Cordilità e luogo magnifico

Il proprietario di una disponibilità unica, una persona squisita. Prima di arrivare via WhatsApp ci aveva già mandato i link di tutte le cose nei dintorni, luoghi dove mangiare e dove fare acquisti, una rarità! La struttura è eccezionale, la pulizia eccellente così come gli alloggi che hanno superato ogni nostra aspettativa. Torneremo sicuramente perché ci ha lasciato un ottimo ricordo!

Un weekend perfetto

L'accoglienza e la disponibilità del sig. Gianni direi ottime, così come la camera..perfetta! Abbiamo avuto molte informazioni sia su passeggiate che su ristoranti o attività ad Aosta..Sicuramente torneremo per un soggiorno più lungo!

Fantastisch appartement!

De gastvrijheid van de eigenaar en het uitzicht! De tuin was geweldig en goed onderhouden. Een warm welkom en het appartement zag er precies uit zoals beloofd op de foto.

Veramente bello

Accoglienza calorosa ed esauriente da parte del proprietario. Alloggio molto grande e pulitissimo con tanti set di cortesia e cialde per caffè per il buongiorno. Posizione comodissima per raggiungere Aosta. Vista stupenda e giardino ricercato e curato anche in pieno inverno

E' stata la prima volta in Val D'Aosta, mi è piaciuta tanto. Torneremo ancora nella stessa struttura

Ottima posizione con una gran vista panoramica sulla valle sottostante, appartamento confortevole, molto comodo, accessoriato, pulito. Mi è piaciuto tantissimo il giardino botanico con tante specie di piante, posto accanto alla struttura e ben curato. Grande gentilezza e disponibilità dei gestori nel consigliarci località da visitare. Bei paesaggi intorno, tanti luoghi dove abbiamo fatto belle escursioni.

Great! confortable, amazing garden and beautiful view of the Aoste Valley. Would go there again.

There are hardly any convenience store / restaurants nearby, nor is it easily accessible by public transport. But that hasn't been a problem. The host warned us before hand and gave us a detailed list of where we could buy everyday item, recommendations for restaurants and activities.

The space is pretty with the botanical garden. The room is new and comfortable.

No air conditioner and a bit noisy so didn't sleep as well as I would like because had to leave the window open. Got bitten by mosquitos because there is no net on the window.

Exceptional

The location is simply superb! Far enough from the noisy city centre of Aosta (15min drive from it), with an astounding view on the valley and the mountains around it. The apartments are equipped with anything you might need, the garden is lovely and the host is very friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to share useful tips about the region and its gems.

perfect relaxing stay

very authentic place with superb views of the Alps. It is surrounded by a great landscaped garden. The kitchen is well equipped. Our apartment had two bathrooms. A big plus. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, gave us plenty useful tips about the area.

The pillows were on the soft and slim side. Everything else was perfect

Breathtaking accommodation in one of the most stunning parts of Italy

All I can say is 'Wow!' From the moment we arrived and were greeted by host Gianni, we were blown away. The location is breathtaking! The accommodation is fantastic, such attention to detail and everything finished to a high quality. We would stay here again, for longer and we would recommend this hidden gem to everyone!

Highly recommended stay

The place is new and was perfectly clean. The location is close to Aosta and easily reached by car. Gianni is an excellent host and will give you many tips on where to visit. The apartments are surrounded by a lovely garden where you can stay enjoying the stunning view of the mountains. Highly recommended place. Thank you Gianni :-)

Host Gianni went above and beyond. His professionalism, attention to detail and local knowledge is outstanding. The layout of the room (eg placement/ adequate number of charging points, segmentation of living space - living room, bed rooms) is well thought out. Appliances/Bedding/Furnishing used is of high quality. Fully equipped kitchen (chopping board, pots and pans,bottle opener, knifes, cutlery,induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, decent size fridge and freezer, there's even a colander, orange press!). Water pressure is strong, don't have to worry about the shortage of hot water. Sound insulation between rooms is super. Amazing mountain/City view, serenity. An excellent break away from the bustling city life.

A charming alpine albergo diffuso, ideal for a stop over or a winter/summer holiday

I loved everything about this place. Welcoming helpful host, stunning views over Aosta and Mount Emilius, and unique individual period units on two floors, restored with taste, balancing sustainability with comfort. My only regret is that we did not stay long enough!

very new and clean rooms in the old building, wonderful view over Aosta valley, evening bonfire, hospitable and very kind reception

it’s a bit remote, so not very suitable for public transport, but no problem at all with a far, 5 minutes to Aosta

Totally worth it and recommended.

The owner is extremely welcoming. The house itself is just as good as it is shown on the page. Clean, bright, and fully furnished even the dishwasher is included while not being mentioned. Let alone the amazing view from the yard.

One tiny problem could be the sound caused by other guests living upstairs if they got back at midnight.

Our host was very friendly and helpful. The installations were very beautiful and romantic. Highly recommended !!

It was sad that because of Corona the restaurant was closed because it looks gorgeous
