Nature. Snow. Plitvicka Jezera is very close.
1st day: Snow outside. Night. Just arrived. No heating inside room. They transferred us in another room. Also, no heating in 2nd room. After that, they transferred us in new house, new room.
2nd day: Water stopped in middle of showering. Lucky, we had water in bottle, so we managed to wash shampoo. Doorknob/doorhandle on toilet not working. Can't close door.
3rd day: Wood curtain holder felt and hit me in the head.
We drank two coffees inside restaurant 1st day. We also did the same 2nd day. Price was larger second day for the same order. One coffee is more than 3€. And it's bad taste.

The breakfast offered was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The dinner meals were substandard and very poor value for the high prices charged. The location was very difficult to find even with the aid of a good GPS navigation system. The property is advertised to be 6 miles from Entrance 1 of the park. However, that access is time consuming along the only vehicle access road to the hotel which is a very narrow and somewhat dangerous road along a hillside with long drop offs and many sharp curves several miles long. It would take about 30 minutes of slow driving time to reach Entrance 1 (where many favorable hotels are located) because of the nature of the terrain and condition of the road. There was some foot access to the park by way of a nearby unpublished Entrance 3 followed by a long walk to park facilities. I would never recommend this so called hotel to anyone. I checked out after one full day on the property and am glad I did so.

O quarto é bem espaçoso, aconchegante, o café da manhã é sensacional, as pessoas são muito simpáticas e atenciosas.
Apenas não gostamos que no primeiro dia já terminaram alguns itens do cardápio e estes não foram repostos, mesmo tendo passado alguns dias. O cardápio é um pouco difícil de entender, mesmo em inglês e não descreve exatamente o que vem no prato.

Wir hatten mit einem älteren klassischen Hotel gerechnet und fanden eher ein Resort vor. Das Zimmer hat die Erwartungen dabei deutlich übertroffen. Eine Überraschung war vor allem der private Jacuzzi.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und nett hergerichtet. Ein besonderes Lob an das Personal das sehr hilfsbereit, top ausgebildet und außerordentlich Freundlich ist.
Die Lage hat mir nicht so gefallen da der Haupteingang zum Nationalpark über 10km entfernt ist. Leider war unsere Klimaanlage defekt. Der Großteil des Personals ist, meiner Einschätzung nach, aus Pakistan und bestimmt hoffnungslos unterbezahlt und wird ausgenutzt. EU??? Die Außenanlage ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und bei nässe sehr rutschig! Der Mini- "Zoo" ist für mein empfinden nicht sehr tierfreundlich und zu hinterfragen! Die Priese im Restaurant sind teilweise Überzogen.

The staff at reception, Aidan, was very helpful in planning our day and arranging a taxi for us. The staff in the restaurant were also very welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the National Park Entrance 3. We have been in many hotels and have found the shower screens or there lack of, leak water onto the floor, however at this hotel the cubicle may appear old fashioned but the water was completely sealed inside the shower cubicle.
We were guests for 4 days and found the al carte and breakfast menu rather limited. There is lack of public transport from the hotel to anywhere. The cost of a taxi from Entrance 1 (which is also a bus stop) to the hotel, which is an 18 min ride cost 30 Euros cash. It cost us 60Euros cash to go to the Tommy Supermarket return. That doesn't leave much for spending. The floors of the rooms and passage creak so loudly that you think someone is walking into your room. Footsteps from the floor above also come through. There is also no sound proofing between rooms. Our toilet seat was also broken.

Reception staff were very welcoming, always smiling and eager to help! There are so many activities for adults and children - outdoor sports, table tennis, darts, a petting zoo, just to name a few. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. You don't have to worry about parking because there's plenty of parking space.
Breakfast selection was good with homemade puddings and yoghurts. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great, the food was tasty and the staff are very professional and nice.
Location is perfect, just a 5 min walk from entrance to Plitvice Lakes. It exceeded our expectations!

Das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und alles wurde frisch zubereitet. Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft, mitten im Wald abgeschieden und idyllisch.
Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern waren deutlich hörbar ebenso wie der Lärm der angrenzenden Bauarbeiter. Abends bellte immer ein Hund. Die Preise des Hotelrestaurants sind überzogen und doch recht teuer. Zum Essen fuhren wir ca. 10km in ein Restaurant.

The nature and the staff who was very friendly
The hotel consists of several separate buildings made of wood and brick, worn out, aiming for a rustic look, but its design is an uninspired combination of old, uncleaned furniture with new curtains and unsuitable synthetic carpets. The food at the restaurant was acceptable but not impressive, while the high prices were unjustified

Tutto molto carino, ben tenuto e pulito. Ottima la stanza giochi al coperto e l’area giochi per bambini in fondo alla dolina. Il mini zoo diventa inevitabilmente un’attrazione per i bambini. Ottima la colazione. Posizione perfetta, a pochi metri dall’ingresso del parco.
In stanza faceva troppo, troppo caldo nonostante avessimo spento il riscaldamento. Il ristorante è molto caro e il cibo è quello che è. Permettetemi due cose: si scrive risotto, non rissotto e metterci la panna è un’aberrazione. Far pagare 4 ravioli, buonini, di ricotta e spinaci 18 euro mi pare decisamente esagerato.

Struttura prevalentemente in legno che ben si integra nella natura del luogo che la ospita, gestita da persone competenti e molto accoglienti. Ottima colazione con opzioni anche per intolleranze al latte e al glutine. Ristorante ottimo anche se un po’ costoso. Ottima pulizia. A piedi in 5 min si accede all’ingresso n. 3 del parco di Plitvice e in 10 min di auto si raggiunge l’ingresso n. 1.

The hotel is in the middle of nature, it's a good place for relaxing time. You can disconnect from real life and connect to nature. It is 7 minutes away from the secret entrance to Plitvice National Park. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. The breakfast was very good and delicious, most of the dishes were homemade. They also have a little zoo and 2 beautiful dogs. The room was clean and had everything needed.

Le cadre qui est vraiment magnifique et l’emplacement exceptionnel à 5 minutes d’une entrée privée du parc de Plitvice.
Le personnel très disponible et accueillant et le restaurant qui était vraiment très bon avec des produits frais.
L’hôtel pourrait être un peu plus insonorisé car on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre à côté et les escaliers craquent beaucoup.
Un petit rafraîchissement au niveau de la fermeture des portes de chambres pour éviter d’avoir à les claquer

L’emplacement de l’Hotel tout près de l’entrée 3, on pouvait se rendre à pied à l’embarcadère où un bateau nous amenait vers l’entrée 2 d’où partent les randonnées.
Le Park est vraiment magnifique on comprend qu’il soit classé au patrimoine de l’Unesco.
Le restaurant propose d’excellents plats et le déjeuner est vraiment très bien.
La chambre avec son décor rustique et chaleureux est confortable.
Nous sommes tombé sur deux jours de la pluie et de froid mais on a quand même fait toutes les randonnées planifiées qui ont été rendues possibles vu la qualité des sentiers.

Location was perfect, possibly the best, location for walking the lakes as quieter and closer than others.

A lot of relax in a beautiful location, good restaurant pleased to cook vegan food even if menu doesn't have vegan options.
There is a small zoo, it would be better if it was a sanctuary or refuge for animals saved from slaughterhouse or others uses. Not many vegan options during breakfast, even if was a special request: missing cookies, briokes or cakes.
