Great stay for short visits.

The location was great. The hotel has ample eating options around it as well as in the Hotel itself. I particularly enjoyed Birdies Rooftop Bar and the staff were very good.

The Hotel is not geared up for long stays in my opinion. Limited cupboard space to unpack your suitcase and in our case we stayed for 10 days.

A designer property , with exceptional staff !!

Magnificent Property , exceptional staff , Bobby was welcoming and made exceptions for early check in , and upgraded me .

No coffee machines in the rooms is huge bummer . A property which is so good , not having coffee machines in the rooms just doesn’t make sense .

Other than those two minor things I truly enjoyed the stay at the Bradley. Will book again

Very secure as you need a keycard to enter the building at night and to use the elevators. Very clean with a friendly staff.

Pillows were too soft and the fridge in the bedroom wasn’t stocked with anything.

The entire surrounding block was loaded with construction. Not Bradley‘s problem but they should’ve

The rooms were very clean. That is all that I liked.

No coffee maker in the room. The room HVAC were not work properly. The valet service was horrible.

Beautiful place, will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully decorated. Love the scent they use - wish it was available for purchase! Love the noon checkout time.

Perfect Solo Traveler Hotel

The hotel is immaculate. Super clean, the room was exactly what I’m looking for in a hotel.

The rooftop bar didn’t appear to be open a lot.

Schönes Hotel

Super modernes Zimmer mit ausreichender Größe. Es gab einen Wasserkrug im Zimmer der auf dem Gang aufgefüllt werden konnte (kein chloriges Wasser!). Bett sehr bequem. Bar mit Restaurant im Haus. Hier hätte man auch frühstücken können, haben wir aber nicht gemacht. Zwischen 17 und 8 Uhr stehen einige kostenfreie Parkplätze am Straßenrand zur Verfügung.

Keine eigenen Parkplätze zum selber parken. Das Bad könnte im Detail etwas gründlicher geputzt werden.

Excellent location. You can walk everywhere downtown. I love that they have a concierge assigned to you that you can text about anything. So convenient.

Location!

Everything in the bed smelled as it wasn’t very well cleaned, I still could smell the sweet of previous guests. The toilet paper was very hard and scratchy. The mini bar was completely empty, non even a bottle of water to pay for.

The temperature of the room at day time was like ~80, impossible to sleep. Only start to get cooler at 1-2 AM

Comfortable but would choose somewhere else due to location.

The property is beautiful and very clean. The room was very cozy and the beds were comfortable.

One of the elevators was not functioning on one of the busiest weekends in Fort Wayne as it was the weekend of the Vera Bradley Outlet sale. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotel for brunch and the food was ok but they needed more staff available, it took a very long time to get our meal. The location was unfortunate, trying to navigate downtown with road construction and then attempting to park close by was terrible, it makes you feel like you have to valet your vehicle.

Had trouble with the credit card readers at first, after declining several of my cards, the punched In the numbers manually and it finally went through, gave us a little scare at first, but everything worked out

Outstanding and will return.

I booked several rooms for my wife and her friends so that they could do genealogical research at the library. The hotel was a wonderful surprise and it exceeded expectations. They will be back again.

Lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff, great restaurant

Great boutique hotel, very nicely decorated. Nice restaurant with great food, reasonably priced. Attentive staff.

When we checked in the valet was not very helpful, eg helped us with the doors as we struggled with the cart, etc. This was not a problem when we checked out.

Pleased with our stay

The facilities were clean and the staff was very helpful. Was accommodating and provided excellent service.

Only thing I would improve would be the internet strength. Was very inconsistent and difficult to do simple tasks with the connectivity. Water in the shower was also lukewarm at night but other than that very pleased with our stay.
