Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung mit idealer Lage

Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit sehr schöner Ausstattung. Perfekte Lage: Meer, Geschäfte, Restaurants. Preise in der Umgebung viel billiger als erwartet. Sehr einfach nach Malaga mit dem Bus zu gelangen

Manchmal zu viel Lärm von der Strasse, aber da es 3 Schlafzimmer gab, konnte man sich zurückziehen

Good big apartment in a great location, had everything one would need for a stay.

Die Lage ist toll (Strandnah, umringt von Restaurants...). Es hat uns an fast nichts gefehlt. Auch mit einem Kleinkind war der Aufenthalt gut. Nette Einrichtung. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war top.

Was etwas schade war, dass die Küchenutensielien teilweise etwas dreckig waren. Wir mussten sie vor der Nutzung nochmal abwaschen. Der Straßenverkehr ist trotz verschlossener Fenster zu hören - hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Big and light. But disturbance and lack of management support

Close to beach. Nice and airy and big. Sofa bed very comfy. Bus stop very close and close to supermarket and shops

Hidden costs. Freezing of card for £150 deposit and charging €60 to open the apartment out of hours. Also lots of details required by agebt and hounding for that. At least some water or milk could have been supplied as a nice touch. Especially when mother arriving with small child (which management knew about). Lack of supportive communication with management of property. Very noisy in from road and also people arguing in the building. Bad drain smell in both toilets. Had it looked at (and they attended to it quickly) but wasn't fixed. Had to keep the small bathroom closed for the duration which was unbearable. The other was OK. Informed it was linked to the weather. Some useful items missing like cheese grater and other kitchen items. Other small things would make it better but not going into details as don't think will be passed onto management. Lots of fluff under the beds on arrrival so wasn't fully clean. Marks on the sofa and items inside the sofa from last guests.
