The private, spacious balcony even has a fan on it and so much more comfortable seating. The view is over the top from this 6th floor unit!!!!! The unit also has ceiling fans in each room. The complex has a large oceanside pool, security gate and parking for 2 vehicles. Wireless Internet is available in the unit. This is a great 3 bedroom!! You won't be disappointed.
