Exceptional

Very quiet neighborhood. I've stayed at this hotel several times and recommend it because of the responsive and accommodating hosts. I travel with an electric car and I've been able to charge it every time I stayed there using a regular socket. Just make sure to ask in advance for the parking space close to the electric socket and bring your own charger.

great stay

breakfast was good. good position for what we wanted to do. restaurant had good variety of meals

coffee machine at breakfast.. It was not clear how it worked. Bulgarian words that ment nothing to us. Prehaps symbols for Full medium and small would have worked better.

Good

Good coffee on breakfest, nice staff, room was clean but carpet is old. Good breakfest but without sweets.

Juniors suits only on last floor and it's mansard type. Beds was good, mattresses good but pillows too big and hard to sleep well. No elevator. Booking rate higher then it's has. For such type of hotels its 7.5 ponts. Price also little bit higher for such hotel.

clean, convenient parking, good breakfast, friendly staff, everything is fine except for the internet, the internet in the room practically did not work. It is inconvenient that there is no light and sockets next to the bed

Thank you for a great mini vacation experience! Attentive staff, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfasts with amazing musical accompaniment (the pianist played great). Will we return again? Definitely YES!

Excellent value! Would definitely recommend this hotel to any travellers.

It was a nice over-night stay. The hotel has a restaurant (where breakfast is served too), parking space is nicely organised, a few to the restaurant but hotel guests can utilise a more private and spacious parking area at the back of the hotel. Receptionists were kind and speak fairly good English; room was clean and had enough space for the two of us; nice and clean bathroom. Really can't fault it.

Breakfast was 'too cold' for my husband (considering that we went there first thing in the morning) but the taste was ok.

Great value for money

Very big room.. Good value for money.. The fish in the breakfast area.. :-)

Given the level and the price, everything was very good.. Maybe the lack of the variety of the breakfast...

Quiet, comfortable and super clean room.

A very clean, comfortable, and quiet room, with a great view of Sofia's Vitosha Mountain. Breakfast was included and had something for everyone's taste. Easy parking, friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel is on bus line 67, making it easy to reach Sofia's subway system.

There is no lift, so there were some stairs to climb. Not a big deal for most people as there are only 3 floors. u

Quite location, clean towels and bedclothes.

Small refrigerator and it does not cool, bad smell in room. Take away breakfast is not available.
