Pulizia della camera. Camera ampia

La colazione e lo stanzino della colazione! Ci si deve preparare la colazione da soli in un cucinino dove si fa fatica a stare in 3 persone in piedi. Per sedersi ai tavolini bisogna uscire su un terrazzo senza tettoia od ombrelloni. Quindi se fa brutto o fa freddo devi tornare in camera prenderti il vassoio, risalire e riscendere per fare colazione in camera con una scomodità incredibile se per caso vuoi fare il bis di qualcosa. La finestra della camera del primo piano è vecchia e tutta storta per cui non si chiude come si deve e quindi dormire diventa veramente difficoltoso anche perché il campanile batte le ore anche di notte. Ringraziando il cielo il tempo era così brutto che il ristorante situato esattamente sotto la struttura non ha apparecchiato i tavolini esterni: se ci fossero state persone che cenavano fuori diventava impossibile dormire chissà fino a che ora.

Quarto frio, chuveiro (box) ruim e a igreja ao lado toca seu sino de hora em hora, inclusive durante a noite.

Me gustó todo. La ubicación, el trato de la anfitriona, las instalaciones y el desayuno también muy bien en la terracita que tienen. En general muy bien, repetiría.

Lovely welcome. Allowed us to check in early and provided secure storage for our bikes. Big room, large bathroom, comfy beds, good self-service breakfast.

everything USA very good, the possibility of leasingu luggage. I highly recommend going for dinner to a restaurant run by the same pepol because food is excellent

nice pintoresque town with nice wines and landscapes

good location directly in the center, spacious

bed made noise, they should talk with the administrator of the bell tower which goes at every hour (also at night) and 6 minutes after each hour . which results on 24 rings at midnight.

nice big room in the centre, with a nice common terrace. Parking card included in the price.

the airconditioning nor the wifi were working, which were crucial in our booking process when looking for a good value hotel in the city. the cover of the mattress did not fit so it came loose. the parking space was a 10min walk.

Central Montalcino Gem

Fantastic location, right bang in the middle of Montalcino. I was on a business trip so didn't have the time to explore the house properly, but there is a kitchen with fruit upstairs.

If you are a light sleeper, there are some times when ist is a bit more noisy. Also in parts due to the bell tower next doors. Didn't bother me, and in case you need them earplugs are supplied in addition to the toiletries. Breakfast is a short walk from the property, but offers excellent views across the city.

Beautiful room. Central location

We were unlucky enough to stay the night there was an extremely loud DJ playing till past 1am. It was like trying to sleep in a night club. I would recommend checking if an event is on before booking.

The place was absolutely gorgeous. The apartment and the bath room were huge, the kitchen and the terrace, everything was so nice and clean, fantastic location

Superb

Located in the middle of this beautiful little town. When I was there the town was celebrating and a rock band played all night long. I didn't mind - no I loved it. I don't know how loud it is on other nights, there is a bar or restaurant under my window, so that could be an issue for people that want to go to bed at 22:00. Good room and nice breakfast at a café down the road in a beautiful garden.

very nice spacious room, clean and comfortable. the location is in the very center under the Torre. the room was quiet other than the bell sounds but I was okay with that.

Great central location, good value and a comfortable bed.

there’s a bell tower which chimes three times an hour through the night. despite having closed the double glazed windows and worn the supplied earplugs it still woke me every time it went.

Beautiful Bed'n Breakfast in the center of the town. Roberta is very nice and flexible, we managed to arrange our very late arrival last minute which saved us many troubles! The room was very spacious and traditionally decorated. The bed was excellent and the bathroom full of modern comfort with a well working shower.
