Chapel Cottage is a newly renovated and spacious barn conversion with a gorgeous, shaker style kitchen and open plan living and dining area with bi-folding doors l
Ground Floor:
Fully equipped, shaker style kitchen with large island, full height sized fridge and freezer, separate wine fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, Nespresso machine and integrated combination microwave.
Living room, furnished with a luxury sofa, armchairs and a smart TV with bi-folding doors leading to courtyard
Dining area with large dining table and bench with enough seating for up to 10 people
Second living room furnished with a luxury sofa and armchairs
Utility room with built in washing machine and tumble dryer
Downstairs WC with wash basin

First Floor:
Main king-size bedroom with bedside tables, chest of drawers, dressing table, mirror, smart TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. Towels are provided.
Second king-size bedroom with zip and link bed so can be made up as a twin along with bedside tables, storage cupboard, dressing table, mirror, smart TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, wash basin and WC
Third king-size bedroom with bedside tables, dressing table, mirror, chest of drawers, smart TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC
Outside:
Private, enclosed, brick courtyard with two sets of garden furniture, one which seats 12 around a huge table with benches and a parasol and the other that seats 4
Large American 6-8 man hot tub with integrated lights and music and a gazebo over the top of it during the winter months
Outdoor garden heater

Please note this property does have a high chair, travel cot and a stair gate.
Please note we accept all of the below:
- Animals however strange or numerous.
- Camper vans and caravans are always welcome.
- Long term stays are always acceptable.
Please note that there is a second holiday cottage next door called Geoff's Rest which is a one bed, luxury coach house flat also with it's own private hot tub which is available to book through Air Manage Suffolk too.
Please note this property does have a high chair, travel cot and a stair gate.
Please note there is ongoing works close to the property but this shouldn't affect your stay. We will notify you ahead of time if there are going to be any disruptions. Thank you
