Beautiful views. Affordable. Family friendly, with a pub across the road!

Clean and tidy. Tennis court and pool. And that Mountain View!

Would of loved a washing machine in the room when we stayed for a week.

Good value for money

Is the 3rd time we stay in this compound of apartments. We love the location, just minutes away from the resort entry, Hunt pub and Motor Inn restaurants just next to it, snow equipment hire. Apartment Fir no. 1 is more like a motel room, but has all we needed for a 2 nights stay. It also has a hair-dryer now 😉

The cluster of cables and extension powerpoint hanging over the heater is a safety hazard. That should be fixed immediately 🤔.

Otherwise it was affordable place to stay that closer to Mt Buller.

Not so sounds proof. Can hear our next door people talking clearly. Quite noisy at night.

The location is good if you are travelling to the snow, short walk to the Hunt Club Hotel which has good food and a pick up location for the MMBL bus to Mt Buller.

We were given a room without a full set of curtains to cover the entire window so basically no privacy as people from the nearby apartments can see us. We were basically told to deal with it as there are no other rooms available. You would think for the price we paid it should have been fixed or covered in a way to make the room safe and comfortable but nothing was done until we arrived that evening! The manager/owner told us if were not happy then go find another place to stay! That was around 6pm and a weekend so everything will be fully booked of course. The cleanliness needs to be improved, floor was dusty and near the fridge there was dirt. The bathroom ceiling was full of moulds as there is no exhaust. If you are unlucky like us who had a next door neighbour partying then the noise will keep you up. They were playing billiards, loud music and I had to knock on their door to nicely ask if they can tone it down as we can hear them even when wearing ear plugs! Also the apartment is difficult to find. It says Delatite view but the whole complex is called Delatite. There was no map given for check in, just the name of the apartment and code. The manager/owner (not sure who he is) lacks customer service, telling us his time is valuable and don’t beat around the bush as we have called him a few times that day. Well, is that what he is meant to do? Help the guests and ensure everything is going smoothly? Overall will not recommend this place. Spend your $275 somewhere else.

Perfectly serviceable family room. with everything you would expect and a little more.

Great view, had everything you'd expect and a little more - big tv with netflix and some games in a basket.

shower was not strong and hard to maintain a nice temp, very fiddly, and the door pin worked 1 in 3 times

Nice view, good heating, clean bathroom, big bed plus bunk bed, surplus our needs

No tea, coffee and milk in the fridge, although small fridge.

To be called an apartment that implies cooking facilities, table/chairs etc.

the location

- the bathroom door in our apartment was jammed and unable to be opened so we had to move to next door apartment and take bedding with us/make up our bed - the towels were poor quality - the room smelt stale - the tv didn’t work for normal programs and we were unable access the streaming service - the freezer was almost completely iced up so couldn’t store our ice bricks in there - there was no table or chairs so only place to sit was on the bed - poor quality curtains

1. Walls too thin and could hear noises from both side accommodations even when they are just walking we could hear the cracking and making loud sound. 2. Not even a single carton of small milk for guests to be able to make tea/ coffee on their arrival. Had to drive back to the town to get milk as soon as reaching. 3. Kitchenette was too crowded with things and there was no easy way to use things. 4. Apartment was too dark - not enough lighting.

Couldn’t imagine coming back

it had all the movie channels

Beds didn’t have sheets , doona covers didn’t smell clean , glasses were dirty and white tail spiders .

Pleasant

The beds were not made properly - with no blankets on the bunk beds- when we checked in, and I had to call the staff as there was no one on site. When I complained the manager on the phone said, "so do you want to cancel?", which did not sound friendly. We had to stay as we didn't have other alternatives. The manager did give me instructions as to how to get bed sheets from the next room. The room does not provide toiletries so we had to drive to another town to get shampoo and shower gel. The light in the bathroom does not work.

Great place, would stay again

Basic but perfect for the price we paid. Room heated up super quick when we got it. Clean. Hot shower. Easy access. Right across the road from the pub which was super handy. Easy access to the hill. We'll definitely stay again

The door was a little sticky to get open but otherwise absolutely nothing wrong with it.

description of name of property was confusing. Would have saved us 20 minutes at the end of a long journey if we knew it was part of Delatite Apartments not called Fir Apartments. Fir was the name of the building within Delatite apartments

The heater wouldn't warm up enough to dry our clothes and we skied the second day in wet clothes- no drying facility

I really like the property and would advise others for the same. just a request please clean it more nicely to make it a

I like that room is spacious. good comfortable beds. many things for entertainment like UNO cards, TV with internet, books, tennis rackets

cleanliness. though if you see the room looks nice and cleans but if you walk barefoot you feel the dust. under the bunk bed there was heaps of dist. my son was playing with tennis ball there inside the room and ball was going to that dirty area again and again. bathroom shower area was not cleaned properly marks are there.

Convenient to Mt Buller and Mt Stirling. Nice pub right next door with excellent pizzas.

Convenient location, nice view, good heating/cooling.

Over all a great spot to stay close to the mountain and pretty good value

The Beds were very comfortable, the room was not a bad size for the three of us if we all sat on our beds,the location was what we liked and why we booked to stay here, good shower. Great location and reasonable value for money

as and apartment I had expected to have more cooking facilities, only a micowave for cooking and a toater so cooking any thing of substance is tricky after a long day on the slopes,There are however plenty of plates bowls cups etc, no table to eat at so eaing on your bed is the only option. The pub across from the studio serves good food, but not always open Im told by locals. If you had 4 people with wet snow gear, skis and boots,helmets etc Im not sure where you would put them all, perhaps in the bathroom.

Views and bed was comfortable.

Not worth the cost. The walls are so ridiculously thin, you can hear people breathe next door (literally). If the neighbours watch tv (until 1am like we had each night) it's so loud you can't sleep. Microwave was dirty No top sheet on bed Heater would make odd clicking noises.
