O senhor da receção limitou-se a entregar me o cartão e indicou com três palavras onde era o quarto "esquerda depois direita".
Nem me informou onde era a WC, quando procurei, encontrei uma wc mista super pequena(penso que seja a unica para as 30 pessoas que vi lá na área social), com 3 sanitas e 3 duches, extremamente suja. Nem nas paredes tive coragem de me encostar. Sanitas com sujidade de fezes, chão e tampa da sanita cheia de urina e os lavatorios com muita sujidade. Toalhas sujas e molhadas espalhadas no chão, penso que alguém as tenha posto porque o chão estava sempre cheio de água suja. De todas as vezes que precisei de utilizar a wc, era esse o estado que a encontrava.
Dormi numa cápsula, não esperava o melhor conforto do mundo, mas ainda tive esperança que a limpeza estivesse em dia, mas estava cheia de cabelos, pó e migalhas. A porta da cápsula é muito pesada e muuuito ruidosa, não é acessível a qualquer pessoa porque é preciso fazer alguma força para abri la. A almofada parecia de bebé, mas até é aceitável para um hostel.
Acordei muito cedo com os outros hospedes a cantar aos gritos. Visto que o quarto era perto da receção, esperei que houvesse uma chamada de atenção, mas não, fui embora passado algum tempo e eles continuaram a cantar a gritar. Claro que o barulho das portas das cápsulas fizeram concorrência ao volume dos gritos dos hóspedes. Parecia que a cápsula onde eu dormia, ia-se partir aos bocados.
Costumo frequentar hostels em lisboa, mas este é o único que não vou voltar. Paguei 30€ por uma noite, é demasiado caro para o hostel com condições horríveis.

Overall WOT is hot!!!! I've stayed in hostels all over Europe, WOT has them beat plain and simply because they got the formula right. There's a little bit of everything a money conscious person is looking for here. Low cost, great amenities, friendly staff, the whole works. They keep their hostels cleaner than most of the places I've stayed at. Plus they do it on a daily basis which keeps patrons happy. All I can say is "WOT is HOT", forget the rest of the half hearted hostels. WOT knows what they are doing.

The hostel is old and not clean at all. there are traces of mold on the walls as well as in the showers and rooms. a renovation must be planned because I felt like being in a prison. the color of the water in the pool did not make you want to swim. I think she was not even changing. the towels paid but not even clean. The system of elevators that allowed us to take them only 1 out of 5 times.
Breakfast is very quaint, and the same breakfast is served, every day. courage to those who stay more than two days. Showers are tiny. Thanks to the staff to make themselves available when there is a need, but otherwise the rest is a big 0.

La suciedad extrema antihigiénico camas con chinches m picaron por todo el cuerpo la solución cambio de habitación a otra igual de sucia las habitaciones llenas de pelos y bichos no las limpian todo el complejo está sucisimo el desalluno escaso un horror la estancia en ese sitio.

Quarto super pequeno, não ter toalhas para cara, apenas dão uma toalha grande que é para banho.
Quando se requisita cama de casal, não é camas de solteiro e junta-las. é preferivel indicarem que não tem e não colocaram à venda. O quarto tinha odores nada agradaveis.
deviam ter pelo menos mais outra almofada. Ouvia-se muito ruido, pessoas a caminhar.

Bueno es un hotel básico pero con una muy buena relación calidad precio. La ubicación es buena, el personal amable, las habitaciones conformes. Es ambiante albergue juvenil entonces gusta o no gusta. Pero para nosotros fue perfecto. El patio genial!
El desayuno, un poco básico. Los zumos muy malos, muy azucarados. Faltaban opciones de proteínas ( embutidos ) para la gente que le gustan los desayunos salados.

Die Lage
Das Frühstück ist sehr schlecht, der Kaffee kaum genießbar. Zu Essen gibt es Toast, Rührkuchen, Butter, Marmelade, Honig, Cornflakes und an manchen Tagen immerhin Äpfel, Binnen, Gurken und Tomaten, alles auf einer klebrigen Theke. Die Bilder des Zimmers sind online viel schöner. Im Bad war die Kloschüssel direkt an der Duschwand, sodass man sich nur seitlich setzen konnte. Keine Lüftung im Bad, etwas Schimmel an der Dusche. Viel Lärm abends und morgens durch Stimmen anderer vom Gang. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Der Pool wurde repariert, war nicht benutzbar. Kein schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse. Personal war nicht besonders freundlich, gesamte Stimmung im Hostel nicht herzlich.

