Experience the ultimate Las Vegas stay at the Signature at the MGM Grand.

The Signature is an exclusive, guard-gated resort, connected to the MGM Grand via an air-conditioned moving walkway. Our beautiful Junior Suite is 550 sq ft. The suite includes 1 king-sized bed, 1 queen-sized pull-out sofa bed, 1 bathroom with whirlpool jet tub, 2 plasma screens, mini kitchen, and more. Please note, the suite is not stocked with dishware and cookware. You may request that with the front desk upon arrival or call down to the front desk from the suite. The suite has a walk out balcony to enjoy the views of Las Vegas. Smoking is prohibited inside the suite and on the balcony. The hotel will charge a $500 smoke/marijuana vape damage fee to treat the suite for damage.

(Important): You must be 21+ to check in. Upon arrival, the front desk will require a valid Credit or Debit Card & government ID. The credit or debit card is for incidentals. Incidentals will be $100 per night, $300 max. Incidentals are for charge back privileges or in case of any damages to the suite. As long as no damages or charges, that will be released upon checking out. Front desk will then present you with room keys for your suite. The room keys will give you access to your suite, elevator, pools, fitness center, and any other amenities on property.

Cleaning Fee:
A mandatory one-time cleaning fee of $30 will be charged upon checkout. There is no daily cleaning service, but if you would like additional cleaning during your stay, it will be $30 each time you request it.

Parking:
The Signature provides complimentary valet service. Upon arrival at the address provided, the guard gate will issue you a valet pass and direct you to the valet area. In the event that valet service reaches full capacity, you will need to park at the MGM Grand. The front desk will provide you with a validation for MGM parking if this occurs.

Internet:
The property provides wireless wifi. Wifi name is The Signature or MGM Resorts. There is no password for the Wifi.

Bell Desk:
Bell service is open 24hrs to store luggage

Pool:
Each Signature tower features a private heated pool with cabanas and poolside cocktail service, offering ultimate relaxation just steps from your room. You also have access to the MGM Grand complex pool. Pool hours may vary depending on staffing, weather, and season.

We are not liable for the closure of any amenity or denial of access of our guests. Please note all amenities are managed and operated by the MGM Signature resort. This includes all pools, gym, laundry room, coffee shop, Starbucks and car valet service. The resort management may change the opening hours or close any or all amenities for any reason. The resort management may deny or remove guest access to amenities if their posted rules are not followed. Enjoyed staying at this condo/property. Quiet, yet close to the stip either by outdoor walk or walking through the attached corridors to MGM Grand. The room is clean, and exactly as described. View of the new Sphere from the balcony was a bonus and also fun to watch when not out enjoying Las Vegas. Would stay here again.

This place was beautiful. It was clean and exactly as represented. I think it was a little weird there are no chairs on the balcony and there is no dishware, it has to be rented. The MGM signature is a very nice property.

Great location! Easy walk to strip, connected to MGM Through inside walkways. Check-in is at tower 2 during off hours, which caught us off guard. Starbucks is located in tower 3. Great stay!

The property is immaculate with a balcony! It’s within walking distance to TopGolf, the Monorail and New York New York which gives multiple options of other places to see. I highly recommend staying here for the convenience of everywhere you can see!

Last minute life saver

Our last place cancelled 3 days before our vacation//best friend’s wedding and Tanner saved our lives!! There is a deposit that we got back instantly and a fee after checkout, but I couldn’t complain for a last minute rescue!! Plus they’re right on the strip and no resort fees!! We enjoyed it and will def be back!

We enjoyed staying at this property for the 2nd time. Tanner was very attentive, the housekeeping staff took care of us, upon arrival we called for dishes for 4 people and they came right away. The staff was very friendly. It’s a short walk to the strip, very close to Planet Hollywood. We love the location, having the balcony for cool crisp breeze at night, large jetted tub, and hot tub on property. Thank you so much. Wed def return to this property again.

My experience here was better than every resort and hotel I had previously stayed at. The wifi was included for free, no password, no agreements to accept, and it was fastest I had seen yet, including upload speeds of 50mbps+. There's signficantly less traffic (less foot traffic and car traffic) which means there's less noise, no wait to check in, no wait to get on elevators, less walking to get outside. Getting an uber ride or a food delivery is as painless as it gets. The building was beautiful, the room was so clean (no dust on the lampshades or on top of picture frames), no smoking, jacuzzi was very clean. The toilet being in its own room inside the bathroom was actually quite nice. Biggest "mini" fridge, good microwave, stovetop, balcony, cozy and classy atmosphere and lighting. Cookware (plates, utensils, pots, pans) all available for free by request due to COVID-19, even included wine opener, dish soap, sponge. The three towers are behind a private gate. The only downside you might find is for those travelling with a noisy group. There's a sizeable gap under the doors which carries room noise into the hallway. When we were getting in, we could hear music and singing coming from our neighbor's unit - and while I stepped out my girlfriend told me she heard security knocking on their door about a repeat noise complaint - but it never bothered us. We however had no issues, and both felt quite strongly that when we return, this is where we want to stay. Thank you to our host Tanner!
