NIW WIEDER. Sind nach der ersten Nacht ausgezogen.

Gar nichts. So etwas darf nicht gelistet werden.

Sehr sehr alter Bau. Toilette roch Kanalisation. Fenster mit einfacher Verglasung: ob man auf der Straße wohnte oder im Appartement spielte keine Rolle. Sehr kalt. Keine Heizung im Ganzen Appartement nur im Schlafzimmer. Auf Anfrage war die Antwort man habe keine extra Heizung. Man kann nicht da leben. Einfach schrecklich.

It was clean.

Two big balconies.

There was just one transformation for the socket. So if you have 2 phones, an iqos, ipad… You have to buy for yourself another one, oh yeah and the one is used for the internet, so choose between charging and internet. When you leave the apartment the electricity will be down, so no way to charge when you’re not there.

Good price but you "pay" for it...

The price is relatively good. The place is close to beach, supermarkets and public transport. The owner was nice, ready and willing to help. Two balconies and overall good size rooms.

Awful 24x7 noise from nearby traffic (cars and especially motors) which isn't even reduced with windows closed. There was an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms, obviously someone lived there for longer period of time. There is an equipped kitchen but no washing machine or even iron. No very basic stuff like more than one plastic bag for the bin; sufficient toilet paper; mop; I bought and left for the next renters oil, salt and vinegar (those are cheap but very nice to have them when needed).

I feel like they want to save money on me.

Close to the beach. Relatively convenient location of the apartments

I feel like they want to save money on me. I encountered difficulties while living in this apartment. After that, I began to read the reviews, and it turns out that PROBLEMS IN THESE APARTMENTS HAVE EXISTED FOR SEVERAL YEARS. 1. As soon as I moved in, the next day I discovered that ANTS began to appear. At first there were few of them, then they increased very much. I reported this to the owner, but instead of moving me to a free room (which they had there), they simply brought me a means to poison these insects. I'm just SHOCKED! I had to breathe all this unpleasant and poisonous air! 2. No hot water. Or the temperature is set to low so that the boiler does not waste electricity heating the water. 3. Very weak water pressure. According to my feelings, this was done on purpose by turning off the main tap so that less water was consumed. Because when I told the owner of the apartment about this in the morning, they came to help ONLY THE NEXT DAY, and with a “smart look” they tried to unscrew the tap for some reason, supposedly pretending that they were trying to help. The problem was never solved, but I laughed. 4. Key for electricity. In my entire rich history of bookings both on BOOKING and on AIRBNB, this is the first time I have seen that there is a key that activates the electricity after you arrive at your apartment. That is, if you leave your power bank or MacBook to charge and leave the apartment, your devices will not be charged. I do not recommend these apartments, this is my second terrible experience with Booking in the entire history of bookings. It’s a pity that Booking does not filter housing suitable for living.

Excellent place, thank you!

I've stayed in the room with 2 balconies on the both sides of the room. So, it was easy to have fresh air by opening both doors. I have seen a piece of see and the Dasoudi park. All things in the room have worked as expected. The host is very pleasant and helpful.

There is a family of small bats upside the window. They are not getting into the room, yet you hear them at sunset and sunrise - just be prepared :)

The host andreas was so friendly and he gave us an upgrade to a bigger room for free. The location is perfect it’s in the middle of everything and 2 mins away from dasoudi beach. Maybe you will be bothered by the noise of the cars at night.

Bed was comfortable and air con was good in the bedroom . Located near the beach

It wasn't especially clean , in any room - I used bedroom , kettle in kitchen and bathroom Toilet wasn't good - needed a good clean . I asked for help sorting taxi out to the bus stop for bus to Nicosia- they sent taxi number- taxi cost €10 to the bus and went past the apartments- would have been good to get advice and assistance

Spacious simple living near the beach!

The host is very welcoming and helpful, the location is very good, right next to the beach and main road, the bus stop to the city center is right next to the house and buses run by very often. You can also take a walk to the old town (which is lovely) along the beach and promenade within an hour. There are many mini markets and little restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious, we had two balconies facing courtyard. Opposite the courtyard there are some workmen's apartments, so sometimes there is a lot of noise when they talk to each other from balconies, but between 9-10 p.m it became silent so it was never a problem during the bedtime. Also, they were never unpolite or anything like that.

The kitchen could be a little better, meaning that a new pan and fresh dishwashing sponge would make a huge difference!

Avoid using booking . they do not protect the consumer !!!

Refund my money , I paid 6 nights for a place only to arrive to see first hand how terrible it was , and the next morning because i couldn't sleep , I had to book another place. i informed booking in less than 24 hrs that i do not like the place but they did absolutely nothing , booking my money and gave to house owner that provided terrible service for only one night out of 6 night , and when i ask for refund , they direct me back to house owner as if he was the one i gave my money to . YOU BOOKING HAVE A TERRIBLE SYSTEM . I HAVE NO ISSUE WITH THE HOUSE OWNER , IT IS YOU I HAVE PROBLEM WITH . REFUND ME MY MONEY . PERIOD

Very good

This is wonderful place, not like other apartments, because this is coliving (lol) for young arab workers, who lives about 5-6 persons in a room and you like in Beirut at night, that's amazing, a lot of arabian music, shisha all around. And they are very disciplined and friendly.

Very good

We stayed in the Block B for two weeks with two children. The flat had enough space for everything and was very clean. Sheets and towels changed every week. There was a soap and a shower gel in the bathroom, renewed once a week as well. Enough kitchenware in the kitchen. The furniture looked old, but in a good working order. Kitchen corner furniture was new. Host family were extremely friendly and met all our expectations. They bought new pans when we reported the old ones had been ruined, and qiuckly responded to every our request. The internet speed was about 10Mb. I was able to organize a working space for three days I was working remotely. The stairs and staircases were in good condition, always clean. Elevator is a just few years old even though the building is from the 80s. The beach is just a 3 minutes walk from the building and is good. Not too crowded in the summer of 2021. In front of the building there are at least three grocery shops and three or four car rentals. There are some restaurants on the street. For the best value I'd recommend the Chris Grill cafe, it's a 10 minutes walk - not fancy but there's very good pita dishes for just €5. There were no additional charges on the checkout. We payed once on the arrival and that was all. Overall - good value for the money.

The major drawback - our windows were looking on the street and they were no soundproof at all. After the first sleepless night I had to go to the pharmacy and buy ear plugs - first time in my life. Every engine roar felt as close as you were laying right on the pavement. And the street was extremely busy. Didn't mention that to the owner as there was no point - that's not something that can be fixed straight away. But I hope with the next renovation the good windows will come. The neighborhood is no fancy. There is some garbage on the street and sometimes a funny smell. Some hobos can hang around at the 24/7 shop at night. There were no accidents though. The owner keeps his premises clean. The neighbors can be loud - usually the ones that live in the Block A. Looks like that block is for permanent rent. All guys there are friendly. There was no microwave in the apt. We requested one and received it - old but gold. If you need it better ask beforehand if it's available. The washing machine is in the main hall - you pay 2 euro (in 50 c. coins). You will need to bring your own detergent.