Excelente localização. Boa área exterior com uma pequena piscina e um lounge com puffes ao redor.
Péssima limpeza do banheiro do quarto partilhado. Não tinha tapetes e estava totalmente molhado. Não ofereciam nenhum tipo de sabonete, gel de banho, shampoo ou toalha. Nem mesmo no lavatório. Os quartos partilhados com beliches estavam todos uma zona (essa parte não é culpa do hostel, ok...).

O quarto sem tv com crianças é péssimo, o pequeno-almoço muito muito fraco. A crianças que comeram pão de forma tinham apenas à escolha compota, não havia queijo, nem fiambre, nem ovos. Fruta tinha apenas maçã e pêra. O valor pago foi mais que suficiente para ter um pequeno almoço em condições. Não havia lugar para sentar e os hóspedes SÃO OBRIGADOS a levantar a mesa. Avaliação péssima.

Die Lage zur Metro und Bus ist super.
Fehlende Sauberkeit, da auch Hunde erlaubt sind, sollte man besser putzen, auch die Dusche.
Das weiche Material der Handtücher ist unangenehm und trocknet nicht richtig.

The breakfast consisted of fruit, bread marmalade and various cereals. The coffee was great, All the staff were helpful and friendly. The bar offered two draft beers and draft Sangria and a decent selection of bottled beers and numerous wines. A pint of draft beer was 3 Euros and the 300ml glass of Sangria was 2 Euros. Happy Hour was from 6 to 8pm. The small kitchen on the ground floor was very well equipped with 3 fridges, 2 microwaves, a decent oven and a largish dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The location was good with access to the metro station of Psoas just ten minutes walk away. Ping |Voce -a supermarket was across the road and this offered reasonable meal deals at 2.5 Euros (Juice, expresso, ham and cheese croissant and nata)
The bar and sitting out area could have been allowed to open much later. There could have been a cigarette vending machine on the premises. It would have been good to have money changing facilities on the premises-although the cotes ingles shopping mall had one on the -4 level.

Staff was really friendly, polite, professional and helpful. Couldn't say and word about them.
The cleanliness and comfort of the room was very poor. Using the toilet requires a lot of agility and good balance. It's 'designed' to sit on it sideways as no human will fit their legs between the seat and the shower wall 🙂 On top of that the toilet seat was broken on one side, not fully attached so that's where the balancing comes in if you don't want to slide off the seat while defecating. The room had a specific fragrance to it too. I would call it cat urine but that could have been just moldy, moisty bang. Also, the balcony wasn more of a staircase than an actual balcony, ye you can sit there but you can also tumble down the stairs and get fined 100e 😃

The breakfast was okay and the beds were comfortable. The balcony had a nice view to the neighborhood.
* The lifts were kinda broken - only one of them worked "properly" when it was closed as advised, otherwise it takes just one bad customer to not close the door and the lift doesn't work. My room was in the fifth floor it's not very nice to walk up and down the stairs whenever I needed to move.
* The air conditioner didn't work. We asked the people on the reception for help and they just said the same as the instructions on the remote. We didn't insisted for help, so I'm not complaining about lack of help, just that the AC was not ready usable, but maybe this was just bad luck in our room.
* The bunkbed was too close to the ceiling. To the point were it's impossible to be sit in the bed without knocking the head for both of us.
* The rooms are not well sound-isolated (almost anything, actually). If the people in the rooms next to yours talk loudly, or beat the doors hardly, you hear e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g.

The place was lovely, and the staff was extremely helpful. The common area was absolutely stunning – seated zone, bar, outdoor space, the pool. It was amazing to discover that the place was actually better than expected. And the breakfast was modest but yummy (with VEGAN options! Yaay!) And super convenient public transport around, walking to the waterside is only 40 min long. Lots to see in the area too. Overall, highly recommend.
The only thing that was bit difficult (also could be that I didn't read the instructions prior to arrival), is that for storing the suitcase and valuables, I'd need to have a lock (either on me or purchased). The hostel offers them for cheap (3 euro), but the quality of these locks is obviously not the best. So storing your valuables with a lock that costs 3 euro is a bit ridiculous, so I wish I knew this in advance. Other than that – it's perfect.

didn’t meet anyone besides the staff (who were nice) and a large group of high school aged people (who were also nice). not quite what I expected from a hostel…i don’t know if there were any other backpackers
