Udany rodzinny wyjazd.

Bardzo przestronny. Nasz 10 osobowa grupa zmieściła się bez problemu. 3 łazienki to również atut. Do dyspozycji bilard, stół do tenisa stołowego i basen. Blisko do morza, dobry dojazd na półwysep Akamas, bardzo blisko bezcenne mozaiki i groby królewskie. Dobrze zaopatrzony sklep i pyszna restauracja również bardzo blisko.

We made the most of it

Spacey 3 bathrooms & toilets full length mirrors

The aircon not enough for the large open plan lounge & kitchen only one ceiling fan working in there owner did replace another ceiling fan in main bedroom could not use the wash basin in main bedroom as the plug wouldn’t pop up so that filled with water every day we had to empty 3buckets of water a day from dripping aircon pipe I know this drips but should have a drain or pipe to take away from dining seating area the pool had like a Lino instead of tiles I’ve never seen this that had big yellow stain all around the pool like a scum mark I think at some time the water was above this as the week went by the water was well below this I’m sure the water should have been topped up when the pool man came the day before we came home we said about this he said not down to him to top up it’s down to the owner we said about the scum mark and he spray some liquid and cleaned it abit I have been to 12 villas in the past as I love Cyprus we booked a luxury villa last year for the same week for my 60th birthday with Virbo and let down in March because they said the owner had sold it as the family we going I had to find another and quickly that was ocean stones felt this was really over priced nothing luxury about this very basic this was at least another £1,400 more I thought as first the price for 2 weeks had been charged for 1 week also wasted a day waiting for maintance man to come to sort aircon out as I wasn’t having strange man in there whilst we were all out with all our stuff he came very rude about 6 in the evening said nothing wrong he didn’t like the fact that it was no different then as he went he shut the double wooden gates outside the villa and bolted it my husband had to get a chair and climb over in the evening when we were all dressed Togo out to open it over all the owner was very nice also you can’t play pool as there is 2 balls missing they know this as I read this in reviews but thought they’d be replaced and had t I had 4 male family members and...

love the villa very spacious inside and out loved the location will defo rent again next year kids loved playing pool and had a nice heated pool

would of gave 10 stars but gave 9 as I do think the bathrooms defo need updating and a lil bit of maintenance around the villa other then that was really happy

Smelly bedding

The location.

Dreadful staff, who didn't answer their phone, didn't give us a code to get in, so we sat outside for 5hrs. It was dirty, and the fridge didn't even work. One of the pillows smelt of body odour, and the sheets were dirty, which they wouldn't change. Avoid this place. They just want your money and dont care about your stay or customer service.

Great villa, excellent location, lovely holiday!

This is a very comfortable and clean villa in an excellent location, with some local bars/restaurants close (5 mins) and a larger selection of bars and restaurants about 10-15 minutes walk away. Also has a pool table and tennis table included which was great. Outside BBQ area too.

The pool and bathrooms are a bit dated but are very clean, so did not impact negatively on the stay. Unfortunately someone had lost a couple of balls for the pool table.

Exceptional

The villa was absolutely amazing. Well kept, and great value for money. The villa was nice enough for us to spend a few good days there and even put off plans just to be there. The bbq made a perfect addition to the holiday.

A couple wall cracks to fill and the pool light needs fixing into the wall. Also the pool cleaner didn't do a great job as myself and another friend suffered vision problems from too much chlorine. Even after waiting the 2 hours recommended. Would suggest looking into it as other guests may complain

a great 5 days spent in a great villa. would certainly recommend.

great property and great facilities. the rooms were all spacious and we had all we needed for the 5 nights. bbq and table tennis table was a highlight!

pool table wasn’t well positioned and balls were missing. there was also a broken step in the pool that we were accused of breaking. can’t fault the other facilities, location or property itself.

amazing entertaining villa for families or group of friends

at first we was very nervous about booking this villa as there was not many reviews but so glad we did , first arrived the gates looked a little shabby but as soon as you walked inside it was spacious clean modern and very private the heated pool was amazing the pool table and ping pong table kept everyone entertained , lots of essentials inside like high chair cot and much bigger then we fort it had 3 bathrooms 4 huge bedrooms air on amazing and in a great location 5 minutes drive from coral bay beach and 15 minutes from paphos harbour

we liked it all host were willing to help with anything

Perfect stay in the beginning of December.

Very big villa, plenty of room. Great location if you don't have car - 10 min away to big supermarket Philippos and to Coral Bay Beach. Also nearby you can rent a car, we took one from U2 Rentals. I would also add taxi number, that we used to get from villa to Airport in the morning: 0035796755186. Fare price, great van for big company.

We used kitchen and it's good, but It would be great to have additional smaller frying pans and pans. Also It would be great to have a stack of toilet paper - I believe it's common to have that in rental place.

Superb

Lovely spacious villa, well equipped and ideal location for what i wanted. Outside area is really nice.

Communication could have been better and it wasn't clear how I would recieve or return the keys. Also, it was advertised that there were 3 double beds, but only found 2 (possibly sofa counts as third?).
