Très bel hôtel de charme

Très bel hôtel cosy, plein de charme au centre ville . Les chambres sont confortables et le petit déjeuner très bien . L’accueil est au top, très sympathique et plein de bon conseil pour découvrir cette magnifique ville de napoleon et y déguster de bonnes spécialités.

Je recommande cet hôtel !

La chance de trouver une chambre en si peu de temps pour trois personnes !

Le seul bémol est le bruit de l'ascenseur tout près de notre chambre puisqu'elle se situait au rez-de-chaussée !

Great for cyclists

Really welcoming staff who looked after our needs. We were a group of four cyclists and the staff understood our need for secure bicycle storage. The hotel has en excellent secure lock up within the locked walled garden. Lovely clean hotel and very modern interior. Good breakfast.

Nothing to add here, it was all positive.

Schöne Adresse für einen stop in Pontivy

Charmantes, familiengeführtes Hotel , liebevoll eingerichtet , alles sehr sauber, Zimmer groß , modernes Badezimmer , parken abgeschlossen gegen Gebühr, kleiner Garten mit Lounge Möbeln, sehr netter Empfang und Verabschiedung

Leider wegen Personalmangel war der Garten abends noch mehr zugänglich, dto. die avisierte Bar

Great place to stay, especially for bicycles and motorcycles

Tidy and secure parking for our motorcycles. The staff were fantastic! Sourcing oat milk for me and unlocking the gate when they heard our bikes coming. Very friendly and helpful

Good base in town for exploring the region.

The hotel was a traditional French house five minutes walk from town. We used on street parking, which was safe and plentiful in the area. The hotel owners were friendly and helpful, providing useful information on restaurants and attractions. Our room was a good size and the bathroom was newly fitted with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was buffet style and included jomd made yoghurt and cake. The coffee was very good.

The weather had turned cold that week and the hotel was a little cold.

Check in was a little odd with hotel closed until 5pm.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful with us and our bikes

Unfortunately the restaurant has permanently closed and there was no garage or store for our bikes . Fortunately the weather was dry so it didn’t matter they were outside over night.

Good location, walking distance to where we needed to be. Staff was friendly.

The room didn’t have shampoo, just a soap dispenser at the shower; the bed was really small for two people; the elevator sometimes didn’t work. we had to pay a late checkout fee because we checked out 20min after the time advised. Usually good hotels don’t charge guests if they are even 1 hour after the check out time.

The location and breakfast was good

Cancelled our twin room before arrival and wouldn't let us walk away, instead offered us a triple room at a higher cost.

If you wish for a hotel perfectly placed as a base for visiting Pontivy you will be happy here.

Breakfast was usual continental style, perfectly adequate. Very friendly owners who speak some English. Very handy location. Spotlessly clean. Bathroom was excellent.

Room was a little small as there was only room for one chair to put clothes on. I would have expected better quality towels.

The hotel is sad and depressing , not a 3 star hotel no value for the price paid no reception ,did not feel safe .
