We welcome up to two pets for an additional $50 pet fee. If you would like to bring more than two pets, please send me a message prior to booking. DRIVE-IN MOVIE THEATER: Our home is located next to the local drive-in movie theater, which operates through the summer months. We have never had any complaints about noise or light from the theater. If there are cars lined up to get into the theater, just drive past and pull into the driveway. You do not have to wait in the traffic. This is a lovely, clean, comfortable place. Centrally located, and Toni was very attentive to our needs, including sending her husband to clear the drive after an unexpected foot-deep snowfall. We would happily stay there again.

Very clean and nicely updated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Fence is a little low (maybe 3 1/2"?). It was not as an issue for our basset mixes, but might be for an athletic jumper. This would definitely be my first choice to stay for a future visit.

Everything was exactly as promised. The home was fully stocked with essentials and was perfect for our ski trip. If I’m back in this area I would stay again for sure. The host communicated everything we needed and was available if anything came up. Highly recommend this home.

Great house and location. Close to the National Park, Ouray and other activities in Montrose. An added bonus was the fenced in back yard for the dogs to play.

Toni was very easy to work with and came over promptly when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. The house itself was cute and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. I'd love to know where those pillows are from! Sitting in the backyard at night was pleasant and the dog loved rolling around in the very lush grass. The house was located close to the conference center where I was working and I had some nice neighborhood walks exploring the river, parks, and corn fields. All in all, it was a great little work trip!

We really enjoyed our time in montrose. Toni was amazing to work with and really responsive. The unit was exactly as described. Very clean and modern. All the comforts of home. Highly recommend this VEBO. We would definitely book again if our travels come back to Montrose.

Great place to stay! Everything was as expected and the location was perfect. Right off of the main street, so easy driving and its a perfect set up for traveling with dogs. Very quiet and unique being right near a honest to goodness drive in theatre. Would definitely stay there again.

This is our second stay in a couple years here. We love the location. Beds are comfy. Place is open and airy. Everything you need. The BBQ grill was great to have as we used a lot. The fence yard is great for pets and the yard is beautiful. My mom liked to walk around barefoot on it because it felt so good !!!

This is a great place with well thought out use of space. It’s location to most things in Montrose is spot on. We were visiting Black Canyon and this place was very close to the entrance. The host was available and helpful.

Love love love this little home. It was absolutely the best. Clean, well setup and great location. Being able to have our dog with us made our trip so much less stressful. Toni your house is amazing. We will be staying with you again for our next baseball tournament!! Thank you!!

This Vrbo was an excellent pick. Toni was helpful from the time of booking through check out. The home itself is spacious and really well kept, not only was it clean but the utilities and appliances were all dependable and of good quality. We felt safe and at home. Would definitely recommend this rental for its comfort and for Toni's hospitality.

Toni has truly prepared a wonderful cozy, clean and comfortable "home away from home". Conveniently located in the heart of Montrose it made getting around so easy. It was quiet and I felt very safe. I had my little 4 legged companion with me and the fully fenced back yard was wonderful. All the conveniences of home were provided. I would highly recommend staying at this property in Montrose. Thanks Toni - it was great!!!! We will definitely stay with you if ever the need arises to stay in Montrose again. God Bless!!!!

We stayed three nights at Toni’s place while visiting my parents. Everything was perfect. Well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The fenced in yard was an added plus for our two small yorkies. We will be back.

This property looked great online and met expectations when we got there. Our small dog was with us. This space looks new and was sparkling clean inside . We’ll stocked with appliances and utensils. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. The owner communicated with us and we hope to meet her in the future as we are moving to Montrose.

Nice house, nice finishes. Beds were comfortable. Parking is a little tight if there are lots of people in the neighboring VRBO. House is directly behind the screen of drive in movie - wasn't a problem for us in winter.

This little duplex is fully remodeled and incredibly beautiful, as well as functional. Great use of space. Beautiful views of the mountains out the picture window. Kitchen is fully stocked, and the fenced yard was great for the dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I have stayed here 3 times, and plan to go back next April. This place is awesome! Clean, fully equipped, and in the most convenient place. !5 minutes to anywhere in Montrose. You won't be disappointed...

The place was just as described. The town of Montrose is great. Cool restaurants and a pretty downtown area and plenty of grocery stores. Black Canyon of the Gunnison is a beautiful national park to explore. Diff Jeep rental is in Montrose and I highly recommend renting one to take up to the Alpine Trails. Also not too far are the towns of Ouray, Telluride and Silverton - all worth exploring. First week of October was perfect to see the area in its peak fall colors. The house was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed and more. Fenced in yard was great for our small dog. This was one of our favorite VRBO rentals to date.

We loved this house! It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay: well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, central location and, most importantly, it was extremely clean. The house was a great location for us to explore Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray and the Million Dollar Highway. Toni was a great host and always available to answer our questions. Definitely a five star stay!

We really enjoyed our time in Montrose. The home was excellent - clean, bright, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the safe and grassy yard for our little pups. Enjoyed the special touches - such as the coffee from a local roaster - delicious. The bed was very comfortable too! Thank you!

Cute updated home close to groceries and attractions! We loved having a little yard for the kids to play and we sat and had a drink, as well as a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Such a reasonable and comfortable place for a family of 6!
