Excellent relaxing stay, very refreshing...

Excellent service, especially the constant availability of drinking water was very helpful. The restaurant has a pretty huge range of choices. The overall area was very well maintained. The support staffs were very polite and always helpful. Really great experience.

Fabulous hotel - exceptional staff!

This is a fabulous hotel . The staff without exception are attentive , welcoming and go out of their way to help you without being overbearing. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The pool is absolutely fabulous , the hotel is immaculate throughout and food is excellent . Our room had its own entrance and a separate sitting room . Don’t stay anywhere else if you are going to the beautiful Visakhapatnam! Loved it - thank you !

Nothing ! We spent two weeks in India and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. Also great value for money. I worried about the food but it was amazing !

Very relaxing and wonderful stay in Vizag

The location of the property is very convenient and best suited for family gatherings.

it would’ve been nice if the property had access to a private part of the beach and there were more facilities for kids to play around.

Caring service at a beautiful location

We stayed at Radisson Vizag during the Diwali break. Beautiful location and extremely caring service. The beach, even though it is not private, is connected to the property and is one of the most peaceful and beautiful ones we have seen across India. All other key tourist spots in Vizag such as Totlakonda, Kailasagiri, submarine museum etc. are all not more than half an hour from the hotel. The staff was top notch and was extremely attentive to us. We were even invited to the Diwali celebrations at the hotel and had an amazing time with fireworks, food, Diya lighting and rangoli. Room was spacious and clean. The view from balcony of the sea was soothing. The kids play area is good and the recreation room is one of the best I’ve seen. Very well stocked. I can’t believe this property does not yet have as much occupancy as it should. Highly recommend.

The property is relatively new so there are some teething pains but nothing significant that the team can’t improve over time - such as response times to calls/requests and diversity in food menu.

Great. Irrespective of the shortcomings

Location was great. Not very far from City but near the sea. But beach access should be provided and that can be the USP of this hotel.

Break fast needs to be improved. The Quality and Presentation can be better. Better still, cooking skills can be better. Non Veg options during break fast should increase.

very bad check-in experience. Bot worth the price given there is no access to use the beach.

rooms are nice, we booked seeview room which gave a decent view

had pain at checkin desk, some staff members didnt know complete process. we booked two adults and two kids but they couldnt allow us as my kids are over 12 yrs which is understandable. they asked me to pay for extra bed and i was ok but then another manager came and said i need to pay for two people. I was ok with that too but I was already charged extra for kids when i booked the hotel on mybooking, so I asked them to minus that amount but they said we cant do anything with what mybooking charged already. it was total mess, not going there again. Also we thought we can use the beach but looks like they dont have permission to get into the beach. So the high price they charge is not worth at all.

Not living up to the commitment

Lots of things didn't work with this place but the one thing that was good was the calmness of the space.

I booked a room at this resort for a private terrace to view the ocean and have a resort experience. Instead, I got a regular but good hotel room experience. For starters, I made the booking via booking.com and was upgraded. I got a basic room at the hotel and when asked was informed that they were booked. Not the kind of thing you expect if you book 2 weeks ahead. Either Radisson Blu doesn't honour their commitment with Booking.com or the website isn't accurate. Which of this, I don't know. Expectations if committed to via email should be met. This hotel did not. The room I did get was a standard room, no matter how spacious it is, still a good room but regular. The air conditioning in this room has a mind of its own, turn off, regulate did whatever it wanted so a peaceful sleep was ruled out.

Excellent breakfast, and dinner was tasty as well! Unbeatable service and welcoming staff members made it such a pleasure to dine there. Coffee and tea service with breakfast was amazing.

Clarification that the resort doesn't connect directly to the beach near it. The description online made it sound like it might connect to the beach.
