Good secure place. Staff fantastic and they responded to issues promptly

Staff were exceptionally helpful, polite and supportive, even out of hours. Facility was clean and tidy Staff responded to issues raised promptly. Wi Fi worked well and any issues were addressed promptly Facility location safe and security excellent

Not enough utensils for self catering. Control of bugs needs to be improved

I will give a 9.0/10

The staff especially Ernest and Lolita were generally super friendly and respectful as well and were always available when you had an issue. Equally the apartments are really comfy especially with the air-conditioning as the city was particularly hot in this part of the year. Also the corridors, staircases and outside were always properly clean.

Power did go off on a few occasions and the heat was sort of unbearable but I was told they are working on getting a standby generator. If that's sorted it should be fine but the apartments needs frequent cleaning as well as more bedlinens.

Superb

An exceptional place for cost to money. The stay was very comfortable and owner is very friendly and helpful. Even we got here at 0500 hrs, much before the check in time, but Mr. Raoul (Owner) took all the pain and managed everything for us. In terms of service, cleanliness, flexibility, it is a top choice for all. I highly recommend this residence.

the property was clean and had good and comfortable beds, the host Raoul was very responsive and helpful.

the kitchen sink was blocked, they was shortage of toiletries, will do with putting dish wash soap in the kitchen.

Residence Sighaka review

The appartment was quite comfortable, mainly the couches and beds. The air conditioning was very important. The location of the appartment was not too far from the road, making accessibility quite straightforward

There were no sport channels. The kitchen was not very complete - not all the listed accessories were present. For example, no coffee or tea, no coffee mugs etc There was also no wifi, although we were promised free wifi
