great hotel overall

the hotel was quiet & clean! I liked that the bar/restaurant was in the lobby, easy access

Excellent for a stay near the airport.

The staff is exceptionnal and goes extra mile for you. Beds are just so comfortable, you feel asleep in a couple of seconds. not noisy and great bar at place. We used their shuttle from the aiport and it's amazing, simple and quick.

The swimming pool was closed and this was not mentionned during my booking, kids were very upset.

Convenient and reasonably priced hotel

Nice modern clean hotel with comfortable beds and helpful staff. The bar was welcoming and we enjoyed good food from an adequate menu. We liked the bathroom, very modern, but the hot water took several minutes to come through to the shower (It was an early departture at 3.00 am)

Our only problem was that the AC in the room was VERY Noisy.

Very Noisy due to wood frame construction. You hear every footstep above you.

The breakfast didn't start early enough for us to eat and then catch our flight.

The hotel looks beautiful and had a decent onaite restaurant. Our only and main complaint of the hotel was that it was built with wooden framing (not poured concrete, which is more expensive). As such, we heard every pounding footstep and bed movement and suitcase drag from the room above us. We felt like there was a herd of elephant's above us. We spoke to the agent at the front desk and he admitted that with the wooden framing construction, they commonly receive noise complaints from their guests. We would not stay there again as we had a horrible sleep due to the noise above us.

Could have been better

It was affordable, quiet, and had good amenities. I liked the gift shop, and the bed was quite nice, and the side sofa was a great addition to the room.

I was made to leave my room by housekeeping staff for over 30 minutes so they could clean it when i had to return early in the day because I was feeling sick. I don't understand why that was necessary.

They don’t clean the rooms between guests!

Location was ok. Now not so much. They also charge for parking.

THEY DONT CHANGE THE BEDSHEETS AND THE TOWELS AFTER GUESTS! we had a horrible experience! When we entered the room the floor had rubble and dust all over it - we asked for the cleaning staff to come in. They said they fixed it. Then we noticed MAKEUP STAINS on the pillows of the bed (3 different ones) and other stains in the interior of the bed sheets! Again asked the front desk to send the cleaning staff and they replied that now the room is fixed. After that we noticed that the towels - which were folded into the racks - WERE ALSO USED!!! I went down to the front desk and they gave me new ones and apologized. The final stroke came the next morning when we noticed A HARDENED WHITE STAIN ON THE MAKEUP TOWEL IN THE ROOM!!! Complained to the hotel and they didn’t care enough to call or even called back after I asked the manager to answer the call. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLE MANAGMENT!!!

First time stay was fabulous.

Delightful hotel. Misty at front desk was just lovely. Will stay again and recommend. Loved bed! Katie at the bar was warm and friendly...very nice. Great service.

Young lady running restaurant on Sunday morning was abysmal. Not friendly. Zero steps of service...more concerned with collecting payment than anything...sloppy. As a final experience...it was a sour note to leave on.

Lousy.

Hotel was not clean at all. Hotel elevator was pretty gross with someone’s fake nails just thrown in the corner. Windows and glass was pretty dirty. Hotel bar was pretty bad as well. Everyone who worked there just seemed not interested to be there. Bar was dirty and seats had food on them like no one cares to wipe them down. We will probably never return or refer anyone there ever. Room was muggy and had a funny smell. For $230 a night I expected more. It was our first visit to Austin and it was lousy.

Location was awesome - less than 8 minutes to downtown area, very clean hotel overall, rooms very spacious. Had high expectations due to other great reviews, however this property exceeded my expectations. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. My mom sent a package to me as it was my birthday and the front desk called me to let me know they would send it up to my room. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Especially if you are traveling with kids/family/etc.

Would stay there again! Highly recommend.

It's a fairly new hotel. VERY clean & up-to-date. Bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect for us. Employees very nice. Would stay there again. Did not use pool but they did have one. It is located next to 2-3 other hotels - seems like they "share" a parking lot. But parking was not an issue.

was never refunded my money and husband had to get stitches due to being cut in shower

cut foot in shower. water leaked out under shower glass and got everything wet. air conditioning did not work in bedroom area had to sleep on couch to get rest.

This hotel is fairly new & our room rated right up there with staying at like the Vdara in Vegas. It was big & beautiful with a kitchen and living room and the bedroom completely separate from them. Highly recommend it!

Always could have more food in the small snack area.
