Nice location but needs many improvements to become a 4 stars hotel!

Easy parking and very nice location, with everything in a walk distance! Very nice view from the balcony! The Beach in front has many rocks at the beginning but with crystal waters!!

Smelly room, but when I mention the problem to the reception desk they changed our room immediately to a smaller but at least cleaner. One point that I want to mention in my opinion is when you pay for half board, the drink that you order to accompany your food must included, and if you want to have second or third drink then to be charged. We pay for everything, even for water! Very expensive hotel for the facilities and what they offers to the visitors!

Badezimmer hätte besser gereinigt werden können (bei Ankunft Haare vom Gast zuvor am Boden)

Erinomainen hotelli rentoutumiseen rannan lähellä.

Sijainti oli erinomainen. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja hotelli oli kaikin puolin siisti.

All inclusive-buffetin ruoka oli hyvää, mutta jätti kuitenkin toivomisen varaa laajuudessa.

Spartanisch eingerichtetes Hotel an schöner Lage

Sehr schöne Lage mit Meerblick. Schöne Poolanlage in grosszügigem Garten. Feines Frühstücksbuffet. Grosses Zimmer.

Die Betten waren brett-hart und das Zimmer spartanisch eingerichtet mit wenig Ablageflächen. Das Bad hatte gar keine Ablageflächen und kaum Aufhänger für die Frotteewäsche.

It was perfect and chill.

Great food, with lots of options to choose from. Beach was really close, and the people on the hotel were really nice.

There is a large club near hotel with loud music, but after the window is closed, nothing can be heard from the outside.

Staff we so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Even gave my wife a birthday card and a bottle of champagne for her birthday

Some of the food was a bit iffy. If you're allergic to nuts.please be wary as some of the food such as the cheese board was covered in walnuts

The hotel is superb and very well positioned on the beach (with some sunbeds included), near the port and close to the center. The rooms are spacious, bright and very clean. The hotel staff is extremely kind and they helped me prepare a surprise cake for my daughter. We felt very good during this stay. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful vacation in this stylish boutique hotel

Everything was on point! Hotel itself is quite small compared with the hotels near by and that is a huge plus because it didn’t get crowded. Location is nice you have a beach, harbour and city center (10 mins of walk) all at once. Hotel staff is just lovely, friendly and really caring 🥰

Nearest hotel has the party on weekends(Friday, Saturday) and music is up till 2-3am however with closed windows it’s not that bothering.

Amazing place in Ayia Napa! This fact is confirmed by our comeback after only 7 months! So you can imagine how satisfied we were! Everything was great: the personnel, the variety of food, the cleanliness, the room, the view, the pool…

the property itself is amazing, very clean, gorgeous views! it’s location is perfect and the staff is mostly lovely.

only a few things- one time at dinner I stood from my table to go get a piece of bread and when I returned my plate half full of food was gone, the waitress took it probably not realizing I wasn’t finished. Another thing- the staff don’t seem to be quite coordinated, a few times I was denied room service, they said I needed to come down to take what I need, while many other times it was fine.

Very good food, both breakfast and dinner, nice and helpful staff at front desk Ebru and Maria, friendly staff at restaurant Andri and Mirela, nice sand beach not far away but rocky in hotel proximity. Nice touristic area around, shopping zone in proximity. Overall, a place to return.

Generally everything was in good order but internet wifi connection was poor. I also noticed some small details which can easily be improved. The cleaning on the floor in the room was not perfect at arrival but towels were clean and changed regularly, even to often. In the restaurant the coffee machine was placed in a narrow corner, near kitchen entry, so often during breakfast was crowded and queue around. A second coffee machine placed in the opposite corner will definitely solve problem.

Amazing family vacation, great value for money, will definitely return.

Absolutely everything. Okeanos is a small hotel but it really has everything you need for a family vacation. Room was clean, (not very big for 1 double bed + 1 extra bed but I guess no one really needs a massive room while vacationing!) It has the necessary things. Very good breakfast and all meals were super nice.

Pool was a bit small, not a problem but during busy periods it can be crowded. But it was very clean and everyone there was super polite and friendly. If you can’t find a spot by the pool, the hotel has its own beds and umbrellas right next to the beach.
