We had a wonderful stay for a recent horse show. Everything was clean, well-decorated, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Great location to downtown and horse show grounds. Hope to stay here again!

This was a perfect place for us to stay while in town for our grandson’s high school graduation. The house is beautifully redone, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped enough for our needs. Rocking chairs on the shady front porch and a huge backyard were frosting on the cake. We’d be happy to come here again.

This property was very clean and organized. It was so cozy and comfortable! The bed and linens were comfortable, the kitchen had what was needed, with nice dishes, glasses, and silverware. The back yard was really fantastic to sit and relax, and our pup enjoyed it very much! We walked to nearby Italian restaurant, which was very convenient. Also close to downtown shops.

Immaculate property just a few blocks walk from the heart of downtown Aiken, beautifully decorated and nicely appointed with everything we could need, large kitchen and bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows, good heating and excellent hot water in shower, friendly and responsive host. Huge backyard with fire pit. Snack basket was an added plus for weary travelers!

Jessica's cottage is absolutely charming! We had a wonderful stay - it is ideal for a couple wanting to enjoy everything Aiken has to offer. Walking distance to downtown and a quick drive to anywhere else, including 20 short minutes to Augusta for golf. The cottage was beautifully appointed, and the beds! So comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed and the huge private yard was a lovely place to sit and read a book, as was the front porch to catch some afternoon sun. Definitely recommend. Jessica was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Loved it!

Convenient location. The property was extremely clean and nicely decorated inside and out. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Very nice fenced in yard. The host was kind enough to supply starter shampoos, soaps and snacks for our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful quaint cottage, so clean and this place was the most dog friendly place we have ever stayed and we have stayed a lot of places. We had the best time enjoying the beautiful home and the fenced in yard. The house was perfect because it was not cluttered, but had everything we needed and then some. I highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to have some nice family time and a place that is cozy for their puppy dogs! The host was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had.

The house is located in a quiet and clean area. My friend and I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the sights downtown and the holiday lights of Hopeland. It was perfect for a quick getaway and downtime. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The quaint cottage works well for two people. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of closet and dresser space. The spacious back yard offers various ways to relax and enjoy the day or evening. The location is close to shopping, the visitor’s center and various historic buildings. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect 2 bedroom house with 2 King beds ! Had everything we needed for quick trip to Aiken.

What a lovely cottage just a few blocks off the downtown area, close to restaurants, shops, bars, etc. but far enough away to be quiet & quaint. The owners thought of everything you could need from deluxe linens to snacks, coffee, and condiments. The kitchen is well appointed, but best of all is the huge, private back yard with large table/chairs, fire pit, and a lounging area. We felt perfectly safe in this neighborhood, slept like a dream, and enjoyed all Aiken had to offer because of the location. The host was very quick to respond when we had a few questions throughout the stay, and never made us feel like a bother. Only one thing I'd say to watch for is the locks on the bedroom doors - they are difficult to work from outside the room. Otherwise, we couldn't have found a more perfect gem, and hope to be back again soon. Thank you!!

We were in town for the fall steeplechase. This house was wonderful. The location was close to downtown and the race course. The house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the back yard was great. We enjoyed family time by the fire pit. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. And the snacks were a nice touch. We thought the house was adorable and clean. The backyard was lovely. I am not from the city so the traffic noise did wake me. Great location to town and Stable view. Host responded quickly to my call. Very nice!

Traveling with a couple of friends and my elderly dog this property was fantastic! It was really more like a high end boutique hotel than a short term rental. It was walking distance to downtown but felt very secluded. There were amazing amenities such as drinks, snacks and wine. The beds were amazingly comfy. The yard was a great size and was a great place to hang out for us and for my dog to enjoy. It was very clean all around. Additionally, I have never stayed in a short term rental that had the stocked kitchen this had. For the price it can not be beat.

The place was spotless, the beds comfy, and everything was there to help us feel at home. Yes, the surrounding neighborhood is a little run down, but we felt perfectly safe and really enjoyed the walking proximity to down. We would stay again!
