It was lovely stay, we will definitely go back again.

It was Clean, location is near city centre. The Host Kiran and the wife is very helpful and so accommodating. It was a lovely stay. Kiran make sure that we stay comfortable, his sending cleaner as well.

Not that we don’t like- we want to suggest to add extra sofa to accommodate families staying in the living area.

Brilliant stay in excellent property

Fantastic property with everything you could need for an overnight stop (kitchen utensils, cups, plates, glasses, cutlery etc even breakfast options and milk!) Decorated to a high standard, comfy good sized bedroom and excellent location close to the centre but still very quiet. Kiran was brilliant answering any questions and staying in contact if needed. Highly recommend.

Helpful and accommodating

The host was very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned that we had a good stay. The property was comfortable and clean and very convenient for the station. We felt easy and relaxed there.

Fantastic town house. Great location.

Firstly the house was immaculate, lovely and clean, very welcoming and beautuful furnished. We had brought our own groceries but were surprised to find bread ,milk,breakfast supplies and tea and coffee which was a lovely touch. We had a slight issue before our stay so needed and extra guest booked which the host was more than happy to help with. Will definitely stay again. Fantastic!

Fantastic clean, modern accommodation at a very reasonable price

Great house and really reasonable price. Very clean and everything is new and modern, very warm with easily adjustable heating. Nice little touches such as complimentary milk, bottled water and breakfast items which we we weren’t expecting. Free private parking space was also a bonus. Very straightforward check in and check out process. Great location in Wakefield and only a short drive into Leeds. Would have liked to stay longer!

Only negative was steep stairs with no stair gate or door which was not ideal for a young child

Best Stay Ever

A brilliant place in a fab location.

The cleanliness, the attention to detail, the little breakfast items that were left, the comfort, the location… everything!

I honestly don’t think it could have been better. The pictures didn’t do it justice! It was just fabulous.

Excellent Location & Very Clean

I chose it for the location, so I knew that was good anyway. But the place was very clean, modern and peaceful with nice little touches. It was a good base for my work for five days. Parking space very useful too.

Very nice place

The place is quiet and peace. It is a small residential area next to the station. We can walk only about 15 mins to city center. The landlord and his wife is friendly, nice and helpful. They gave us a welcoming breakfast. The house is fantastic with full furniture. The house is new built, clean and tidy. It’s really a nice place. I recommend somebody to come here.

Kitchen utensils is not enough. Wash basin is a bit small.

Modern, clean townhouse-great stay with our 2 children.

Super clean and tidy-lots of attention to details. Milk ready in the fridge and lots of extra bits to make our stay nicer (butter sachets in fridge, Nutella and jam sachets, travel shampoo in bathrooms etc.) Hosts easily contactable and very helpful. Modern townhouse (with parking) that was great to stay in whilst we visited friends close by.

Perhaps a stair gate might be useful for small children.

Superb stay

The owners were very responsive to our needs, both in providing a travel cot and high chair before we arrived, and for any queries we had during our stay, which they answered within minutes. The apartment is in a great location, right next to the train station and very close to city centre.

We would have loved some outdoor space to sit, but I see the hosts also now have a similar apartment with a balcony nearby which will be perfect!

Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable and affordable

The location was great, quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed the space, kitchen and living room and that some food had been left out to enjoy. I would definitely return if offered the opportunity, throughly enjoyed the stay!

If there was a manual to use the air conditioning that would be good and if there was a washing machine to clean up afterwards that would have been good otherwise was cool

Home away home

It was a very short business trip that I mixed with pleasure by taking family along to get away from the monotonous routine. The place made our stay pleasant and left us wanting to stay a bit longer. Tidier in real than the pics and as comfortable as your own home. We are definitely going back for a longer stay much sooner. If you are ever in Wakefield or even have business in Leeds, look no further than this property.
