Lovely, comfortable, happy stay.

We were so happy to have booked Magnolia House. We stayed in the family room which was spotless and very comfortable with coffee and tea making facilities and a lovely shower. Position excellent, in a quiet location and lots of parking if needed.

There was nothing we didn't like.

An excellent location, great facilities with lovely food and a very helpful and friendly host.

Really good breakfast, served nice and hot. Good choice of foods available. Very prompt service and very friendly.

The property is being refurbished at the moment and it will be better when this is completed but we were not displeased or disturbed by the refurbishment at all.

Very friendly, helpful & accommodating owners. Comfortable beds, decent breakfast. Parking space.

Minor complaints, some easily rectified - quirky shape of family room with limited storage & hanging space; no TV in twin room. Lots of dust and gloss paintwork needs attention. Some road noise.

Run down charmer

The beds were very comfortable and the host very polite.

The room was quite run down. Shower was moldy and water pressure abysmal.

Very good and we would highly recommend to others.

Location was ideal for our party, just outside Royston where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Our host at the property was brilliant, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also excellent.

The only slight disappoint was the shower in the large bedroom, it wouldn't run hot and the pressure was poor. Also the space in the large room was a bit tight, but i understand this is being addressed.

The property was very clean and nice, the lady was very friendly! The breakfast was lovely and it was really good that we got to pick what breakfast we would like! I would definitely recommend!

Comfortable BnB in a small town at a convenient location

Lovely owners who made me feel really at home. Beds were very comfortable, and nice breakfast options were provided for a few quid. Overall had a very nice and relaxed stay. Owner was so nice to store our luggage for the day when we were about to leave. Location is good as well; bus stop right in front of the house. Train station at 10min walk. Pubs, food, shops 10min walk to center.

Pre order breakfast easy to do, served on time & complete to order, well cooked & arriving hot. Choice of cereal, toast, butter & jam, fruit juice, tea & coffee.

Don't hesitate, just book!

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice depending on your requirements from cereals & full a English to porridge, tea/coffee and toast. Free parking available in front of the house. The owners were fabulous.

Would've been nice to have own bathroom with the room but it wasn't any bother and I new in advance. The shared bathroom was spotlessly cleaned, well equipt and beautifully decorated.

Host was very welcoming and friendly. Couldn't do enough for you. Full English breakfast was freshly cooked and ready for you in the morning. Good quality food. Had porridge the second morning which was great. The place is really clean and well maintained.
