It would have been ideal place minus the loud people talking and dog barking.

Proximity to Southwest Medical.

Worst stay I’ve ever experienced at a hotel.

Nothing. It was disgusting.

There’s people living at the hotel. Dogs everywhere and barking at all hours. The entire place smells. The first room I had smelled so bad of cat urine I about threw up when walking into the hotel room. The bathroom smelled like cat poop and urine. I requested a new room and when I got into the new room, it didn’t smell but was extremely dirty. Crumbs of food on the shelving. No counter tops or tables cleaned. The drawers had hair inside. The floor hadn’t been cleaned. The bedside table had something gross smeared all over. The tv remote looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, sticky and visibly dirty. The only clean thing in there was the bed and shower. There’s no staff there overnight. When you check in, you have to sign a form stating no money back. Which if I could have had my money back I would have left and stayed somewhere else. It was like staying in a homeless shelter to be honest. Absolutely disgusting. If you want a cheap place to stay and don’t mind filth, this place is for you.

Never ever ever again will I stay here in any state ever

The towels were okay and the kitchen is cool

My first nite there was a cockroach in my the floors where not mopped or swept the coffee machine never worked the front desk was closed the entire time there was people going in and out all night drinking in the parking lot doing all drugs in the parking lot the TV was not receiving signal the whole time so can't watch TV or nothing vending machine sucks both items I tried to buy I had to buy 2 of each because the first one got stuck the gym is a joke and my bed had all kinds of dirt or something in it I honestly didn't want to stay there but because you can't get a refund even when there is cockroaches in your room worst place I ever stayed in my life and I stayed at the value motel even and never saw a cockroach or saw people getting high outside can't believe that you guys have the nerve to charge me 247 dollars for 2 nite stay when you have cockroaches to the point they come out in the light and day time and when I checked out and politely told the girl at the front desk about it she said call on Monday and talk to someone else about it have a nice day like wow you could apologize at least or take my info and have your manager get in touch with me

Decent room for a decent price.

The price was good. Easy to get to and from the facility. Modern amenities. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet during the night.

The bed was not very comfortable. The room does not have curtains, just blinds. It was hard to get to sleep due to the outside light coming through the blinds. Noticed the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been.

It Sucked!

Arrived to be told the hotel was over booked and they had no rooms. It was 11:00 PM and I had a 7:00 AM game to coach. Needed to look for a different place to stay at the last minute, and close to midnight. The hotel actually called me at 5:00 on the day of my stay to confirm I would show up that evening, and I verbally confirmed I would be at the hotel at 11:00PM. I was not able to stay at the hotel on the second night of my stay either since they were overbooked, and once again needed to find a different place to stay. It Sucked!

The property is a great value, is located near the freeway for easy access to Vancouver and Portland and is across the street from a Walmart and several dining options.

The room was not serviced during my 3-night stay. The bathroom sink drained very slowly and by the end of my stay, did not drain at all. The tub didn’t drain the last day either.

There where no towels had to ask for them and only give one set per stay time. Only one set of dishes for one person, when ask for more that's all we could have. Floors where very dirty. Beds very uncomfortable. The greeting and check-in staff were very rude. The place was not very welcoming. Would not stay there again.

we arrived shortly after 11, usually hotels have front desk 24/7 this place was closed. we had to wait outside for 20 mins before they opened the door. then we got to our room and there left over bones in our room

Clean and functional, just what we needed.

The room and property were clean and close to main roads we needed to travel.

The room was very spartan. For example no blow dryer or decorations in the room, but we made due.

We were visiting as tourists.

Very welcoming, professional, polite staff. Spotlessly clean and bright. Nice suite with a very useable kitchen. Super-clean and efficient laundry room. The only small drawback was that the mattress was somewhat uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and the coffee was good.

Not a good fit

Check in I was double charged. So that started the experience off to the wrong start. The room was new looking. But dirty. Channel changer looked like greasy fingers all over it I would even touch it. The blinds were not discrete at all they allowed anyone in the parking lot to see right in your room. About 10-11pm 2 dogs in hallway sounded like there were in a dog fight. Super weird people almost like maybe homeless staying there. It was worse then a Vegas hotel experience. Will not stay here again.

it's close to shopping

all the smoking that goes on at each door, cigarettes, marijauna and I sure other drugs. cigarette butts everywhere as is dog crap. People don't pick up after there dogs. sink in bathroom was draining very poorly, reported it clogged and unusable, still not fixed a week later. staff is rude, no liner service in a month including towels. would not stay here again on a bet

The room was very spacious and nicely laid out. Love the kitchenette and full size refrigerator.

The worst thing I ever experience

I didn’t try it. I left the property after 15 minutes of inspecting the room. This place was awful. It was horrible, I had to leave. Completely dissatisfied.

There was dried blood in the bathroom sink. The sheet appeared as though the weren’t changed after the prior guest. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a pile of clothes outside the entrance of the building as if a vagrant was staying outside the doors. The room had crumbs all over the floor. I ended up leaving after like 20 minutes and never came back.

For the purpose of my trip it was an acceptable location.

I had already paid through booking site and hotel required a credit card at check in, and charged the full price and has now taken over a week with no refund, so I have paid twice for this hotel.
