, but at the same time they asked very politely if they could help with the luggage.

Super cute little hotel, excellent location

Super cute and well located hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well presented and had a good selection of items.

The hotel is tucked away and a little hard to find but the host was available by phone to let us in.

Amazing sea views. Very lovely staff.

Did not realise there was a busy road between the room and the seafront. Quality of bed sheets and lighting also cheap.

beautiful view off balcony, great street side activity, across the street from mediteranian. Romm was spacious and seemed newly renovated. Nicolos was a gracious host. We had to leave early before breakfast was served and he provided a huge array of breakfast items the night before. I seldom write a review but this Inn blew away our expectations. l highly recommend it.

Fantastic hosts - husband and wife team were friendly, courteous and accommodating.

Breakfast was a mix of home made bread, jams and pastries. There was also a selection of cooked meats. Plenty was on offer. Fresh coffee, tea and orange juice was also offered. We ate in the restaurant on our last evening. Fantastic food and great service.

Room and location exceeded expectations! Easy access from airport on public transportation.

The hotel is on top of the restaurant Bistrot de La Marine and offers a fantastic view of the beach with a balcony. The weather was more than 30C every day but our room was nice and cool with the A/C. Our host, Nico, and all the staff (from the hosts to the chefs in the restaurant) were super nice and attentive. Our room was refreshed every day by the housekeeper and there was a mini fridge in the room, good Wi-fi, big TV, and a comfortable bed. The room was definitely better than we thought from the picture! There are lots of good restaurants and nightlife nearby and a nice shopping centre 30mins walk in St. Laurent du Var. The area is not central, which was even better as we avoided the crowded city centre, but still had easy transportation links to central Nice (2 stops by train) and Monaco (30mins on the same train). Other than that, you can also take a bus to St Paul du Vence or take a day trip to Cannes and Antibes, but you might be tempted to stay on the beach: enjoy the clear water and have drinks at the beach clubs or coffee and sweets in the boulangeries nearby.

Wonderful stay in a great location

Very nice rooms with view of the Mediterranean. Super comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant below. Very attentive property owners. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We loved the view, the rooms and the service at this place!

We were leaving early so the lovely gentlemen on the hotel left us a nice breakfast in the room the night before to put in the fridge

It is not super easy to find the entrance to the hotel, maybe a better sign could be helpful
